미국내 흑인 집단인 Zooties로부터 시작된 20세기의 하위문화는 현대 사회를 특징짓는 중요한 요인이 되어 왔다. 그리고 스트리트 스타일은 이들 하위문화의 독특한 가치관과 생활양식을 표현하는 상징적인 수단이었다. 특히 흑인들의 하위문화는 그들이 갖는 특수한 사회적 상황의 영향으로 인해 매우 다양하고 독특한 성격을 지니게 되었고 이들의 스트리트 스타일은 자신의 하위문화를 구체화시킴은 물론 현대 패션현상에 많은 영향을 미치게 되었다. (중략)

본 연구에서는 유니섹스 영 캐주얼웨어의 국내브랜드를 중심으로 고찰한 후 그 디자인 특성에 대해 살펴보고 한 시대의 패션현상을 규명하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 국내 패션시장의 유니섹스 영 캐주얼웨어에 대한 디자인 특성을 살펴보기 위해 신세대의 하위문화와 국내브랜드 시장조사를 통한 유니섹스 영 캐주얼웨어의 동향에 대한 일반적 고찰을 한 후 영 캐주얼웨어의 브랜드를 디자인의 차이에 따라 분류하고, 그 디자인 특성을 컬러, 소재, 스타일, 아이템별로 구분하여 분석하였다. '00 S/S, '00 F/W의 유니섹스 영 캐주얼웨어 브랜드를 중심으로 고찰해 보고자 패션 정보잡지와 인터넷의 패션사이트를 검색하였다. 유니섹스 영 캐주얼웨어의 브랜드별 시장조사를 통한 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 영상매체, 대중음악. 스포츠, 스타문화로 나타난 신세대의 하위문화는 탈중심성, 탈국경화, 의미의 해체 등의 포스트모던적 문화현상이며. 유니섹스 영 캐주얼웨어는 자유와 개성을 추구하는 신세대의 라이프 스타일을 잘 반영한 하위문화의 복식양식으로서 현대 패션에 영향을 미치고 있다. 2. 기성복업체는 신세대가 가지고 있는 새로운 욕구와 감성을 겨냥한 브랜드를 개발하고 판매촉진을 위해 전력을 다하는 과정에서 신세대의 하위문화를 반영한 유니섹스 영 캐주얼웨어의 일반적인 복식양식을 형성하였다. 3. 국내시장의 유니섹스 영 캐주얼웨어는 디자인 특성에 따라 컴포터블 캐주얼웨어, 스포츠 캐주얼웨어, 힙합 캐주얼웨어로 구분된다.

The study is to structure materials of cultural arts in "Namdo(Jeollanamdo and Gwangju)" province. Especially the study focuses on establishing description elements for serving diverse materials. First, the authors makes the draft version(4 entities, 28 elements and 115 subelements) by reviewing literature and conducting case study. Then, experts review the draft version and the authors draws final version that consists of 4 entities(materials, performances, agents, facilities), 28 elements and 117 subelements. From the viewpoints of locality, cultural arts materials, and cultural artists, the description elements in this study are distinguished from other studies.

The purpose of this study was to develop and validate Korean version of Deaf Acculturation Scales(DAS). Pilot items were made a faithful translation of the Acculturation Scales of Maxwell-McCaw and Zea (2011) and were modified for Korean Deaf people. The Scale involves two dimensions, in order to measure the acculturation of Deaf people; Deaf acculturation and hearing acculturation. Using factor analysis, we developed a Korean version of DAS consisted of twenty-five items for Deaf acculturation dimension and twenty-five items for hearing acculturation dimension. These analysis supported the four factors of Deaf acculturation dimension and the five factors of hearing acculturation dimension. Reliability, assessed by Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, was .93 for Deaf acculturation and .93 for hearing acculturation, respectively, which confirm the Koran version of DAS. Construct validity was demonstrated through correlation with Deaf acculturation-related variables: age, age of Deafness, Degree of hearing loss, American Sign Language ability, and lip-reading ability. Criterion validity was supported by correlation with Collective Self-Esteem Scale. Limitation and implication of this study and direction for future research were discussed.

