The purpose of this paper is to suggest the method the fourth grade who haven't experienced with online project learning can perform the on-line project learning efficiently. And it is to see if there are any effects and improvement in using ICT after applying the online project learning system to the real school environment. For this, after analyzing the curriculum of Grade 4 in elementary school and abstracting some factors to improve the Information utilizing ability, I chose 12 topics of project learning. I built the on-line learning room and chose 6 topics among them. After practicing the project, I inspected the effects on them. And to understand the ICT-utilizing ability of the students, I analyzed if there were any improvement in ICT-utilizing ability with some questionnaires which consist of information collecting, information processing, and information interchanging according to the standards of Information utilizing ability of elementary and middle school students.

Convergence ethics education for digital culture in cyberspace is limited to specific areas such as personal information and copyright. Education on the ability to accept information and provide information in cyberspace in which digital natives communicate, share and exchange is inadequate. As a result, the dysfunction of abusing the personal information of others without recognizing the importance of information security has recently emerged as a social problem. In this study, among digital netizen who communicate and exchange information the most in cyberspace, digital literacy education was conducted for students in the first and second grades of university, and then they investigated the change in information security perception. Based on this, we intend to prepare fundamental measures for systematic cultivation of digital literacy education necessary for the Digital Cultural Society.

As to the critical purposes of elementary school education, which are to enhance the basic abilities for learning as well as living and to help children to acquire the desirable style of life, it is needed for teachers to cooperate with children's parents since they are the most affluential people to their children. this paper presents a novel web-based school life information system, which can be exploited as a means to establish a close and well-purposed relationship between parents and teachers and which is intended to induce parents into children's education aggressively by connecting them to teachers directly. This system is expected to be a great help to both teachers and parents in that both sides establish a well-understood and cooperative relationship through this system for solving the probable problems of their children in a effective way.

In this paper, we developed a mobile student ID providing a self sovereignty identity (SSI) which replaces the conventional plastic-type student ID that includes private information of a student such as a name, a student number, a facial photo, etc. The implemented mobile student ID solves the problem of exposing student's identity due to a loss or a theft of a plastic-type student ID, and it has a structure and process of FRANCHISE model which is developed by a concept of a decentralized Identity(DID) of a Blockchain, in which specialized for convenience as an electronic student ID through an application on a smart phone device. In addition, it protects student's privacy by controlling personal information on oneself. By using a smartphone, not only it easily identifies the student but also it expands to several services such as participation in school events, online authentication, and a student's exchange program among colleges.

지난 94년 한국과학재단의 지원으로 대전 한국과학기술원에 설립된 광전자연구센터는 광전자기술의 기반기술과 광정보통신망의 부품ㆍ회로기술을 집중적으로 연구 개발하고 있다. 이 연구센터는 한국과학기술원을 비롯한 9개 대학의 교수 18명과 석ㆍ박사과정 학생 70여명이 활동하고 있으며 매년 광전자분야의 석ㆍ박사를 20명씩 배출하고 있다. 또 미국과 러시아 등의 권위있는 연구소와 기술협력 협정을 맺고 연구원들의 교류 방문과 공동 워크숍 등을 추진하고 있다.

In this paper by realizing the knowledge base on the web, for example, the information of the technology and human resources of the universities, which is the mecca of the knowledge management, technology information in various segment, education information, visible anti invisible knowledge information like technical advice, etc, and scholaristic knowledge like basic science technologies, economic theories which are verified by experts of the field, and pragmatic knowledge like technical patent, software, data base, also, hands on experience and knowledge like field technology, customer service, front line management. All those related information provides easy access to anyone who need of. 창원대학교 스마트융합 메카트로닉스 인력양성 사업단의 교육 목표는 1) 창조적 교육과정을 통한 지역거점 특성화, 2) 세계적인 수준의 경쟁력을 갖춘 기술 인력 양성, 3) 분석력, 창의력, 적응력 및 설계능력을 갖춘 능동적 기술인력 양성, 4) 시대의 환경변화를 선도하는 진취적 기술인력 양성, 5) 인재공급 및 취업률향상으로 정하였다. 이를 달성하기 위한 교육전략은 1) Major전문성(메카트로닉스심화, 공통실험교육 강화), 2) Global국제적감각(팀기반능력, 근접학문이해능력), 3) Creative지속성장 (Capstone Design, 현장적응교육)으로 정하였다. 따라서 메카트로닉스공통융합심화트랙 교육과정으로 기계, 전기전자제어, 신소재분야의 공통트랙으로 이론 30학점, 실험 6학점(16과목, 36학점)을 신설하여 운영하였다. 수강지도를 통한 교차이수권장 학생들의 자율선택기반을 조성하고, 현장적응교육, 캡스톤 디자인 2과목 7학점을 수강하도록 하였다. 학생의 본인주도 학습권을 인정하여 2학년 진학 시 학생본인직접 100% 자기 전공 선택 기회 제공하는 구조조정을 실하고, 타 전공 관련정보 상호교류, 학문간 통합교육, 조직의 유연성확보가 가능하도록 하였다. 교과목(정규/비정규)개편을 통해 개선된 현장 실무 형 내실화 교육의 실시하여 취업률을 향상시켰다. 따라서 창원대학교 신소재공학부는 기계, 전기전자에 관련된 기본소양을 의무적으로 학습하기 때문에 메카트로닉스 분야에서 필요한 신소재공학도를 육성하는 기반을 마련하였다.

