Anti-Spoofing Method Using Double Peak Detection in the Two-Dimensional C/A Code Search Space (이차원 C/A 코드 검색 공간에서의 이중피크 검출을 이용한 기만신호 대응 기법)

  • In the presence of spoofing signal the GPS signal having the same PRN with the spoofer is hard to be acquired since the power of spoofing signal is usually stronger than that of GPS signal. If a spoofing signal exists for the same PRN, there are double peaks in two-dimensional space of frequency and code phase in acquisition stage. Using double peak information it is possible to detect spoofing signal and acquire GPS information through separate channel tracking. In this paper we introduce an anti-spoofing method using double peak detection, and thus can acquire GPS navigation data after two-channel tracking for the same PRN as the spoofing signal.

  • 모세관 전기영동 및 전기화학적 검출 시스템을 마이크로 시스템에 적용하여 ITO 유리기판과 polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS)로 제작하였다. 제작된 모세관 전기영동 및 전기화학적 검출 시스템은 일회용으로 사용가능하며 전기화학적 검출에 아주 적합한 특성을 보인다. 모세관 전기영동 및 전기화학적 검출 시스템은 주입과 분리 채널 (80 ${\mu}m$${\sim}$ 40 ${\mu}m$ 깊이)을 가진 PDMS 층과 유리기판 위에 검출 전극으로 사용되는 ITO가 형성된 층으로 구성된다. PDMS 층과 ITO 유리 기판은 UV-$O_3$ cleaner를 사용하여 접합하였다. 완충용액은 10 mM 2-(N-morpholino)ethanesulfonic acid (MES)를 사용하였고 분석물질은 1 mM 농도의 dopamine과 1 mM 농도의 catechol을 사용하였다. 60 V/cm 전계로 주입 및 분리를 하였으며 작업전극과 기준전극 간의 전위는 +600 mV로 유지하며 분석물질의 농도에 비례하는 전류량법으로 측정하였다. 전기화학적 검출 회로는 천기영동 전계의 간섭으로부터 분리하였다. 10 mM MES 완충용액에서 바탕 전류의 크기가 ${\sim}$10 pA 일 때 측정전류 값은 10 nA이다. 측정된 피크 값은 기존의 Au 전극과 비교하여 선택성, 감도, 분해능이 유사한 특성을 보여준다.

  • 음향 신호의 모델링방법은 크게 분석,해석,합성의 3가지 과정으로 나눌 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 분석과 합성에 가산 합성방법의 한가지인 Analysis-by-synthesis/overlap-Add 방법을 사용한다. 그리고 해석에 해당하는 주파수 영역에서의 피크추출은 제안한 방법에 의한다. 제안한 피크 추출 방법은 고조파 성분이 기본 주파수의 정수배가 된다는 점을 고려하여 적은 연산량으로 음향학적으로 의미있는 순음을 검출하는 방법이다. 음질보다 연산량에 더 주를 두었지만 모의 실험 결과를 통하여 음질 면에서도 원음과 거의 차이가 없음을 알 수 있었다.

  • 파장 분할 방식의 광섬유 격자 센서의 멀티플렉싱 능력을 향상시키기 위하여 이중 격자의 파장 간격 변조로 구분되는 다중 광섬유 격자 센서 시스템을 제안하였으며, 서로 다른 파장 간격을 가지는 센서의 상태와 위치를 정확히 구별할 수 있는 방법을 연구하고 씨뮬레이션을 통하여 확인하였다. 또한 변형력 하에서 광섬유격자 센서들간의 스펙트럼 중첩으로 불명확한 브래그 피크를 최급 강하법(steepest descent method) 알고리즘을 사용하여 약 3 pm이내의 표준편차로 결정할 수 있었다.

  • 본 논문에서는 인체에 열을 가했을 때 심전도(ECG) 신호에서 얻어진 Heart Rate Variability(HRV)와 광전용적맥파(PPG)에서 얻어진 Photoplethymograph Variability(PV)의 상관관계를 보기 위하여 피실험자가 상온에서 누워 있을때와 65$^{\circ}C$의 온도로 누워있을때의 심전도와 PPG를 측정하여 두 파라메터의 상관관계를 분석하여 그 효용성을 평가하였다. 이를 위하여 우선 신체 건강한 26세에서 32세까지 총 3명의 남성을 대상으로 하여 ECG와 PPG를 위와 같은 조건에서 측정한 다음, 두 신호로부터 피크를 검출하고, 피크 간격을 시계열 신호로 변환하여 HRV와 PV신호를 얻어 내었다. 또한 얻어진 HRV신호와 PV신호의 주파수 분석을 통하여 HF 및 LF성분을 비교하여 HRV와 PV의 상관관계를 비교하였다.

