A Development of Control System for Agricultural Machinery by using Distributed Control (분산제어방식을 적용한 콤바인 농기계의 제어기 개발)

  • Due to the introduction of the electronic control systems, agricultural machine is getting complicated with its special function. The complex electronics system increases difficulty of maintenances in the wiring harness system. The heavy wiring harness has some poor reliability and workability in the production line of manufacture also. So, in this study, some small local control modules are developed to complement the difficulties with the benefits of distributed control system. All of the local control modules are connected by using CAN communication. This system developed this study has the advantages of modification or alteration of wiring and local modules. All the sensors and actuators can be easily monitored and controlled by the main controller with the appropriate communication protocol made by in this study.

  • 차량 전장품 중 와이어링 하네스에서 큰 전류가 흐르는 회로의 연결 단자가 가지는 전기적 내구 성능 및 기계적 성능을 확보하기 위하여 단자 압착부의 압축율 최적화 기법을 개발하였다. 우선 단자 제작 과정을 표준화한 후 압착부의 주요 인자인 기계적 인장강도와 내부 부식 정도에 의한 전기적 저항 중대로 화재가 발생 가능성 관점에서 접근하였다. 여러 가지 실험을 통하여 얻어진 DATA를 분석한 결과 회귀 2차 모형을 사용하여 대전류 단자 압착부의 전기적/기계적 내구 성능 최적화 구간을 설정 하였으며, 이의 과정을 제시 하였다.

  • 차량용 Wire Harness 전기 장치가 안전과 편의를 위해 차량에 복잡하게 설치되며 자동차 내 외부에의 정보와 제어신호를 잘못 전달해서 발생하는 돌발 교통사고와 Harness의 가공 잘못으로 정격전류 흐름의 방해로 인한 사고로 부터의 안정성을 검토하는 검사시스템 단계의 최적화를 위함이다. 본 논문은 Wire Harness 검사단계 중 Harness Tester를 통해 전선 부분의 도통검사 및 커넥터 체결시 Harness Tester 에 대한 검사 방법 중 Harness Editor 사용하여 7 개의 파일로 변환하던 것을 XML 파일 시스템으로 바꾸어 검사 함으로써 검사단계에서의 손실을 줄일 수 있다. 또한 모바일 기기와 호환 가능하도록 하여 무선으로 Wire Harness를 Open, Short, Extra, add 테스트 하는 방법을 연구 하였다.

  • This paper proposes an image detection method, which can detect images regardless of the location and the direction of an image, required for automatic inspection based on machine vision technologies. A cable harness is considered in this paper as an inspection object, and implementation results of a technology of being applicable to a real cable harness production process is presented.

  • 본 연구는 와이어 하네스의 불량 여부를 정확하고 빠르게 감지하기 위해 컴퓨터 비전을 활용하여 압착된 단자의 길이, 단자 끝단 치수(너비), 압착된 부분의 폭(와이어부, 심선부)의 6가지 측정값을 계산하는 것을 목표로 한다. 단자 영역별 특징과 배경과 객체 간 음영 차이를 이용하여 기준점을 생성함으로써 값들을 추출하였다. 최종적으로 각 측정 유형별로 99.1%, 98.7%, 92.6%, 92.5%, 99.9%, 99.7% 정확도를 달성하였으며, 모든 측정값에서 평균 97%의 정확도로 우수한 결과를 얻었다.

Investigation of the body distribution of load pressure and virtual wear design according to the corset type harness (코르셋 타입 하네스의 신체 하중압력 분포 측정 및 가상착의 적용)

  • Harnesses are used in a variety of industries, such as rescue operations, medicine, and entertainment. However, conventional harnesses have problems as they are uncomfortable to wear and causes continuous pain. Therefore, in this study, the load and pressure applied to the body in the flying state when using a conventional harness were measured in real time and the distribution change was observed. Load and pressure were measured using a modified corset harness, a pressure sensor, and a human mannequin to measure the maximum and average pressure on the waist. As a result, it was confirmed that the load concentrated on the waist in the flying state was 104 N, and the pressure was applied to the left and right sides was 800 kPa or greater. The pressure distribution showed a pressure of 3-45 kPa in 73% in all measurable pressures. The results of the load and pressure distribution are presented as basic data for improving the wearability and reducing the discomfort of harnesses in the future, aid in the development of a harnesses that can minimize discomfort for various activities, and increase the concentration on experiential activities. In addition, using the CLO 3D program, which is a 3D virtual wearing system, a harness was put on a virtual model, and the compression level was checked and compared with the actual pressure distribution. As a result of comparing the measured pressure values in the flying state with the clothing pressure wearing the harness in the CLO 3D program, the total pressure value was found to be about 68% of the actual measured value. This helps develop a harness that can minimize discomfort during activities by predicting the load and pressure on the body by first applying new designs to a virtual wearing system during development. These new harness patterns can solve the problems of conventional harnesses.

  • With the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, multi-variety production in the up-to-date manufacturing environment is proceeding more rapidly whereby production planning and management have been getting more complicated. Moreover, the need to improve production efficiency through effective operation sequencing is further heightened. Fundamentally, the effective operation sequencing can reduce the set-up of the equipment, efficiently utilize the equipment, shorten the set-up time, and ultimately contribute to productivity improvement. This study deals with the problem of efficient operation sequencing in a situation where a single machine performs multiple operations. The complexity of the problem is very high when compared to the case where only one operation is performed on one machine, which is covered in most existing studies. In this paper, we propose an integer programming model to minimize the number of setups. This study aims at minimizing the number of mold replacement times in the process of processing a given production order for the wiring harness manufacturing process, which is one of the components of automobile electric field. In addition, brief case studies are presented to verify the validity of the proposed mathematical model.

  • According to the increase of intelligent vehicles many automotive electric components are installed. The wire harness which connects those also increases. The crimping process for compressing the copper wire bundle into the terminal is a key process to assure the good quality of wire harness. For the case of inadequate forming condition many shape failures such as less-filling, over-filling are happen in the crimping process. Even though the quality of crimping shape is satisfactory the quality check for electrical resistance of wire harness is sometime not satisfied the qualification due to large variation of electrical resistance of wire harness under climate test. This large variation is thought to be related with the malfunction automotive electric system and caused by the internal stress of wire, which occurred during the crimping process. In this paper we develop the 3D-FEM simulation scheme and design methodology of optimum terminal shape. Also the effect of terminal shape on the residual stress is discussed.

  • Since past till now, automotive wiring harness has been designed and produced under the method of part number list. However, the number of options has increased gradually on the basis of customer's needs and car manufacturer's policy, thereby bringing about an increase in the number of classified parts. Because of a large number of classified parts, cost estimates for manufacturing and production planning are more important than ever. However, the pre-existing manufacturing bill of material abbreviated as BOM is only focused on the list of materials used for actual manufacturing, and as such there have been limits to other fields or areas of usage except for manufacturing. In essence, the present paper is concerned with our study conducted on modular BOM as one of planning BOM. On such basis, we have been able to completely use a method by which to have access, make an option units' calculation in wiring harness manufacturing, and build an efficient system for cost estimates in manufacturing as well.
