In the wake of the fourth industrial revolution, the paradigm of human resources and education required by reality is changing. School buildings are also improving to accommodate changed education and with that move, school building reform policies have been established at home and abroad. The purpose of this study is to present the architectural planning characteristics of Future Schools related to space design. The research methods are as follows: First, the characteristics of Future School planning are compiled through prior research surveys in Korea. Second, the characteristics outlined earlier through advanced case analysis are examined of their application to architectural planning in order to establish the status of utilization factors, and the direction of planning is presented. This study names the school architecture as 'Future School' in reference to the use of the term in the preceding study. This study is meaningful in that it focuses on architectural planning characteristics in Future School planning and on actual application cases of theory.

크로우 아일랜드 초등학교는 미국 근대교육 및 학교 건축사에서 기념비적 위치를 차지하고 있다. 1940년 건립된 이래 현재까지도 초등학교로서 그 기능을 유지하고 있으며 진보적인 교육철학이 학교 건축으로 구체화된 사례로 학교건축의 원론적 가치들은 시대의 흐름에도 불구하고 유효함을 웅변해 주고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 크로우 아일랜드 초등학교의 계획 특성을 자기 수용형 단위교실의 구성, 아동중심공간의 실천, 통합디자인의 적용이라는 측면에서 살펴보고 그 의미를 고찰하였다.

The study is a precursor to the final goal of organizing a future school building plan to prepare for the new paradigm. Planning direction presentation through planning elements and principles is key purpose. Based on the results of the study, it is meaningful that the school facilities will be able to fulfil the educational role of the school facilities, including science, technology, and environment. Based on the theoretical concepts of prospective school facilities and research data, the school plans to construct architectural plan elements and construct the architectural plan based on the guidelines of the school plan based on the evaluation criteria of the school building and the evaluation criteria based on the evaluation criteria of the school building and the calculation of the plan through the procurement criteria of the school and the Future Schools.

This study has certified green school facility into a target of 10 cases, and obtain a certificate of our own sector application, and scoring rate of Green Building Certification Analyze problems is derived. The study in Green Building Certification by School Facilities through the plan is aimed at providing basic data for designers and associated personnel. This study of Eco-friendly School Buildings and subsequent certification review and evaluation based on the study improved through active to expect.

The purpose of this study is to explore ways to efficiently capture the opinions of students who are main users in the planning, planning and design of school facilities. There are many criteria for determining good schools, but in this study, the main purpose of this study was to set up the main users as students, and to analyze the differences between the network and the actual spatial structure (network) created by the hope of students' use of school space, and the direction to overcome the differences. After surveying students' opinions about their satisfaction with school space and their desire to use school space by limiting the survey target to middle and high schools in Seoul, the 'social-space network analysis' was recently established in the social science field. As a result, it was found that the proximity of space and space desired by students in the school varied greatly depending on the geographical conditions, school districts, and the status of the current facilities, and the direction of improvement specialized for each school was found.
