코로나 팬더믹으로 인해 시작된 비대면 수업의 도입은 대학교육시스템에 변화를 가져왔다. 대학은 비대면 수업 운영에 대한 경험 및 학습자 만족도를 기반으로 비대면 수업을 대학 학사 운영에 활용하는 방안을 모색하기 시작하였다. 본 논문은 비대면과 대면이 혼합된 하이브리드 수업 운영에서 학습자들이 다양한 특성의 과목에서 만족한 수업방식과 의견을 조사·분석함으로써 비대면과 대면 수업을 혼합 활용하는 효과적 방안을 모색하는데 필요한 학습자 의견 도출에 그 목적이 있다. 조사 결과, 학습자들은 전반적으로 하이브리드 수업에 만족하고 있고, 과목 특성에 따라 비대면과 대면 수업의 장점을 혼합한 수업에 대한 학습효과를 올바르게 인식하고 있음을 알 수 있고, 수업 맞춤형 하이브리드 수업 운영을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 대학은 학습자의 만족도를 높일 수 있는 하이브리드 수업 운영을 위한 제도 등을 마련하여 효과적인 수업 운영 및 활성화를 지원할 필요가 있다고 사료된다.

This study explored effective teaching-learning activities under the hybrid teaching model combining flipped learning, direct instruction, cooperative learning and distance learning. Subjects were 99 college students enrolled in 2 teacher preparation courses. Students evaluated effectiveness of 22 teaching-learning activities according to Likert scale at the end of the semester. As a result, all 22 teaching learning activities were considered effective more or less. They facilitated motivation, comprehension, participation, thinking, and led to mastery of the task. ② Activities scored low were 'questioning and answering at the beginning of online class', 'open book test'. ③ Hybrid teaching model was favored over traditional instruction. Open ended responses were consistent with the ones in the questionnaire. This research supports the notion that key teaching models to be combined for successful flipped learning in college setting are direct instruction and cooperative learning. Furthermore, effective and ineffective teaching strategies for flipped learning were found.

The purpose of this study was to explore which factors should be considered mainly in operating hybrid learning in which offline and synchronous online environments are integrated in elementary education. Using qualitative data through interview and so on for 8 elementary school teachers with experience in operating hybrid learning, major consideration factors were identified. Before class, it is necessary to increase the level of understanding through concrete guidance or education for what the characteristics of hybrid learning are. The redesign of the environment including hardware and software technology is considered because the foundation was not established properly so that effective operation was difficult. In particular, based on the simultaneity and interactivity between the environments, activities which learners can connect and participate in the two environments should be considered. Further, design strategies to guide the operation of teaching and learning will be developed.

컴퓨터 전공자들의 프로그래밍 개발 중심의 팀 프로젝트 수업은 프로그래밍 개발 능력과 팀원들 간의 협업 능력을 키울 수 있는 수업으로서, 기존에는 대면수업을 통해 교수자와 학습자간 그리고 팀을 이룬 학습자들 간에 긴밀한 상호작용으로 진행되어왔다. 그러나 2020년 COVID-19의 확산으로 대부분의 대학 수업들이 비대면 방식으로 진행됨에 따라 팀 프로젝트 수업 역시 비 대면으로 운영되어야 했으며 팀 활동을 위해 다양한 온라인 커뮤니케이션 방법이 모색되어야 했다. 본 연구에서는 팀 프로젝트 수업을 기존의 대면 수업으로 운영하였을 경우와 비대면 방식으로 운영하였을 때 학습자들이 느끼는 학습 효과에 대해 비교해보고자 한다. 대면 수업과 비대면 수업에 참여했던 학습자들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 팀 프로젝트 수업을 통한 학습 이해도, 수업 흥미도, 학습자간의 소통의 원활성, 수업 참여의 적극성 그리고 전체적인 수업 만족도에 대한 설문 결과를 비교 분석하였다. 향후 포스트 코로나 시대에는 대면과 비대면의 하이브리드 커뮤니케이션 방식이 대세를 이룰 것으로 예측되고 있는 만큼 대학 수업 방식에도 변화가 필요할 것이며 본 연구는 이를 위한 기초 연구로 활용될 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was to open two classes with the name of $21^{st}$ Leadership, run with two different hybrid teaching styles which are hybrid LZ type and hybrid lz type, and compare them with each other in order to analyze their effectiveness of hybrid model of the subject. The subjects of this study were 64 students who took these classes, and statistical analysis were analyzed through SPSS 21.0 program. As a result of the analysis, first, there were significant development in terms of the knowledge of leadership in both LZ and lz model. but the result of final exam in the group lz was shown only significant development. Second, in the case of unconditional self-acceptance there was significant development only in the group lz. Third, the development of leadership skills was shown only in the group lz. Implications of these results were concluded that the lz is more suitable for the subject of $21^{st}$ Leadership because this model can provide much more opportunities to develope interpersonal relationship skill than LZ model. In addition, suggestions for future research were discussed.