The purpose of the study was to examine concept of subculture and style of subculture by each age and to analyze internal meaning of hairstyle in subculture. The study carried out literary review on the basis of books related to subculture and hairstyle focused on the cradle of subculture and preceding researches of subculture style, and strived to find internal meaning of hairstyle by describing in-depth descriptive methods of qualitative research. And the study limited its range in the hairstyle in style of subculture from 1930s to early 1990s commonly described in subculture related books. As a result, there were natural pattern, cutting pattern, exaggerated pattern, set pattern, braid pattern, color pattern and addition pattern in types of hairstyle in subculture. The hairstyle in subculture symbolizes their internal value and ideology and hairstyle is a kind of language to express identity of subculture.

본 논문에서는 유아를 위한 가정연계 다문화 교육활동을 계획하고 적용함으로써 유아와 어머니의 다문화 인식에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보는 것에 목적을 두고 있다. 분석 결과 첫째, 가정연계 다문화 교육활동이 유아의 다문화 인식 전체와 하위 요인인 문화 개방성, 문화 수용성, 문화 존중성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째 가정연계 다문화 교육활동은 어머니의 다문화 인식 전체와 하위 요소인 문화 수용성, 문화 존중성에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤고, 문화 개방성에는 영향을 미치지 않았다. 셋째, 가정연계 다문화 교육활동에 참여한 유아들의 다양한 표현 결과물과 교사 관찰일지, 교사저널 등을 분석한 결과 유아들의 다문화 관련 인식에 긍정적인 변화가 있었으며, 문화 개방성, 문화수용성, 문화 존중성에도 효과가 있었다. 즉, 가정과 연계한 다문화 교육활동은 유아의 다문화 인식과 어머니의 다문화 인식 중 문화 수용성과 문화 존중성에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있다.

This research aims to examine the difference of perceived experiences and sub-cultural identity between the overseas Korean' generations through the participation in the Korean National Sports Festival(NSF). Data were 360 overseas Koreans from 14 countries who participated in the 2015 NSF. The results were as follows; First, there was a difference in perceived experiences between overseas Korean' generations. More specifically, 1st generation among overseas Koreans has more positive participation experiences and less negative participation experiences than other generations. Second, there was a difference in sub-cultural identity between overseas Korean' generations. Particularly, 1.5 generation has much closer Korean identity than other generations.

본 연구는 항공보안업무 종사자의 조직문화가 조직유효성에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위하여 항공보안검색요원 300명을 대상으로 집락표본추출법(cluster sampling method)을 통해 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 수집된 설문지 중 표기오류, 누락, 전체 항목의 동일 표기 등을 분류하여 최종적으로 272부를 분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과 조직문화는 조직유효성에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 조직문화의 하위요인인 합리문화, 합의문화, 발전문화는 조직유효성의 하위요인인 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 위계문화는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 합의문화, 위계문화, 발전문화 순으로 조직몰입에 영향을 미쳤으나 합리문화는 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

In this paper, It is examined the patterns of fashion style in the history of subcultural clothing from 1930s to 1960s, focusing on the way each generation resisted the main stream through its styles. The subcultural styles examined and classified in this study are mainly British and American, with a few European and Western Indian styles included. This study understands subcultural style as a way of deviate or resistant expression within a society. The patterns of subcultural styles presented in this study are based on their form of resistance, and they are classified as follows: The pattern is revision, which tries to revise and change the given form by adding new elements. There are two kinds of revision, one is dressing up, which dresses for success, and the other is minimal dressing. Zoot, caribbean, western, teddy boy, rockabilly style are included here. As minimal dressing, there are hipster, beatnik, modernist, mod, rude boy style. In conclusion, it can be said that subcultural style puts the foremost importance on individual freedom. The new and significant development can be found in the fact that subcultural style emerges as a dominating force in our culture. This implies that the energy of a subculture is essential as a formative force of a fashion world.

하위문화에 있어서 대중음악은 젊은이들의 결속력을 강화해주고 그들만의 개성을 표출해주는 언어라 할 수 있다. 특히 1920년대 이후 급격한 대중매체 보급으로 인기를 얻기 시작한 재즈는 1940년대까지 생활 문화 전반에 걸쳐 큰 영향력을 행사하였는데 그 중 두드러진 특징으로 자리매김 한 부분은 하위문화 패션이다. 또한 이러한 다양한 스트리트 스타일들의 고유의 아이덴터티를 보장해주는 것은 의상의 실루엣도 있지만 더욱 확연히 해주는 부분은 장식적인 부분, 즉 소재와 색상은 디테일하게 그 고유 장르를 설명해주게 되는 것이다.
