Since the larger and complex construction projects are performed, project performance measurement is highlighting the importance to eliminate inefficiencies and plan to reasonable management practices. So many researchers are conducting research about the project critical sucess factor. But, these factors are mixed both management practices to improve performance and native project characteristics. Therefore performance measurement data couldn't apply to another project successfully. And the project characteristics affect project performance. But contractor couldn't change characteristics. This study provides a project characteristics's definition and classification. This study provides a quantitative level of performance improvement difficulty through out project manager survey. The contractor can estimate a level of performance difficulty through initial project information. With this, project contractor can more efficiently manage project.

This paper focused on the method for customizing software development path, considering the project environments and characteristics. he selection standard of development path is composed of ten items, based on the process of ISO/IEC TR 15721 Information Technology Guide for ISO/IEC 12207 (Software Life Cycle Process) and ISO/IEC 15504 Information technology - Process assessment. The ten items were reflected the project environments and characteristics, at the same time the items conduct the adjustment item of selecting project development path. An algorithm for selecting software development path through items of the project environments and characteristics is presented. To test the algerian in this paper, a system for selecting development path, which reflected algorithm was developed. The development project for web-based system were also adopted to the system for selecting development path. In addition, provened hand-worked project path process differed from machine-worked project path process. The reason why it differs is that outputs were mixed or their names were changed. The effect is to select easily software development route suitable for project environment and characteristics.

Many studies have been published on the relationship between project management styles and project performance. In recent researches, it is argued that project management styles should be different based on project characteristics and these project characteristics may have an effect on the relationship between project management styles and project performance. However, there are few empirical studies covering these issues. In this study, we examined the effect of project characteristics (i.e., degree of newness) on the relationship between project management styles (i.e., team autonomy, internal and external communication, individualism orientation) and project performance. The empirical results using 78 government sponsored R&D projects showed that team autonomy has a stronger positive effect on project performance as project newness becomes higher. In addition, as project newness becomes higher, internal communication showed a stronger positive effect on project performance, while external communication had a stronger negative effect.

국내 정부부처 및 지역자치단체에서 수행하고 있는 연구개발 프로젝트의 선정과 평가에 관한 연구는 광범위하게 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 각 정부 부처별로 실시하는 평가프로세스와 지표의 경우 부처별 특성과, 과제의 특성을 반영하기 위한 프로세스와 지표를 개별적으로 보유하고 있으나, 과제의 평가를 수행하는 조직의 규모나 지역적 특색을 반영하기 어렵다.본 연구는 C 지역의 테크노파크(TechnoPark) 사업자가 수행하는 지역 자치단체 중심 R&D 프로젝트의 특성과 지역적인 특색을 반영한 평가관리 시스템을 개발하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 국내 출연연구기관 및 정부부처에서 수행하는 평가시스템의 특성을 파악하고, 각 기관에서의 평가프로세스와 평가지표들을 조사하여 공통적/개별적 특성을 분류하였다. 분류된 프로세스와 지표들과 C 지역의 지역/산업적 특색을 분석하고 C 지역에서 수행한 3년간의 모든 과제에 대한 분석을 수행하여 지역적인 특색을 반영한 평가프로세스와 지표를 도출하였다. 또한 연구개발 프로젝트의 선정평가를 위한 사전 기술성 평가를 위한 기술가치평가와, 프로젝트의 수행결과 이후 나타나는 부가적인 효과를 분석하기 위하여, 프로젝트단위의 균형성과지표를 적용하여 프로젝트의 사후/추적관리 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Currently, The failure of construction project is increasing to be caused by a changing construction environment. According to this circumstances, Researches of project success factors affecting performance have been presented to develop strategies for efficient construction project management in the construction industry. However, Conducting efficient construction project management is difficult because project manager could not know which project success factors can be improved or not. Especially, although the project characteristics were derived the level of difficulty for performance, research of the project characteristics which could not be improved as influence factor to performance is lacking. Therefore, This paper has developed the Performance Predicting System(PPS) with Fuzzy set theory to establish. PPS has been developed to establish efficient project management strategies and to save time and effort. As Contractor inputs the project characteristics, PPS can predict the level of difficulty of performance.

최근 정보시스템 개발 프로젝트의 복잡성과 규모의 증대로 인해 프로젝트를 체계적이고 전문적으로 관리할 수 있도록 PMO의 도입이 증가하고 있다. 하지만 PMO의 도입은 늘어가는데, 프로젝트 특정에 따른 PMO가 제공해야 할 서비스에 대한 체계적인 연구나 방향 제시가 부족한 실정이다. 또한 PMO 기능 또는 PMO서비스 수준이 프로젝트 성과나 사용자 만족도에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구도 부족하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 프로젝트 특성에 따른 PMO 서비스 수준이 프로젝트 성과에 미치는 영향을 연구하고자 한다.

