학령전기 장애 아동 부모와 비장애 아동 부모의 놀이 인식과 놀이 참여 비교 연구 (Comparison of Play Perception and Play Participation of Parents of Disabled Children and Non-disabled Children in Preschool Age)

  • 목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 학령기 전 장애아동과 비장애아동 부모들에게 자녀의 놀이에 관한 포괄적인 설문을 시행하여 놀이 인식을 알아보고 각 부모에게 실질적으로 필요한 놀이의 방향성을 제시하는 것이다. 연구 방법 : 선행연구들을 토대로 제작된 설문지를 설문요청에 동의한 대상자 700명에게 발송하였다. 미회수 및 불성실한 설문을 제외하고 총 596부의 설문지가 분석되었으며 이 중 106부가 장애아동 부모의 설문지였다. 자료 분석을 위해 SPSS Window 23 프로그램을 활용하였으며, 빈도분석과 독립표본 T 검정이 시행되었다. 결과 : 장애 아동 부모는 비장애 아동 부모에 비해 자녀와의 놀이를 더 중요하게 인식하고 있었으며 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<0.01). 자녀와의 놀이에 대한 즐거움 인식은 장애 아동과 비장애 아동 부모 간에 큰 점수 차이를 보였지만 통계적으로 유의하지는 않았다(p=0.053). 자녀와의 놀이 참여시간은 장애아동과 비장애 아동 모두 부 보다 모와의 참여시간이 많았다. 모의 경우 장애아동의 모가 놀이참여 시간이 더 많았고, 부의 경우 비장애 아동의 부가 더 많았다. 장애아동과 비장애 아동 부모 모두 장난감을 사주는 빈도는 '보통' 정도가 가장 많았으며 두 집단 간에 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 장애아동과 비장애 아동 부모 모두 놀이 정보를 습득하기 위해 인터넷을 주로 이용하였으며, 놀잇감을 살 때 고려사항은 흥미 유발, 발달수준, 안전 순이었다. 결론 : 본 연구를 통해 학령전기 장애 아동과 비장애 아동 부모의 놀이 인식 및 참여 실태를 비교할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 토대로 부모들이 놀이 시 실질적으로 필요한 부분을 알 수 있고, 추후 아동을 대상으로 한 놀이 연구의 기초자료로 제공될 수 있을 것이다.

영 유아 및 학령전 아동의 안전사고 및 어머니의 응급처치 정보 접촉 경험에 관한 조사 연구 (A Survey on the Experience of Accident of Infant, Toddler and Preschooler, and the Education about Emergency Care for Parents)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the experiences of accident and visiting emergency center, and the experiences of education about emergency care for parents. The subjects of this study were 117 mothers whose children are attending 9 different nursery schools or kindergartens. The instrument used in this study was developed by researchers and validated by nursing professor, first aid doctor and the president of nursery school, and consisted of 'most important thing in child rearing' ,'experiences of accident and visiting emergency center', 'type of trauma' and 'need for parent education program' the result of this study were as followed ; 1.There were 70.09% of the experience of visiting emergency center among the subjects. The cause of visiting emergency center were high fever and convulsion(42.86%), and trauma by accident(28.04%) 2. The most common type of the indoor accident were fall down and slipping(76.92%), the common type of trauma were contusion (76.92%), abrasion(47.01%), laceration(29.06%), dislocation or fracture(12.82%), burn(10.26%), piercing(8.55%). 3.47.01% of subjects had the experience of education about emergency care for parents. They were educated by child rearing journals (32.72%), small books which were published by hospitals or community health center (25.45%), mass media(21.8%), parent seminar (12.72%), nursery school or kindergarten (5.45%). In conclusion, the need of emergency care for children was strongly found. Therefore, on the basis of above results, the parent education program which fits their cognitive level and their health care needs So, it must be directed on the further study of parents' knowledge about emergency care for children. To enhance the effectiveness of program and accomplish the children's health promotion, advanced instructional media and demonstration must be included.

체성 실행장애 아동을 위한 감각통합 중재가 체성 실행과 작업수행 능력에 미치는 영향: 단일대상연구 (The Effects of the Sensory Integration Intervention for Somatosensory and Occupational Performance Abilities in Children with Somatodyspraxia: Case Study)

