본 논문에서는 2000년부터 2011년까지의 국내에서 진행된 정보영재교육 연구들을 분석하고 향후 정보영재교육의 연구 방향을 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 한국교육학술정보원에서 제공하는 학술연구정보서비스를 활용하였으며 정보영재, 정보과학영재를 키워드로 검색된 자료 중 국내 논문지와 박사학위 논문 총 37편의 논문을 대상으로 연도별 추이, 연구 대상, 연구 주제, 연구방법을 중심으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 정보영재교육의 연구 대상은 주로 초등학생에 집중되어 있었으며 연구 주제는 정보영재교육의 교육과정이나 교육프로그램 등 교육을 어떻게 할 것인지, 정보영재 판별 방법 등에 대한 연구들이 다수를 차지하고 있으나 2004, 2006, 2010년에 이루어진 현황분석 및 개선방안 제시한 연구들을 볼 때 이에 대한 개선점을 동일하게 제시하고 있어 여전히 개선이 필요함을 시사하고 있다. 연구 방법은 조사연구와 실험연구가 대부분이었으며 실험연구의 경우 일반아 집단이나 타교과영재 집단 등의 비교집단이 구성되지 않은 채 진행된 경우가 많았다. 또한 양적 연구가 전부였으며 질적 연구는 찾아보기 어려움을 나타내었다.

The study analyzed the characteristics of two library and information science journals indexed by Web of Science (WoS) and Scopus in 2015 along with two of their non-indexed sister journals. The study also analyzed the characteristics of a SCIE- and Scopus-indexed oceanographic journal published domestically along with its sister journal indexed by Scopus only. In addition, the study collected and analyzed the articles published during 2014 and 2015 in these 6 journals as well as the citations they received in 2016. By comparing the characteristics and publication data of indexed journals and their sister journals, the study aimed to identify the properties of WoS-indexed journals that may be helpful in enhancing international journal publication. The findings from the analysis of data can be summarized as follows: WoS-indexed journals publish more frequently, focus mainly on articles, are authored by researchers from many countries, and have higher quality papers that receive more citations than their non-WoS-indexed sister journals. The study also found higher rates of co-authored papers in WoS indexed journals, which were amplified in LIS journals. This is an important factor to consider for Korean LIS journals that are dominated by singe-author articles when they prepare to be indexed in WoS.

본 연구는 국내 앙트러프러너십 교육 연구의 역사와 흐름을 파악하고 국내 앙트러프러너십 교육의 문헌분석을 통해 교육의 성과를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 국내의 앙트러프러너십 교육은 일반적으로 '기업가정신 교육'이나 '창업교육'과 같은 의미로 사용되고 있으며, 본 연구에서는 보다 정확한 의미전달을 위해 앙트러프러너십 교육으로 표기하였다. 국내 앙트러프러너십 교육에 대한 메타분석을 위해 2010년부터 가장 최근 논문인 2020년 5월까지의 논문을 수집하여 선별하고 분석하였으며, 한국학술지인용색인(KCI)에 공식적으로 등재된 학술지 1,662편중에서 최종적으로 27편을 선정하여 분석하였다. 국내 학술지 논문을 수집하기 위해 KCI(한국학술지인용색인), DBpia(누리미디어), KISTI(NDSL), eArticle(학술교육원), KISS(한국학술정보), 교보문고(스콜라), RISS(한국교육학술정보원), 코리아스콜라의 데이터베이스를 활용하였다. 주요 검색어로는 앙트러프러너십 교육, 창업교육, 창업의지, 커리큘럼, 창업교육 성과, 기업가정신, 메타분석, entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship intention, entrepreneurship curriculum, meta 등의 키워드를 혼합하여 사용하였다. 본 연구는 메타분석을 사용하여 앙트러프러너십 교육의 성과를 어떠한 조건에서 관계가 더 효과적이거나 덜 효과적인지에 대해 증거기반으로 다양한 변인을 체계적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구는 국내 앙트러프러너십 교육과 관련된 실증연구들을 종합적으로 분석하여 앙트러프러너십 교육의 성과에 대하여 유일하게 진행하는 연구로서 의의를 가진다. 최근 들어 더 증가하고 있는 국내 앙트러프러너십 교육의 필요성을 재고하고 더 실제적인 효과와 교육 프로그램 개선에 기여할 수 있기를 기대한다.

