  • 홀로그램은 광학계의 소형화, 집적화, 저가격화를 위해 많은 장점을 가진 광학소자로, 픽업에는 1980년대 중반부터 Pencom, Sharp, Matsushita, Philips등이 연구, 개발, 상품화하였다. 홀로그램을 사용하여 집적화한 픽업헤드를 홀로그래픽 광헤드 또는 픽업 모듈이라고 하는데 이것은 조립조정이 간단하여 신뢰성에 많은 장점을 가지고 있다. 또한 새로운 아이디어의 픽업을 개발해서 시장에 발표할 때에도 개발시간이 단축된다는 장점이 있다. (중략)

건설진동 측정 및 분석기기의 응용

  • 진동측정은 일반적으로 물체의 상대운동을 변위, 속도, 가속도 등으로 측정한다. 측정방법을 크게 분류하면, 픽업을 진동체 위에 설치하여 진동을 측정하는 방법과 진동체의 외부에 설치한 부동점과 진동체와 상대적 운동을 측정하는 방법으로 분류된다. 이동하는 차량 등의 진동은 외부에 부동점을 설치하는 것이 어렵기 때문에 픽업이 진동체에 붙여지게 된다. 또 구조물에서 비교적 단주기 진동의 경우는 픽업이 직접 진동체에 붙여지나, 주행하중에 의한 교량의 처짐을 측정할 경우 처짐의 변화가 완만하기 때문에 외부에 부동점을 설치하여 측정한다. 그러나 통상 진동측정이라고 하면 전자의 픽업을 사용하는 방법이 대부분이다. 발파 및 항타 등의 건설공사에 의해 야기되는 건설진동의 경우도 픽업을 사용하는 일반적인 진동측정 원리가 보통 이용되고 있다. 본 고에서도 건설진동 측정 및 분석에 픽업을 사용하는 방법을 소개하고자 한다.

Reconstructed image quality enhancement by an improved pickup model in computational integral imaging (컴퓨터 집적 영상 기술에서 픽업 모델 개선에 의한 복원 화질 개선 방법)

  • This paper describes an enhancement method for a computational pickup model. The conventional computational pickup model utilizes the ray-trace model and the pinhole model. The conventional model is very useful, however, it suffers from quality degradation of reconstructed images at long distances. To overcome the problem, we propose an accurate pickup model. The proposed model includes integration of the rays incoming to a sensor that generates a pixel, resulting in robustness on the Aliasing artifact. To show the effectiveness of the proposed method, experimental results are carried out. The results indicated that the proposed method is superior to the conventional method.

  • 최근 주목을 받고 있는 온라인 전기자동차의 픽업회로에서 외부온도 변화에 따라 주파수가 변동한다. 이러한 변동에 따라서 전달효율이 저하되는 문제점이 발생한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 온라인 전기자동차의 픽업회로에서의 주파수 변동을 분석하고 이에 적합한 보상회로를 제안한다.

  • Some subway passengers may want to have their fresh vegetables purchased through internet at a service facility within the subway station of the Metropolitan Seoul subway system on the way to home, which raises further questions about which stations are chosen to locate service facilities and how many passengers can use the facilities. This problem is well known as the pickup problem, and it can be solved on a traffic network with traffic flows which should be identified from origin stations to destination stations. Since flows of the subway passengers can be found from the smart card transaction database of the Metropolitan Seoul smart card system, the pickup problem in the Metropolitan Seoul subway system is to select subway stations for the service facilities such that captured passenger flows are maximized. In this paper, we have formulated a model of the pickup problem on the Metropolitan Seoul subway system with subway passenger flows, and have proposed a fast heuristic algorithm to select pickup stations which can capture the most passenger flows in each step from an origin-destination matrix which represents the passenger flows. We have applied the heuristic algorithm to select the pickup stations from a large volume of traffic network, the Metropolitan Seoul subway system, with about 400 subway stations and five millions passenger transactions daily. We have obtained not only the experimental results in fast response time, but also displayed the top 10 pickup stations in a subway guide map. In addition, we have shown that the resulting solution is nearly optimal by a few more supplementary experiments.

  • In this paper we propose a multi-channel speech pickup system for calling quality enhancement of hands-free communication using ALTERA Nios-II processor. Multi-channel speech pickup system uses Delay-and-Sum beamformer with zero-padding interpolator. This paper implements speech pickup system using the Nios-II processor with real-time I/O data processing speed. The proposes speech pickup embedded system shows a good agreement with those of computer simulation(MATLAB) and conventional DSP processor(TMS320C6711) result. The proposed method is effective more than previous methods in cost and design processing time. As a result, LE(Logic Element) of hardware used 3,649/5,980(61%) on a chip.

  • A diffractive optical element(DOE) for an optical pickup system is proposed in this thesis. Optimization algorithms are used to synthesise the DOE to meet a detailed specification of the two kind of cost function. The one isso called as apodization which refers to the process of suppressing the secondary maxima and the other is so called as sharpness which refers to the process of reducing the size of primary maxima. The result obtained by simplex optimization method is that the apodization and sharpness are well achieved separately. In apodization, the secondary maxima is reduced up to 39%. And in sharpness, the size of first maxima is reduced to 95.2%.

  • In the Seoul metropolitan bus network, it may be necessary for a bus passenger to pick up a parcel, which has been purchased through e-commerce, at his or her convenient bus stop on the way to home or office. The flow-capturing location-allocation model can be applied to select pickup points for such bus stops so that they maximize the captured passenger flows, where each passenger flow represents an origin-destination (O-D) pair of a passenger trip. In this paper, we propose a fast heuristic algorithm to select pickup points using a large O-D matrix, which has been extracted from five million transportation card transactions. The experimental results demonstrate the bus stops chosen as pickup points in terms of passenger flow and capture ratio, and illustrate the spatial distribution of the top 20 pickup points on a map.