  • A robust new algorithm for R wave detection named for Multiscale-based Peak Detection(MSPD) is assessed in this paper using MIT/BIH Arrhythmia Database. MSPD algorithm is based on a matrix composed of local maximum and find R peaks using result of standard deviation in the matrix. Furthermore, By reducing needless procedure of proposed algorithm, improve algorithm ability to detect R peak efficiently. And algorithm performance is assessed according to detection rates about various arrhythmia database.

  • Nowadays, synthetic resin varnish such as cashew nut shell liquid (CNSL) is being used as well as traditional lacquer. The code of ethics states that material must be identical to the original when preserving cultural heritage. Therefore, lacquer should be used. However, problem is that even experts have difficulties differentiating lacquer and CNSL as they have similar components. Therefore, this study was carried out to identify the difference between lacquer and CNSL using IR and Py-GC/MS. As a result of IR, in lacquer, $720cm^{-1}$ peak was detected and in CNSL, $750cm^{-1}$, $720cm^{-1}$ and $700cm^{-1}$ peaks were detected. The results of Py-GC/MS detect benzene compounds and alkyl chains for both varnishes. However, hexanoic acid was detected from CNSL but not lacquer. Using these analytical methods, the differences between lacquer and CNSL can be identified on the scene. This is expected to be applied to the authentic conservation and restoration of lacquerware.

Determination of Fermentation Specific Carcinogen, Ethyl Carbamate, in Kimchi (김치에서 발효 식품의 고유 발암원 Ethyl Carbamate 검출)

  • Ethyl carbamate is an animal carcinogen and a suspected human carcinogen found in fermented foods and beverages. For the determination of ethyl carbamate in typical Korean diet, an analytical method was established for the food as complex as Kimchi. Kimchi samples collected from various locations in the country were homogenized and extracted four times with ethyl acelate. Following concentration and reconstitution with water, the extract was loaded onto $C_{18}$ column. Fraction containing ethyl carbamate was eluted with methanol, while most of the red pigment of the sample was retained on the column. The eluent was further purified with alumina, followed by Florisil column. The final eluent was analyzed by gas chromatography mass spectrometry in the selected ion monitoring mode. None of the twenty Kimchi samples showed ethyl carbamate level higher than 4.6 ppb without correction for the recovery. The concentration of ethyl carbamate in Kimchi increased as pH decreased, suggesting fermentation dependent formation of ethyl carbamate.

  • Recognition of CW Morse signals can be divided into several phases such as detection of tones and spaces, signal processing for removing noise from detected signals, decision of tones/spaces, mapping a sequence of tones and spaces into characters, error correction of a character message with textual repetition. In this paper, in order to cope with signal fading effectively we propose a signal detection method of identifying peaks in the frequency domain and present techniques for combining multiple frequency peaks and for removing residual signal components and noise. LMS adaptive method is applied for decision of tones/spaces, and initial value setting and malfunctioning conditions are analyzed. In recognition experiments, we used CW Morse signals collected by radio receivers and found that the proposed method achieves good recognition performance even in severe fading conditions.

Analysis of Defect Signals Inside Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer Through Deconvolution of Terahertz Wave (테라헤르츠파의 디컨벌루션을 통한 유리섬유 복합재 내부 결함 신호 분석)

  • Analysis of defect signals inside glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP) was conducted through deconvolution of terahertz (THz) wave. The GFRP specimen with internal defects was manufactured and the THz signal was measured through the reflection mode of the Terahertz Time-Domain Spectroscopy (THz-TDS) system. For deconvolution of the measured THz signal, the peak position of the THz signal was amplified through Normalized Cross Correlation (NCC) of the incident and detected THz signals. The position and intensity of the amplified peak were extracted as impulse, and the extracted signal of the impulse position was removed from the THz original signal. By repeating the process, the critical impulses, which represent boundary of the specimen, were derived. The deconvolution process was verified by confirming that the original THz signal without noise can be restored through the convolution of the critical impulses and the incident signal. From the derived critical impulses, the thickness of the internal defect in the GFRP was calculated through the detection time of impulses within 15 ㎛ accuracy.