This paper criticized that online classes during the Covid-19 period were centered on knowledge and information education, and sought ways to improve empathy as a way to improve students' sociality. The teaching-learning process was designed around the movie <(500) Days of Summer> which has the theme and story of parting and growth. On this paper the stage of empathy was divided into three stages, recognize-into, feeling-into, emotional-transaction stage. In particular, considering the process of transitioning from emotional empathy to behavioral empathy as the key to communication education, the class was designed in five stages, with an expression stage between the feeling-into stage and the emotional-transaction stage. This course is possible when learners sympathize with the work itself and reflect on their own narrative, so literary therapeutic was used, and students's response statements were collected to prove that this process is meaningful for improving empathy. In this article, the class was designed for the movie <(500) Days of Summer>, but this teaching-learning model can be applied to other contemporary film texts.

본 논문에서는 사람들이 이용하고 있는 스마트폰에서 사용되는 대학홍보 응용프로그램을 개발하여, 기존에 개인 PC에 접속하여 얻을 수 있었던 정보를 휴대가 간편한 스마트폰을 통해 손쉽게 얻을 수 있도록 하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 스마트폰 응용프로그램을 이용하면 손쉬운 조작으로 교내정보 및 학과정보를 얻을 수 있고, 도서관에 있는 도서를 검색하고 도서관 열람실 현황 등을 알 수 있으며, 대학내 종합정보시스템 접속을 통해 학생들의 수강신청 및 학점관리 등을 할 수 있다. 또한 본 응용프로그램에서는 재학생 및 교직원들 간의 실시간 대화기능을 제공하여 동기, 선 후배, 교직원들 간에도 대화를 나눌 수 있도록 하여, 이용자 간의 정보교류 및 유대관계를 형성토록 함과 동시에 유비쿼터스 시대에 부합하는 교육환경에 한 발 더 다가 갈 수 있도록 하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서 제안하는 응용프로그램은 스마트폰을 휴대하고 있는 재학생 및 교직원의 편리한 정보접근은 물론, 신입생, 학부모, 그리고 해당 대학에 관심 갖는 모든 사람들에게 시간 및 공간의 제약 없이 대학 내에서 발생하는 모든 정보를 제공하기 위함이다.

This study investigates the relationship between the social supports & the transformational leadership from career mentors and high school students' GRIT & career preparation behavior. The purpose of this study was to provide baseline data for Development of Career-program so that they can provide effective career advice to students, through analyzing preceding researches that highlight the impact from career mentors on students' GRIT and career preparation behavior. For this study, the questionnaires for students' GRIT & career preparation behavior were completed by 257 sophomore high school students participating in the career mentor program. also, This data was analyzed to find student's perception of social supports and transformational leadership from career mentors. Correlation analysis was used to investigate the relationship among four variable(GRIT, career preparation behavior, career mentor's social supports, career mentor's transformational leadership) and regression analysis was used to find the influence from the career mentor's social supports and career mentor's transformational leadership on student's GRIT & career preparation behavior. The result showed the change of students' GRIT & career preparation behavior have risen on average. Also, it showed the change of students' career preparation behavior is influenced by career mentor's emotional support, informational support and individualized consideration. Lastly, the change of students' GRIT is influenced by career mentor's emotional support, appraisal support and individualized consideration. This result was able to identify the relationship and influence of career mentor who were limited to social support by their parents and teachers. And, it suggests that the appropriate social supports need to be provided to students by understanding the type of social supports that meet student's expectations.