In addition to emphasizing practicality, as in some academic disciplines, LIS is also interested in the research activities and journal publishing of librarians. Despite the high interest, there are few Korean studies on librarian authors' publishing. This study focuses on analyzing the status of librarians' publishing and finding ways to activate their journal publishing. This study analyzed the papers of the librarian authors published from 2014 to 2018 in Journal of the Korean Biblia Society for Library and Information Science and identified the characteristics of librarians who are publishing. As a result, librarians accounted for 15.56% of all authors. However, it is encouraging that the number of librarians' authorship stabilized, and that many librarians are the main authors. Librarians who were energetically publishing were public or school librarians, and academic librarians were slightly behind. There were graduate student librarians who collaborated with the advisor. In order to increase the librarian's publishing, it seemed to be necessary to improve not only the librarian's efforts but also the recognition and assistance of his/her library. Both the librarian and his/her library should be aware of the importance of publishing the journals, and should establish concrete plans such as resilience, compensation, and support. In this way, the librarian's valuable practical experience will be published in research papers and widely shared among researchers and practitioners.

Most academic journals in the world today typically require submission of journal article titles in English. However, most authors and reviewers are insensitive to the fact that cultural differences at a national level exist in writing titles. In this paper, journal article titles that have been published in the United States and Korea were compared in order to find cross-national cultural characteristics in these titles. To conduct this study, sample titles in the field of social sciences were obtained from two bibliographic databases-Scopus and RISS. A frequency count on number of variables was used: length of title, types of titles and n-gram phrases. In addition, a variety of similarities and differences found from this study including the type of words and phrases that Korean authors tend to favor in journal articles. The results showed that there is a considerable amount of cultural related variability in the construction of journal article titles. This study suggests that cross national characteristics of journal article titles should be emphasized in the future.

Index Terms, or keywords, are an important component of research papers because they present a quick overview of the main subjects covered in the research paper by highlighting the most important nouns. In this study, we extracted the author-assigned index terms from KIICE Conference Proceedings dating back to 2018 for seasonal conferences, and 2016 for the international conference (ICFICE). The extracted index terms were standardized and analyzed to gain an understanding of research topic trends and any over or under-represented research topics. This kind of index term analysis is expected to be useful in helping researchers not only identify additional potential topics for their own research, but also aid them in selecting from a common vocabulary of keywords when they assign index terms to their research papers.

