건물 및 주택의 가구배치나, 인테리어 디자인 등을 신규로 구성하거나 재배치하는 것은 고비용의 작업일 뿐만 아니라, 사용자가 정확히 판단하기 어렵다. 가상현실 시스템을 적용하면 공간적, 물리적 제약에 의해 현실 세계에서는 직접 경험하지 못하는 상황을 간접 체험할 수 있어 재배치에 대한 비용 및 시행착오의 오류를 줄일 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 EON Studio를 이용하여 건물 내부의 인테리어를 바꿔가며 디스플레이 할 수 있는 실내 인테리어 시스템 프로토타입을 제시하고자 한다. 현실 건물 내부와 가구를 EON Studio를 통해 구축한 후 회전 및 이동을 통해 재배치 도록 하였다. 구현된 시스템을 통해 제안된 인터페이스가 공간 배치 응용 분야에서 유용성 이 있음을 확인하였다.

Entering the 21st century, countries throughout the world are turning the direction of their education to be consumer-oriented and reinforcing lifelong education in preparation for the rapid advance of science and technology and the globalization, opening and informatization of the world. With the reinforcement of consumer-oriented education and lifelong education, the role of school is emphasized as a ground for lifelong education in community and efforts are being made to use schools and community facilities compositely so that schools may play the role of central facilities in community. Accordingly, the objective of this study is to analyze the relation between lifelong education and school facilities in the educational aspect, and to suggest a basic architectural direction so that schools may play central roles for social, cultural, educational, welfare, and sport activities in community.

BTL business-related systems were developed by the Ministry of Education, Korea Development Institute, Korea Education Development Institute. These systems were effectively support to BTL projects schools that expanding in size. However, compatibility of information is difficult between systems that specific information system developed for the purpose of functional redundancy. In this study, operational readiness, facility management, operations and the assessment phase are divided in the BTL school projects process. And the business functions were analyzed in the related systems. In addition, we are contributed to improve standards and the school BTL business processes to improve the reliability of the process.

In order to cope with the demands of the rapidly changing society, advanced countries enrolled in OECD have been establishing corresponding directions as integrating their fields in economy, society, and education as one system. To be a part of the international changes, Korea has presented "Mixed-Use of schools and community facilities." "Mixed-Use of schools and community facilities" enables schools to expand necessary facilities, which were not secured due to insufficient budget, through community funding. Communities could not secure enough convenient facilities because they did not have enough sites for the facilities; however, school sites have made the communities possible to have facilities. As a result, the demand for "Mixed-Use of schools and community facilities" has increased. Therefore, this study redefines the concept of the Mixed-Use of School Facilities in the perspective of the main users, researches the current state of the Mixed-Use of School Facilities through case studies in Korea, and intends to research preferences of the synthesis through surveys. In addition, the study proposes the proper size and the standard of the facilities that are possible to synthesize them with schools. In the future, in running this Mixed-Use of School Facilities business, the data from this study can be utilized.

In recent years, the change of urban function and the decrease in birth rate have given rise to merge, abolition and relocation of the existing schools. This study explores the possibilities for various land utilizations of disused school sites, aims to propose the effective asset management and the proper development methodology. Firstly it examines the status of small class school in urban area and the linkage complex development method. Among various methods, it compares the validity between the closed school management and public asset management method. In addition, it analyses the national finance method and public-private partnership investment as a proper development methodology to ensure both the common-benefit and profitable business. As a result of study, it prposes the BTO(build-transfer-operate) method to use effectively the disused school sites in urban area.

The use of school should not be limited to student education any longer but be extended for attaining social benefits. For this reason, school should play central roles not only in education but also in childcare, welfare, culture, physical education, etc. In order for school to accommodate various new functions, it is essential to promote the mixed-uses of school facilities, and this process requires the involvement of private capitals for early achievement of social benefits from school facilities. Thus, this study purposed to examine the necessity of the multiple uses of school facilities through the investment of private capitals, to diagnose the adequacy of build-transfer-lease (BTL) applied currently to the multiple uses of school facilities, and to find obstacles to the activation of private sector investment and suggest solutions for the obstacles. In particular, this study aimed at proposing plans to enhance the efficiency of private sector investment and activate private sector investment projects by suggesting how to promote the multiple uses of school facilities in consideration of profitability for private investors.