현대 S/W 프로젝트에서의 규모와 복잡성이 증대됨에 따라 표준 프로젝트 관리 프로세스의 도입과 연구가 활발하게 진행이 되고 있으나, 운영성 프로젝트와 같은 소규모 프로젝트의 관리를 위한 프로젝트 관리 프로세스에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 국제 표준 프로젝트 관리 프로세스인 ISO-21500 과 실제 소규모 프로젝트 수행사례를 비교하여 소규모 프로젝트 관리 특성을 파악하고, Core 관리영역과 Support 프로세스 영역을 비교 분석하였다. 연구 결과로 소규모 프로젝트의 통합, 범위, 일정 관리 영역 항목에서 품질 및 리스크와 같은 다른 관리 영역에 비해 더 많은 비중으로 수행되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 향후 본 연구를 통해 소규모 프로젝트 수행 시 고려되어야 할 사항들을 정의하여 소규모 소프트웨어 프로젝트를 더 성공적으로 수행할 수 있도록 도움이 되고자 한다.

IT 발전은 프로젝트를 수행함에 있어서 직접 대면하여 공동으로 작업을 진행하던 협업 방식을 웹 기반 툴을 활용한 온라인 협업 방식으로 변화시키고 있다. 따라서 다양한 온라인 협업 툴이 개발 및 상용화되고 있으며, 그 중 온라인 오피스로 불리는 Google Docs도 이에 해당한다. 사용자들은 Google Docs를 통해 온라인상에서 무료로 문서 작업을 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 다른 사용자들과 문서를 공유할 수 있으며, 해당 문서작업을 동시에 하는 것도 가능하다. 따라서 최근에는 기업뿐만 아니라 교육 기관에서도 협업이 필요한 과제 및 프로젝트를 진행할 때 Google Docs를 활용하고 있는 추세이다. 기존의 면대면 공동프로젝트 방식에 있어서도 성공적인 성과물을 만들어 내기 위해서 여러 중요한 요인들이 제시되어 왔다. 마찬가지로 온라인 협업 툴을 활용하여 창출할 프로젝트 성과물의 품질에도 여러 요인들이 영향을 미칠 것이다. 따라서 높은 품질의 프로젝트 성과물을 창출하기 위해 영향을 미치는 요인들을 확인할 필요가 있다. 하지만 아직까지 온라인 협업 툴을 통한 성과 품질 혹은 결과물에 대한 사용자들의 만족에 대해 검증한 실증적 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 프로젝트 수행 주체의 개인적 특성, 프로젝트 멤버들간의 관계적인 특성, 협업 툴이 지니고 있는 시스템적 특성을 고려하여 프로젝트 성과물의 품질과 결과물에 대한 만족도를 높일 수 있는 매커니즘에 대해 연구해보고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과를 기반으로 점차적으로 중요시되고 있는 협업 툴의 발전 방향과 사용자들의 활용도 및 만족도를 높일 수 있는 방안을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

These days, Construction industries are getting bigger, more specialized and complicated. Accordingly, the items of management is increased, also owner's organization is reduced. For this reason, various a method of construction management is introduced in the domestic construction industry. But introduction of construction management have caused increase cost because role duplication of managers. This role duplication is caused by confusion of trial and error, irrationality of system. And every construction project have peculiar properties, also owner's organization of project have various properties. This various properties is not reflected in the construction management , and the regimental method of construction management applied. In order to solving these problems, this study suggested the commissioning model for CM service reflected the properties of project and owner. This study have to selection of the critical service, service item of construction management and definition of owner's role through analysis of the properties of project, owner's capacity and requirement.

본 연구에서는 감리인들의 행태적 능력과 전문성 등의 특성이 SI 프로젝트에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 43 개 중앙행정기관의 정보화담당 공무원 58 명을 대상으로 연구한 결과, 감리인들의 행태적 능력과 전문성이 개발프로세스지원, 프로젝트관리 그리고 프로젝트 지원영역에 관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났고, 이중 행태적 능력이 개발프로세스지원, 프로젝트관리 그리고 프로젝트지원 영역에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 감리인들의 특성을 2 개 집단으로 구분하여 수행한 차이검증 결과 모든 영역에 대해 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으나, 프로젝트 지원 부분에 대해서는 차이가 나타나지 않았다.
