The purpose of this study is to study the technical implementation methods to prevent problems such as the record of important educational activities of the student life record department or the continuous illegal leakage and manipulation. To this end, in this paper, by applying a private blockchain that can be participated only by a given organization or individual, it prevents outsiders from participating in the block network, and creates legitimate authority by creating two types of block data: student information block and access record block in the life record book. We proposed a block mechanism that can be registered, modified, and accessed only by authorized staff members. As a result, we have prepared an alternative to prevent forgery and alteration of the living records by third parties and to secure the integrity of the living records. If applied to the educational administrative information system, social consensus will be established that the operation and management of the life record book is reliable.

The Neis System is a system integrating administrative information that was operated in elementary and secondary schools in Korea. Currently, this system is operated by a central server method and contains school administration information and important educational information of students. Among student information, the student life record contains important information for a student to advance to a higher level institution, but problems such as information leakage or manipulation may occur due to malicious attacks. In this paper, we propose a hybrid blockchain system that combines the server and blockchain technology managed by the existing Neis system. The proposed system records the query information of the database in a block when student information is accessed. When a request for correction of student information or issuance of a certificate is received, the query of the blockchain, the information in the database, and the student's key value are checked to determine whether the information has been leaked or manipulated, and only if the data is normal, the request for revision of the record is performed. This process is more secure than the existing central server because it checks the manipulation of data through the blockchain. The proposed system was implemented on the Ethereum platform, and the query information of the blockchain was experimentally verified using smart contracts. This study contributes to enhancing the reliability of the Nice system by strengthening the security against forgery and alteration of student data by combining the existing Nice system with a block chain.

The public records of universities shall be classified according to the Enforcement Decree of the Public Records Act and public records management activities shall be carried out accordingly. Among various kinds of public records of the university, the records of performance management are still managed as paper documents, such as attendance books, answer sheets, and assignments, and the management system and methods of each school are different, making it difficult for the management manager to manage them. In this paper, we propose a service model that can perform blockchain-based records management of records related to performance at universities currently kept in paper documents. The proposed service is expected to reduce resource consumption, such as the cost, time and effort spent on storing and managing paper documents.

기존의 중앙 집중적 학교 재정장부 관리 시스템은 보안에 취약하고 투명하지 않아 공금 횡령, 장부 조작 등의 문제 가능성이 크다. 이는 학생회와 학생들 사이에 갈등을 일으키고 큰 사회적 문제가 되었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 블록체인 기술을 활용하여 학교 재정장부를 안전하고 투명하게 관리하는 방법을 제시한다. 더 나아가 자동화 기술을 도입해 장부를 기록하는 과정을 단순화하고자 한다.