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 체성 실행장애가 있는 학령기 아동에게 개별 맞춤 감각통합 중재가 체성 실행과 작업수행 능력에 미치는 효과에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 연구방법 : 단일대상연구의 A-B설계를 적용하여 총회기는 11회기로 기초선 3회기와 중재는 8회기로 구성하여 실시하였다. 중재 전후 효과 비교를 위해 수행영역과 수행 요소로 나누어 측정하였으며, 매회기마다 중재 후 목표 활동(배와 위 굴곡 자세, 손수레 걷기, 밸런스 볼에서 우세 발로 서있기)의 목표 달성 척도를 시행하였다. 결과 : 연구에 참여한 아동은 중재 전·후 수행영역과 수행 요소에서 전반적인 향상을 보였으며, 회기별 중재 후 목표 활동 측정 시 목표 달성 척도가 증가한 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 결론 : 고유감각, 전정감각, 촉각을 중심으로 구성된 감각통합 중재가 체성 실행장애 아동의 목표 활동 수행 및 또래와의 관계 개선에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

학령기 근시아동에서 비조절마비 자동굴절검사, 검영법, 조절마비 자동굴절검사에 의한 굴절검사값의 비교 (Comparison of Noncycloplegic Autorefraction, Manifest Refraction and Cycloplegic Autorefraction in School-aged Children)

  • 목적: 학령기 근시 아동을 대상으로 조절마비 전과 후의 자동굴절검사값 및 검영법에 의한 굴절검사값을 비교하였다. 방법: 6~14세 사이의 근시성 굴절이상 아동 105명(210안, $10.28{\pm}1.59$세)을 대상으로 자동굴절검사와 검영기에 의한 굴절검사를 시행하고, 조절마비제를 점안한 후 자동굴절검사기를 이용하여 조절마비굴절검사를 실시하였다. 결과: 자동굴절검사, 검영기에 의한 굴절검사 및 조절마비굴절검사는 서로 유의한 상관성을 보였으나 자동굴절검사기로 측정한 검사값은 조절마비굴절검사값보다 근시도와 난시도에서 모두 큰 값으로 측정되었다(p<0.001). 210 안중 근시도와 난시도에서 -0.5 Diopter(D) 이상의 차이를 보인 경우는 각각 대상자의 40안(19%) 및 19안(9%)로 나타났으며, 근시도와 난시도가 클수록 조절마비제에 의한 측정값의 차이가 더 크게 나타났다. 결론: 학령기 근시아동의 경우 조절마비 전 자동굴절검사값은 검영법 및 조절마비 굴절검사값과 차이가 있기 때문에 안경처방 시 자각식 굴절검사가 반드시 필요하며, 회귀식으로부터 얻은 조절마비굴절검사값은 자각적 굴절검사 시 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

이식형 포트 삽입 학령전기 아동의 주사공포감소를 위한 프로그램 개발 및 효과 (Development and Effects of Fear-Reduction Program for Malignant Disease Children with Inserting Implanted Port)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a play education program to reduce children's fear of needle insertion to the implanted port, and to assess the effect of this program. Method: The play education program was composed of play education before needle insertion, encouragement during needle insertion, and a present to reward then after needle insertion. Measurement instruments were the Procedure Behavior Check List(PBCL) and Faces Rating Scale(FRS). Results: The first hypothesis, "the PBCL point of children with malignant disease would decrease after play education program", was rejected(before insertion : Z=-0.189, p= .850, during insertion : Z=-0.350. p= .727, after insertion : Z=-0.590, p= .555). The second hypothesis, "the FRS point of children with malignant disease would decrease after play education program education", was rejected(observer 1 : Z=-0.245, p= .806, observer 2 : Z=-0.912, p= .362, self-report : Z=-0.181, p= .856). The third hypothesis, "the Time of needle insertion would decrease after play education program", was rejected(Z=-0.464, p= .642). Conclusion: The effect on fear-reduction of play education program for children with malignant disease inserted implanted port was not significant but continuous education is needed for parents and children.

학령전 아동의 대인간 문제해결 능력에 관한 연구 (Interpersonnal Problem-Solving Strategies of Preschoolers)

  • The purpose of the present study was to investigate children's interpersonal problem solving strategies. Specifically, the number and categories of interpersonal problem solving strategies were examined by age, sex, and source of problem (friends or mother). The subjects were eighty 4,-and 6-year-old boys and girls. The instrument was based on Shure and Spivack's (1974) Preschool Interpersonal Problem Solving (PIPS) test. The test was administered to the children individually in the preschool setting. The data were analyzed by two-way ANOVA, frequency, percentage, and Kendall's Tau. The results showed that the older children had higher PIPS scores; that is, the 6-year-olds suggested more alternative problem solving strategies than 4-year-olds. Children suggested more alternate strategies and different strategies for solving problems with friends compared to solving problems with mothers.