Occurrence of earthquakes have been increased all over the world and also, magnitude of earthquakes have been larger these days. Earthquake can be happened in Korea and is not a safe country any more. Many buildings are exposed at danger without any alternatives against earthquake in Korea. Among various kinds of buildings, school buildings are very important and urgent, because many students stays at school and young students have some difficulty to evacuate. Also, most existing school buildings in Korea were not designed considering earthquake resistant design codes. Thus, in this study, 3 types of braces were applied for seismic retrofits of existing school buildings using commercial structural analysis software and effective seismic retrofits were evaluated and discussed based on results by time history analysis.

The present design, which is the result of English Zone Project for 'I' Girls' High School in Yeonsu dong, Incheon, purposed to produce atmosphere like a cafe so that students can attempt more comfortable and diverse learning methods, breaking away from the structure and atmosphere of traditional language labs while providing functions such as experiential learning, teaching learning and native speaker conversation. In addition, it applied colors close to primary colors so that students throw away their fixed idea of language lab as a special class and access it easily at any time. Moreover, it was designed for the maximum changeability using foldable and portable furniture so that various types of group study can be performed. Ultimately the design project is expected to suggest methods of experiential learning distinguished from existing knowledge delivering education as it provides teaching learning methods beyond simple interior design.

In this study, a digital design process by utilizing the program's database functionality in BIM, public education facilities master plan presented an alternative model to the layout of the design process. First of all, public education facilities master plan design process with digital design process and how to use the database of BIM in the process for review of the possibility of. Secondly, public educational facility planning the placement as needed for the switch to digital design limits, and the basic plan design at various elementary school planning alternatives in a school building and the school site is required to investigate. Thirdly, as a way of using the database features of GDL BIM lnn and teachers on how to create a variable by setting up a number of different alternatives so that you can choose the architect thought to have to organize and visualize the possibility of quick. A quantitative way the basic plan design that repeats some of the measures that can be used for digital design change as a process of continuous research is needed.

본 글을 통해 학생들과 함께 수행한 다양한 디지털 디자인 모델을 기반으로 5가지의 디지털 패브리케이션 방식을 적용하여 여러 실제 인테리어패널의 제작 과정 및 그 결과물들을 요약적으로 소개하였다. 해당 과정은 기존의 분리된 설계와 제작 및 시공이 아닌, 설계-제작 통합적인 접근방법을 활용함으로써 학생들로 하여금 디지털 디자인과 패브리케이션의 효과를 극대화 할 수 있음을 체득하도록 하였다. 패브리케이션 기기 및 재료 등의 차이점에 따라 실제 구현된 모델과 원래의 디지털 모델과의 형상적인 차이점은 아직까지 한계점으로 남을 수 있지만, 비정형적으로 생성된 디지털 디자인의 형상이 직접적으로 실현이 가능하다는 점에서 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다. 또한 패러매트릭 모델링 기법이나 실제 제작 경험이 거의 없는 학생들을 대상으로 개별적인 교육이 아닌 설계-제작 통합적인 교육을 실시함으로써 각 요소들이 어떻게 유기적으로 관련되어 디지털 디자인 과정이나 패브리케이션과정에서 상호 보완적으로 중요한지 직접 체득할 수 있도록 하였다는데 의의가 있다. 본 글에서 소개한 재료를 깎는 등의 방식인 "마이너스"의 방식이 아닌 3D프린팅과 같이 재료를 이용해 만들어가는 "플러스"적인 방식 또한 해당 사례에서 수행되었으며 마찬가지로 다양한 특성을 지니고 있으나, 본 글에서는 전자의 방식에 대해 주로 논하였다. 본 글에서 다룬 제작기법뿐만 아니라 3D프린팅 기술의 발전과 보급에 따라 디지털 패브리케이션 역시 다양하게 진보하고 있으며, 팹랩 등을 통한 학교에서의 건축설계 교육도 다양하게 진화하고 있다. 본 사례 및 기타 실험적인 교육과 선도적인 여러 시도를 통해서, 디지털 디자인과 패브리케이션 영역을 확장시켜나가고 해당 기술의 발전에 적극적으로 보조할 수 있는 교육과정을 수립하고 이행하는데 일조 할 수 있기를 희망한다.
