The purpose of this study was to specifically explore the dilemma posed by lifelong education for the disabled in Korea at the point of convergence. Research to achieve the research objectives consisted of areas that should be considered in developing and implementing support systems for lifelong education for the disabled. The outcome of the area consisted of five things: convergence dilemmas in fields, convergence dilemmas in institutions, convergence dilemmas in eligibility, convergence dilemmas in disability areas, and convergence dilemmas in national administration. And the five areas were considered by interlinked views and contexts. Based on the results of the study, the university's special education department (including vocational special education) was concluded and considered with emphasis on strengthening the role functions of the university's special education system for the support system for lifelong education for the disabled, including the preconditions for establishing the academic identity of lifelong education for the disabled. Through this ideal, it is worth suggesting that the academic identity of lifelong education for the disabled should be established as appropriate based on convergence between the categories of lifelong education and special education based on the practical nature and context of education for the Korean.

Big Hit entertainment corporation has been well known for value creation since it became the contents innovator in Korea to develop global artist musician BTS. By introducing sustainable innovations, as well as a mainstream of successive music entertainment growth, Big Hit entertainment corporation has became a global leader in highly competitive entertainment industry. To explain the Big Hit's contents innovation story, this study suggests a innovation momentum with two core elements: CEO's entrepreneurial leadership and platform strategy. Based on in-depth case study, this study proposes that CEO's entrepreneurial leadership allowed the Big Hit entertainment corporation to take advantage of its existing key resources and execute sustainable contents innovations. Also, creating diverse music and entertainment contents from the Weverse digital platform produce Big Hit's value creation. Based on these research results, both the contributions and implication to entertainment industry and academic field are presented.

해외 선진국을 중심으로 전 세계적으로 경기침체와 저성장, 저고용이 일어나고 있으며, 고용구조의 변화, 여성 운동, 도시 인구 이동, 환경오염, 장애인 일자리, 저출산 고령화시대, 청소년 문제, 평화문제 등 많은 사회문제들이 생겨나고 있다. 이들 국가는 이러한 다양한 사회문제들을 해결하기 위해 사회 서비스를 제공하고, 사회적 가치를 추구하기 위해 사회적기업(social enterprises), 사회적기업가 등을 육성하고 있다. 이는 우리나라도 마찬가지이며, 국내에 '사회적기업육성법'이 도입된 지 11년이 지났다. 그러나 2018년 10월을 기준으로 사회적기업은 2,030개에 불과한데, 이는 우리나라에서 사회적기업을 창업하고 성공하는 것이 얼마나 어려운지를 의미하는 것이다. 따라서 사회적기업의 창업 결정과 성공요인을 연구하는 것은 향후 사회적기업을 육성하는데 있어 큰 의미가 있다. 사회적기업의 창업의지에 영향을 주는 요인에 관한 연구는 학문적으로 중요한 의미를 갖는데, 선행연구는 사회적기업의 성과분석과 육성방향, 사회적기업가 정신에 초점을 두어왔다. 그러나 사회적기업 창업 활성화에 관한 연구는 이제 시작 단계이며, 특히 사회적기업 창업에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 연구는 미비한 상황이다. 본 연구의 목적은 기존 연구의 공백을 채우고자 사회적기업 창업과 사회적기업에 관한 기존 선행 연구들을 바탕으로 경상남도 대학생의 사회적기업 창업 의지에 영향을 미치는 요인을 실증분석하는데 있다. 이러한 요인들을 파악함으로써 앞으로 경상남도 사회적기업 창업의 활성화를 위해 정부와 대학의 전략적 역할에 관해 논의해 보고자 한다.

최근의 사회경제적 변화는 그 속도가 빨라짐과 동시에 불학실성이 극도로 높아짐에 따라, 대기업을 비롯하여 과거 큰 성장을 이루어왔던 기성기업들의 기존 사업 강화와 미래 성장동력 확보가 더욱 어려운 현실이 되었다. 이러한 불확실성이 높은 기업환경에서 내부 시스템에만 의존적인 전략으로는 한계가 명확하여, 기업들이 외부의 자원을 활용하여 내부적인 대규모 투자 위험을 줄이고 신규사업의 불확실성에 대처하는 개방형 혁신전략이 필수적으로 받아들여져 왔다. 이러한 개방적 혁신 전략의 중요한 수단으로서 CVC(Corporate Venture Capital)는 그동안 미국을 중심으로 40여년간 활발히 활용되어 왔고 학문적 연구 대상으로 자리 잡았으나, 한국에서는 극히 일부 기업을 통해서만 전략적으로 운영되어 왔고 그 구분도 명확하지 않아 CVC에 대한 연구가 상당히 미약한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 국내외의 기존 연구 결과들을 분석하여 CVC에 대한 정의와 운영상 특징에 대하여 살펴보고, CVC가 운영 기업 및 벤처기업의 기술혁신과 가치제고에 미치는 제반 조건들의 분석을 통하여 CVC가 성공적인 양방향적 성과도출을 만드는 최적의 모델을 도출하여 보았다. CVC는 첫째, 불확실성이 높은 산업에 속한 기업들간의 투자관계가 성립될 때, 둘째, 설립 시 전략적인 포커스가 명확할 때, 셋째, 모기업이 영위하는 산업과 같은 분야에 속한 벤처기업들에 투자하며 동시에 서로가 공유 할 보완적 자산이 존재할 때, 마지막으로, 금융적 성과에 대해서 해당 매니저에 대한 성과보상을 일반 벤처캐피탈과 동일하게 지급할 때 가장 성공적인 성과를 만들어 낼 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이를 통해 도출된 시사점들을 바탕으로 더 많은 기성기업들이 성공적으로 CVC를 운영한다면, 신성장동력 확보와 대기업-벤처기업간 상생혁신을 이룰 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 창업문화 확산에도 기여를 할 수 있을 것으로 기대 한다.