지금까지 국내 연구자들이 SCI 학술지에 발표한 의학논문의 수가 아주 미미하기 때문에 전 세계 학자들이 발표한 SCI 전체논문 중 한국논문이 차지하는 비중은 지극히 낮은 것으로 보인다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 1980년부터 1990년 사이에 국내에 있는 의학 관련기관의 연구자들이 SCI 학술지에 발표한 논문이 SCI 전체 논문 중 차지하는 비중(Percentage Contribution from Korea to SCI Database)을 47개 의학분야별로 조사하였다. 또한. 본 연구에서는 "국제적으로 영향력 있는 학술연구 활동실적(i.e., Mainstream Productivity)"이 타 분야보다 뛰어난 한국의 의학분야를 밝히기 위하여. SCI 학술지에 발표된 모든 한국 의학논문 중 한 분야의 논문이 자치하는 몫(Percentage Share)을 SCI 전체 논문 중 그 분야의 논문이 차지하는 몫으로 나누어 그 상대적 크기를 분석함으로써, 우리나라 학자들의 Mainstream Productivity Ratio(R)를 각 분야별로 측정하였다. (R=1은 SCI 의학 학술지에 발표된 모든 논문 중에서 어떤한 분야의 논문이 차지하는 비율만큼 한국에서도 그 분야의 논문이 SCI 학술지에 투고되었다는 의미이다.) 1980년에서 1990년 사이에 한국 학자들에 의하여 SCI에 발표된 의학논문이 SCI 전체 의학논문 중에서 차지하는 비율은 $0.051\%$였다. 각 의학 분야별로는, Biotechnology & applied microbiology의 기여도가 $0.8\%$를 차지하여 한국 최고를 기록하였다. 전 세계 문헌의 $1\%$ 이상을 생산한 의학 분야는 없었다. 전 세계 문헌의 $0.1\%$ 이상을 SCI 학술지에 게재한 의학분야는 47개 중 6개인데, 위에 언급한 Biotechnology & applied microbiology를 제외하면 $0.1\%$에서 $0.2\%$ 사이의 기여도를 보였다. 최다 편수의 논문을 낸 Pharmacology 8l Pharmacy$(0.075\%)$나 두 번째로 논문수가 많았던 Biochemisty & molecular biology$(0.054\%)$의 기여도는 $0.1\%$에 미치지 못하였다. 조사대상이 된 47개 의학분야 중 27개 분야에서 예상된 것보다 상대적으로 적은수(R<1)의 한국 논문이 SCI 학술지에 게재되었다. Mainstream Productivity Ratio가 3보다 큰 분야는 4개인데, 그 중 Biotechnology & applied microbiology는 R=15.63으로 아주 월등한 논문 발표실적을 올렸다. Dermatology & venereal diseases(3.02)와 Engineering, biomedical(3.75)도 국제적으로 영향력 있는 학술지에 논문 발표실적이 뛰어난 의학분야이다.

개별논문 평가를 위해 제안된 altmetric가 주목받고 있다. altmetrics에서는 개별 논문의 트윗의 건수를 평가요소 중 하나로 활용한다. 그러나 여러가지 목적으로 작성된 트윗을 단일하게 처리하는 것은 문제가 있다. 본 논문은 과학 논문에 달린 트윗들을 분석하여 기능의 범주를 정의하고 분류체계를 제시하였으며, 기존의 논문의 인용기능 분류 실험을 실시하여 그 결과와 비교 분석을 수행하였다. 향후 도출한 트윗 기능 분류에 대한 개선과 추가적인 연구를 수행할 계획이다.

많은 연구원들이 자신의 연구 과제를 수행함에 있어 선행 연구 자료로 참고하는 것이 관련 주제에 관한 학술 자료이다. 현재 많은 학교와 기관 그리고 단체에서 관련 학술 자료를 발간하고 있으며 이를 참조하는 방식도 다양하다. 그러나 학술 자료를 참조함에 있어 단어 기반 검색이 사용되고, 발간된 자료의 양이 방대해짐에 따라 사용자가 원하는 정보를 참조하는 데 많은 어려움이 따른다. 본 논문은 이러한 기존 학술 자료 검색 방법을 보완하기 위하여 온톨로지를 기반으로 하는 가중치 부여 논문 검색 모델을 제안한다. 제안한 모델은 논문 관련 정보를 온톨로지로 구축하고, 검색 문서에 가중치를 부여하는 순위화 알고리즘을 적용한 것이다. 이는 기존 유사도 적용 기법에 시멘틱 개념을 적용한 것으로 효율적이고 정확한 논문 검색을 보장한다.

This study aims to develop and evaluate the authority data-based academic retrieval system that may provide search tools and additional information for search of academic papers with users. To evaluate the usability of authority data-based academic paper search system, this work studied 60 subjects who had experienced the academic paper service to measure their satisfaction on both search efficiency and system usability and additionally analyzed whether the difference between search efficiency and system availability is significant in the experimental search system among user groups. As a result, the authority data-based academic paper search system was analyzed to show a higher search efficiency and user satisfaction than the ordinary system.
