본 논문에서는 열차 정비 사고를 예방하기 위한 정비교육 시뮬레이션 시스템을 설계하고자 한다. 현재 운용되고 있는 철도관련 시뮬레이터 현황에 대해 분석하고 학습효과를 높이기 위해 열차 장치에 대한 기본 개념과 장치 정비 절차를 직접 학습할 수 있는 두 가지의 파트로 구성되며 두 번째 파트에는 교육공학 이론을 적용하여 VIEW모드와 TEST모드로 나누어 공부와 평가를 통해 학습할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 정비 교육 시뮬레이션이 운용된다면 안전한 상황에서 실무경험 능력 향상에 도움이 되는 학습을 할 수 있으며 정비교육에 대한 운영비용도 절감되는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest prevention policy by analyzing accident cases related with school facilities. The results of study are as follows: First, policy enforcement that follows disaster management process such as prevention, preparation, response and recovery is required for school safety policy. Second, in order to proceed with the effective safety policy through collection, analysis, interpretation of data and result monitoring against accident case, the systematic safety infrastructure such as injury surveillance system and the composition of policy consultative group among safety organizations should be established. Third, the school facilities should be installed and managed according to the safety design. Fourth, the systematic education is needed to done for the managers who are concerned with safety regarding the establishment of safety management plan for each school. Fifth, the evaluation and feedback system is required for the results of proceeding with safety policy.

학교는 지진재해시 학생 및 교직원의 안전을 확보하고 지역주민의 대피소로서 기능을 수행할 수 있도록 방재교육과 대피소에 필요한 방재기능 및 내진성능을 확보해야 한다. 학생 및 교직원의 지진방재능력 향상을 위해서는 도덕, 과학, 체육 등 교과과목에 지진방재에 관한 내용을 수록하여 지도하고, 지역주민과 교직원이 학교 방재시설 및 대피소를 효과적으로 활용할 수 있도록 방재계획과 매뉴얼 개발이 필요하다. 학교시설 내진화 및 내진보강은 내진설계가 적용되지 않은 건축물을 우선적으로 선정하여 철골브레이스와 내진벽체 공법 중심으로 추진하되, 사회적 합의를 위해 노후시설의 개축 등 교육환경 개선사업과 병행해야 한다. 또한, 학교시설을 대피소로 활용하기 위해서는 필요한 방재시설을 갖추고 방재기능 개선이 필요함을 제시하였다.

The main goal of this study is to examine the current status of architectural glass in terms of its risk for inflicting injury in elementary schools, middle schools, and high schools. Through objective analysis of data contributed by the investigation of the cause, degree of seriousness, and bodily location of injury, the hazardousness of architectural glass in educational facilities will be evaluated. Most importantly, this study is an attempt to increase awareness of the need for establishing a safety standard in the installation of safety glass in order to prevent injuries inflicted by architectural glass in educational facilities.

본 연구의 목적은 우리나라의 학교폭력예방을 위한 학생보호인력의 전문화방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이 연구는 학생보호인력의 문제점으로 학생보호인력의 법률적 한계, 전문성의 부족, 채용기준의 적합성 부족, 교육훈련의 미비, 관련기관과의 협력문제, 윤리적 문제가 도출되었다. 이와 같은 문제점을 개선하기 위한 전문화방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학교보호인력관련 법률의 개정 및 제도의 강화이다. 둘째, 학생보호인력의 적합한 채용기준의 마련이다. 셋째, 학생보호인력 전문교육훈련기관의 설립이다. 넷째, 학생보호관련 기관과의 긴밀한 협력체제이다. 다섯째, 학생보호인력의 윤리강령의 제정이다.

본 연구는 일반고 학생들의 희망, 그릿, 학교행복의 관계를 알아보고자 희망과 그릿의 군집별 학교행복 차이를 알아보았다. 세종시 ㅂ고 2, 3학년 282명 자료를 상관분석과 군집분석(cluster analysis)을 했다. 연구결과, 희망과 그릿 및 학교행복 간에 긍정적인 상관관계가 있고 희망 주도사고와 그릿 노력지속성 간 상관관계가 높았다. 다음으로, 희망과 그릿의 하위변인은 4개 군집으로 나타났다. 학교행복은 '높은 심리자본' 집단이 가장 높고, '높은 주도사고'와, '높은 경로사고'는 차이가 없으며, '낮은 심리자본' 이 가장 낮았다. 연구결과, 일반고 교육과정에 주도사고와 노력지속성이 반영되어야 함을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 앞으로 실제적 측정을 위한 설문지 개발 등을 제안하였다.

이 연구의 목적은 2018년 '민주시민 교육 활성화를 위한 종합계획'을 '2022 개정 교육과정 총론'을 중심으로 그 의미를 탐색하는 데 있다. 연구 결과 첫째, 2018년 민주 시민 교육 활성화를 위한 종합 대책에서의 추진과제 중 첫째, 학교 민주시민 교육 강화의 경우 2022 개정 교육과정 총론에서 중점 추진과제 중 하나가 시민성 함양을 위한 민주시민교육을 강조하고 있다. 둘째, 교원 전문성 신장 및 교육활동 지원의 경우 2022 개정 교육과정 총론에서 교수 학습 자료 개발 및 교원 연수 강화를 추진하고 있다. 셋째, 민주적 학교문화 조성의 경우 2022 개정 교육과정 총론에서는 학습 공간 재구조화 및 디지털 기반 학습 환경 구현을 위해 노후 학교 개축 또는 리모델링을 통해 학생 안전 및 학습권 보장한다. 넷째, 학생 자치 활성화의 경우 2022 개정 교육과정 총론에서는 학생의 요구와 학교의 여건을 고려한 학교 교육과정의 자율성 확대와 참여 체험 중심의 수업과 자치 활동 등을 강화한다. 다섯째, 민주시민 교육 지원 체계 구축의 경우 2022 개정 교육과정 총론에서는 다양한 교육 주체들의 역할과 전문성을 존중하는 상호협력 체제구축 및 지역사회와 교육공동체 간 상호협조 체제를 마련하고 있다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to measure the effects of a school safety education program based on the PRECEDE-PROCEED model for upper grade elementary students. Methods: One hundred ten 6th-grade students sampled from an elementary school in D City were divided into the education group (n=55) and the non-education group (n=55). School safety education was provided to the education group for 8 weeks and a questionnaire survey about safety knowledge, safety practice and the frequency of safety negligence was carried out before and after the education from March 2 to July 13, 2010. Results: After the application of the safety education program, the education group got a higher safety knowledge score than the non-education group (p<.001). Both the education and non-education groups showed a significantly increased safety practice score (p<.01). In the comparison of safety negligence, the education group showed lower frequency (p<.01). In addition, according to the results of ANCOVA and t-test, the school safety education program influenced safety knowledge significantly (p<.001). Conclusion: This result shows that a school safety education program based on PRECEDE- PROCEED can improve safety knowledge. Further studies will be required to develop continuous and systematic safety education programs.

Mind mapping is an efficient thinking skill which utilizes the whole left-right brain. The several studies which examine the effects of the mind map activities on the school education attain the desirable enhancement of the students' schoolwork achievement ＆ learning attitude. We now propose the utilization of the mind map activities at the safety education in order to decrease the students' accidents in school and to enhance the awareness of safety.