In the East Asian Confucianism society, Hakmun was aimed to bring human beings and nature into harmony, and to explore a unity between knowledge and conducts. For example, Neo-Confucianism aspired they could explain the human existence and society through a single concept of Iki(理氣, the basic principles and the atmospheric force of nature). In this philosophy, humanics and natural sciences had not been differentiated at all. The East-West cultural interchanges at the beginning of modernity caused a crack in the traditional academic concepts. Through the Hundred Days of Reform(變法自疆運動, a movement of Strenuous Efforts through Reforming the Law), the Western Affairs Movement(洋務運動) in China, Meiji Restoration(明治維新) in Japan, or Innovation Movements(開化運動) and the Patriotic Enlightenment Movement(愛國啓蒙運動) in Korea, the traditional meanings of Hakmun was degraded while it became a target of the criticism of the enlightenment movements. Accordingly, East Asians' perception of Hakmun rapidly began to change. Although there had been the Silhak(實學, practical science) movement in Korea, which tried to differentiate its conceptualization of Hakmun from that of Neo-Confucianism during the 18th and 19th century, the fundamental shift in meaning occurred with the influx of the modern Western culture. This change converted the ultimate objective of Hakmun as well as its methods and substances. The separation of humanics and natural sciences, rise in dignity of the technological sciences, and subdivision of learning into disciplines and their specialization were accelerated during the Korean enlightenment period. The inflow of the modern western science, humanized thought, and empiricism functioned as mediators in these phase and they caused an irreversible crack in the traditional academic thoughts. Confronting the western mode of knowledge, however, the East Asian intellectuals had to explain their new learning by using traditional terms and concepts; modification was unavoidable when they tried to explain the newly imported knowledge and concepts. This presentation focuses on the traditional concepts of 'gyeogchi'(格致, extending knowledge by investigating things) and 'gungni'(窮理, investigation of principles), pervasively used in philosophy, physics and many other fields of study. These concepts will mark the key point with which to trace changes of knowledge and to understand the way how the concept of Hakmun was converted into a modern one.

The identity of a subject could be established by justifying the educational value of the subject from various angles. Despite the huge necessity of information subject as one of basic disciplines, it cannot be said that the subject is considered valuable as a school subject. Even though that is selected as part of the revised curriculum and has textbooks of its own, it's actually disregarded in school education. The purpose of this study was to discuss the value of information literary subject as part of academic education in conjunction with computer science education, and to shed light on the value and objects of it as a school subject based on the characteristics of computer science education.

Analyzing research trends is essential for the sustainable development of a discipline and is important for understanding the value of prior research and laying the groundwork for subsequent research. This study aims to draw implications for the future direction of convergence research on the disclosure of information from various disciplines by comparing and analyzing the trends in disclosure of information research in Korea. For this purpose, we analyzed the publication frequency of information disclosure papers listed in the Korea Citation Index (KCI) from 2002 to 2023 and the publication trend by discipline as a time series. In addition, we compared the keyword relationships and specialized research topics of each discipline by applying network analysis and LDA topic modeling techniques to the names and keywords of papers in law, public administration, and library and information science. As a result of the analysis, the law focuses on legal regulations and policy improvement, public administration focuses on changing social needs and administrative operation methods, and LIS focuses on practical approaches to record management and disclosure of information. Based on this, future research directions include combining policy research in law with social change research in public administration and developing realistic policies and operational guidelines from the practical perspective of LIS. Such convergent research will enable the systematic and efficient implementation of disclosure of information systems, contributing to the guarantee of the public's right to know and the enhancement of state transparency.

This study examines whether there are subjects and learners to pay attention to as 'processes' that have not been dealt with in Korean vocabulary education due to prioritizing learning outcomes, educational outcomes, and objects. In addition, the purpose of this study was to examine the educational value of the neologism and to suggest data construction method for it. Proposal to create a 'single-level list' of neologisms as a preliminary work to create a dictionary as a learning material to teach new words to academic purpose learners, taking neologism as the vocabulary in the blind spot and foreign academic purpose learners as learners in the blind spot stage. did The 'single-layered list' is to divide new words by period into coined words, meanings, culture, etc. and construct them as data. Through this study, we will help systematically teach Korean vocabulary by adding vocabulary to be learned as a 'process' to the results of Korean vocabulary education so far.

The core of Laban Movement Analysis, which is used for academic research purposes, is that the individual's psychological or emotional state through movement is expressed in external motion by internal intention, which is symbolic of internal emotions. In addition, the Laban motion analysis focuses on analyzing the structure of the object of movement and its structure comparatively and analytically with the past or other structures, and the analyzed grammars of the dance ultimately influence each other in psychological, social and cultural aspects 'Relationality' provides clues to be found. It also provides a resource of records in terms of the system implied from the 'momentary nature' of dance, which has educational value as a multidisciplinary research material.

The main stream of consumption about the products is tend to transfer from low price value with mass production, to the second value of products, such as pleasure, familiarity, humor, and metaphor. This second value is closely connected to a redundancy which are also related to modern science as well as product design. These terms such as matrials, identity, and gravitation, disappeared gradually, and these are substituted with an uncertainty principle, a fortuity, a contradictory concept, entropy etc. In sum this study focuses on the tendency of intelligency issue the recent design trends. This result shows that The 4th Column Thinking and Formation System which is related to an expansion and diversity of design intellectual ideas.
