This study aimed to develop and evaluate the program of contraceptive education for high school students. A nonequivalent control group design was used. The contraceptive education program was developed and applied to the experimental group. The control group was provided with a handout and video educational instrument after the intervention. The population of the study comprised 146 high school students in the third grade at two high schools in U city. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, the ${\chi}^2$-test, t-test and repeated measure ANOVA using the PASW 18.0 program. The content and learning guidance validities of the contraceptive education program were 0.93 points and more than 4 points, respectively. There were statistically significant increases over time in contraceptive knowledge(F=56.71, p<.001), contraceptive attitude(F=4.31, p=.018) and contraceptive self-esteem (F=8.15, p<.001) in the experimental group. The results indicate that the contraceptive education program is effective in improving the contraceptive knowledge, contraceptive attitude and contraceptive self-esteem among high-school students. Further study is recommended to confirm the long-term effects of the contraceptive education program.

피임(避妊, Contraception)이란 인위적으로 임신을 피하는 것을 말한다. 임신 가능한 요인을 제거하는 것으로 수정을 예방하거나 수정란이 자궁내막에 착상되지 않도록 조치를 취하는 것이다. 피임을 하는 목적은 인공적으로 출산을 제한하기 위해 임신을 미연에 방지하고자 하는 의도도 있으나, 피치못할 상황에 처해 도의적으로, 혹은 여성의 신체적 건강을 위해서 행하는 인공임신중절을 사전에 예방하는 데도 그 의도가 있다.

Recently, the importance of investigation for soft ground has been raised, so that various techniques of the investigation for soft ground are being introduced and applied. In particular, Piezocone penetration test has been utilized frequently home and abroad to identify many features of grounds precisely and gain various results in accordance with dividing strata and depth constantly by measuring continuously. In this study, to identify some features of soft clays distributed in the estuary of Nakdong river, researchers conducted field tests and laboratory tests with boring tests, and analyzed and compared with Piezocone penetration test. In addition, credible Piezocone factor of communities of subjects for this study was estimated to analyze some features of undrained shear strength of clay and calculate Piezocone factor compared with corrected cone resistance and apply some statistical techniques to estimated Piezocone factor.

The collagens from filefish (Novoden modestus) and cod (Gadus macrocephalus Tilesius) skin were isolated and their physicochemical properties were investigated. Glutamic acid, hydroxyproline, valine and phenylalanine in the filefish skin collagen (FSC) were presented at higher levels than those of cod skin collagen (CSC), but the contents of glycine, proline and serine were contrary. The content of essential amino acids of FSC (265 residues/1000 residues) was higher than CSC (229 residues). The solubilities of both collagens were the lowest at pH 7.0, but precipitously increased at acid zone(below pH 5.0). FSC has lower viscosity than CSC. Furthermore, while the viscosities of both collagens were the lowest at pH 7.0, the viscosities of FSC and CSC were the highest at pH 4.0 and pH 2.0, respectively. The denaturation temperature of $FS(25^{\circ}C)$ was higher than $CSD\;(17^{\circ}C)$. The free hydrophobic residue contents of FSC and CSC tended to increase till $60^{\circ}C,\;and\;50^{\circ}C$ respectively, and to decrease thereafter. Hydration capacities of both collagens were the lowest at pH 7.0, and CSC had the superior hydration capacity to FSC. In addition, emulsifying and emulsifying stability of CSC was also superior to FSC.

The purpose of this study was to analyze influencing factors on knowledge of contraception with University freshmen. The cross-sectional descriptive study design was used and we selected 139 University freshmen through randomize sampling. The method of study was frequency, chi-square test, pearson correlation, and hierarchial regression. The result of this study was as follows; General characteristics including sexual related characteristics were sexual education, sex, allowed money in order and there were correlation between sexual education and knowledge of contraception, allowed money and sexual education, and parents and major satisfaction. Therefore we suggest that 새 set up the right sexual culture, right information about sexual information to University freshmen and there are needed tailed sexual education program should be established with sex and allowed money.

Fipronil is an insecticide that belongs to the N-phenylpytazole and has been used mainly for an insect pest control. However, it is known that acute poisoning of the human body causes various symptoms such as dizziness, muscle weakness, dyspnea, skin irritation, and increased heart rate. Lately, eggs containing fipronil have been distributed and toxic problems are spreading around the world. In this study, we tried to develop analytical methods to evaluate the exposure of fipronil and fipronil sulfone in animal serum samples. The differences according to mobile phase and the results of liquid - liquid extraction and solid phase extraction pretreatment method were compared. Distilled water (A) and acetonitrile (B) were selected for the mobile phase, and the pretreatment method was determined by solid phase extraction. As a result of the method validation, the intra-day / inter-day accuracies were 82.2~114.1% and the precisions were less than 20%. The detection limit was 0.027 ng/ml for fipronil and 0.087 ng/ml for fipronil sulfone. The linearity obtained was satisfying, with a coefficient of determination (r²) higher than 0.99. The concentrations in some animal sera were determined using the methods of analysis for fipronil and fipronil sulfone in animal sera developed in this study. Using the method developed in this study, it could be used as an analytical method for human bio-monitoring of fipronil and fipronil sulfone as well as animal serum.

Due to the high specific strength and stiffness of the composite materials, the composite materials have been extensively used in various industries. In particular, carbon fiber reinforced composites are widely used in many mechanical structures. In addition, since carbon fiber reinforced composites have anisotropic properties, to understand the fatigue behavior of composites with different fiber orientation is very important for the efficient structural design. Therefore, in this paper, the effect fiber orientation on the fatigue life of composite materials was experimentally evaluated. For this purpose, tensile and fatigue tests were performed on the off-axis specimens (0°, 10°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 90°) of the composite materials. As a result of the fatigue tests, the fatigue strength of the composites decreased significantly as the fatigue strength slightly deviated from 0 degrees. On the other hand, the more deviated, the less decreased. This is because the role of supporting the load of fibers decreased as the stacking angle increased. In addition, the fatigue behavior was analyzed by introducing a fatigue strength ratio (Ψ) that eliminates the fiber orientation dependence of the off-axis fatigue behaviors on the unidirectional composites. The off-axis fatigue S-N lines can be reduced to a single line regardless of the fiber orientation by using the fatigue strength ratio (Ψ). Using the fatigue Ψ-N line, it is possible to extract back to any off-axis fatigue S-N lines of the composites with different fiber orientations.

The main purpose of this article is to explore the use of movies (i.e., cinematherapy) as a recreation therapy intervention tool. This paper begins with literature review regarding the concepts and origin of cinematherapy and introduces cinematherapy as a viable intervention option as in recreation therapy or other clinical settings. The authors provide detailed guidelines for the process of cinematherapy sessions and other practical recommendations and considerations for incorporating cinematherapy into recreation therapy practice. Guided sample questions for the debriefing stages are illustrated and lastly, examples of movies that can be used in cinematherapy suggested by recreation therapists.