가정환경 자극검사(HOME)와 학령전 아동의 발달 수준과의 관계 (The Relationship of HOME to Preschool Children's Developmental Levels)

  • This study examined the characteristics of the relationship of home environment variables and preschool children's intelligence, learning readiness and socio-emotional developments. The subjects of this study were 63 children at age five and their mothers. Instruments included the children's intelligence test, preschool inventory for learning readiness, the socio-emtional rating scale and the inventory of HOME. The data of the present study were analyzed by the statistical methods of Pearson's product-moment correlation coefficient and step-wise multiple regression analysis. The kinds of HOME variables that significantly predict children's intelligence were "need gratification and avoidance of restriction" "quality of language environment" "play materials" "aspects of physical environment" "organization of stable and predictable environment". The variables that significantly predict children's socio-emotional developments were "breath of experience" "fostering maturity and independence" "developmental stimulation". All of the HOME variables were not significantly predict children's learning readiness. The kinds of HOME factors that significantly predict children's intelligence were factor II and factor III. Factor I predicted children's socio-emotional developments significantly. All of the HOME factors were not significantly predicted children's learning readiness.

학령전 아동의 사회역할 개념 발달 (Social Role Development in Korean Preschool Children)

  • This paper investigated children's learning process concerning age and gender, two of the most apparent social roles. The subjects of the study were 72 Korean preschool children between three to five years of age. The Study was designed to examine problems of developmental sequence and horizontal decalage in understanding of these social roles. Two five-step knowledge sequences of age growth and sex constancy were administered utilizing skill theory (Fischer, 1980). Each step in a sequence had different stories of age or sex role with increasing cognitive complexity, but the two sequences were equivalent in complexity. The children were tested under two different assessment conditions:high support condition of elicited imitation and low support condition of free play and the best story. The findings show that, the understanding of age and sex roles develops through the predicted five-step sequences. The understanding of age role seems to develop earlier than that of sex role although the developmental patterns of the two roles are similar. Variations in the children's performances under different conditions were dramatic, especially for the older children.

영국의 아동복지기관 : BAND와 CCK방과후클럽

  • 이번 두 기관 방문은 ‘SK와 함께하는 행복한 일자리지원센터’의 영국 국제연수의 일환으로 이루어졌다. 연수팀은(사) 부스러기사랑나눔회 행복한 일자리지원센터와 SK 사회공헌팀으로 구성되어 있었으며, 허인영 사무국장 외 8인으로 이루어져 있었다. 이번 연수는 영굴에서 학령기 아동에 대한 지역사회 아동보호 및 방과 후 보호. 교육을 탐방하고 우리나라 상황에 적용 가능한 사회적 기업 모델을 모색하는 데 그 목적을 두고 있었다. 필자는 이번 연수팀의 두 기관 방문에 동행하며 통역과 소개를 하는 역할을 맡게 되었다. 연수팀이 방문하기 전 이미 방문할 기관에 대한 사전접촉은 마쳐있는 상태였다. 우선 BAND(Bistol Association for Neighbourhood Daycare Ltd)라는 곳을 먼저 접촉한 후 그 기관을 통하여 CCK 방과후클럽(Cabet Cool Kics After School Club)을 소개받게 되었다. 두 기관이 가까운 거리에 위치해 있는 관계로 하루에 두 기관 모두 방문할 수 있었으며 방문은 지난 4월 26일에 이루어졌다.

외상 응급처치 교육 프로그램의 개발 및 효과 -영유아 및 학령전 아동의 어머니를 대상으로- (Development of A First-aid Education Program and Its Effectiveness -A Care of Mothers of infant, toddler and preschool children-)

  • The researcher has studied the types of accidents and injuries that most often occur to infants, toddlers and preschool children. Using this knowledge, a first aid program was developed for mothers. This researcher used a Quasi experimental study which consisted of a nonequivalent control group pretest - posttest design for injury first-aid knowle. The experimental group consisted of 32 mothers, and the control group consisted of 29. The education program consisted of the types of injury, the structure and function of skin, the methods of obsevation, first-aid awareness, and the standard of professional support in case of contusion, abrasion, laceration, fracture and burn. The education program was developed and based on 'the systemetic design of instruction' by Dick & Carey(1996) and utilized multimedia text book, pictures, examples, practice and discussions to increase understanding and effectiveness of learning. The data for this study was collected from September to early November, 2001. There were two fomative evauations, pretest and posttest with an intervention of education program. The analysis of the collected data was analyzed by descriptive analysis, ANOVA, t-test and paired t-test using the SPSS 10.0 program. The results as follows; 1. The experimental group, who was given an education program before the test, got higher marks on the injury first-aid knowledge than the control group. There was a significant difference in knowledge between experimental group and control group(t=6.578, p=.000). 2. The experimental group got higher marks on the action evaluation than the control group. There were significant differences in the certainity of action (t=8.546, p=.000) and the accuracy of action (t=7.654, p=.000) between experimental group and control group. This study examined how a first aid education program increased effectiveness in the knowledge and action of injury first-aid.