The landscape of Christian higher education is changing. Students once spent most of their time in a traditional classroom with a professor, but now they take online and hybrid courses (face to face and online). Some students complete their entire degree in a fully online program. Nearly every type of college in the United States offers online courses. Online learning has clearly moved from a fad to a fixture, and nowhere is that more apparent than at one of the largest universities in the country. As the demand for online course and programs increase, teachers and administrators in Christian universities and colleges face new challenges. Even though some teachers and administrators still believe online education is inferior to traditional face-to-face learning, we found no statistically significant differences in standard measures of learning outcomes between students in the traditional classes and students in the hybrid-online format classes. In this situation, since online education will develop continuously, Christian universities should utilize it variously through complete understanding and research about it predicting the future of online education style.

In order to respond to changes in the industrial environment such as the 4th industrial revolution, university education also needs active educational innovation efforts. This study proposed a construction construction hybrid curriculum that can actively utilize online education in the direction of educational innovation in domestic universities. The hybrid curriculum was based on online learning through lecture videos used in team-based learning. The hybrid curriculum additionally allows learners to choose their learning methods. In a hybrid class, learners can choose the class participation method they want from offline classroom or online real-time. Hybrid classes are considered to strengthen learners' options and take a step forward in learner-centered education.

English education taken with native English speakers is very effective, but it is hard to obtain English education with native English speakers in rural schools. In this study, therefore, we supported English education with on-line content and video conferencing with native English speakers. This study worked with one hundred fifty students from six elementary and middle schools equally distributed by city size over three months. This study performed experimental research by T-test comparing of pre- and post-tests of the hybrid model. In our results, the upper group showed greater improvement in understanding while the lower group showed more improvement in writing. In addition, the lower group showed more improvement than the upper group in overall English accomplishment.

Digital transformation is about revolutionizing the interaction between virtual and reality. The complex problems that arise in this process must be solved, and one of the methods is computing thinking. Therefore, this study aims to observe whether software education that uses unplugged as liberal education is effective in enhancing computing thinking. For this, 5 elements of computing thinking were extracted and unplugged was applied to liberal software classes, and classes were conducted. During one semester, 16 sessions of classes were conducted and computing thinking enhancement was measured through surveys. As a result, the computing thinking of the students increased overall after classes. Observation surveys showed that, among computing thinking elements, students of all academic fields felt difficulties conceptualizing abstraction elements, those of arts and physical education felt more difficulties with algorithm elements, and those of the humanities felt more difficulties with pattern recognition elements. In the future, various contents for each element should be developed by academic field to aid learner understanding.

Academic libraries presently are confronting the issues of organizational viability and relevance. Academic libraries are not the sole owners of the information gateway. The purpose of this study is modeling of university library's information service for effective implication of its role in order to ensure organizational viability and relevance in internet environment. New information service model of university library needs to be design according to four Principles. Firstly, building of web based library petals. Secondly, provision of web front-end with hybrid functions. Thirdly, provision of information literacy program Fourthly, extension resource sharing.
