The purpose of this study is to find out how those taking early childhood preservice teachers experience their learning through learner-centered education and the meaning given by such experiences to grasp their values. Especially, to look into experiences of learning the project approach theory studied and directly experienced, which is one of the early childhood educational approach methods, data on participatory observation, personal interviews, personal reflective journals, activity reports and ect. were collected and analyzed by the current writer, who fully participated in the class. The meaning of early childhood preservice teacher'experiences in the project approach was analyzed from the two aspects of 'my' learning activities and 'teacher's teaching activities. In the aspect of 'my' learning activities, they got indulged through purposeful practices in the process of tackling problems that originated from personal interest and wanted to share the joy of learning they'd had with others. Aware of themselves as doers of behavior and thinking, they were found to be able to focus an 'my' own learning activities based on these learning experiences of theirs. In the aspect of 'teacher's teaching activities, project theories and practices done at the same time helped them internalize the project and they learned possible changes ign the project by experiencing actual cases. To sum up, the project approach has its meaning in that it not only helps teachers learn theoretical knowledge but also have reflective thinking through their experiences as doers of learning and form practical knowledge. Accordingly, it indicates th need for intensive discussion on the project approach as a way to educate pre-teachers or current ones.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the project approach on the thinking faculty improvement of preschoolers. The subjects in this study were 60 preschoolers who were selected from S kindergarten in Gyeonggi Province. After an experimental group and a control group were organized with 30 preschoolers each, the experimental group engaged in project activities that were based on the project approach, and the control group didn't. As a result of making a comparative analysis, the following findings were given. The preschoolers who participated in the project approach were found to excel over the other preschoolers who didn't participate in perceptual thinking, analytic thinking, synthetical thinking, inferential thinking and thinking faculty. Therefore there should be more consideration to the project approach in the sector of early childhood education, since the activities are effective in improving the thinking faculty of preschoolers.

Information System (IS) Outsourcing is one of the powerful alternatives to guarantee the competitive advantages in the rapidly changing business environment. Most studies on IS outsourcing area have focused on the Critical Success Factors(CSFs) influencing the Success of IS outsourcing or the performance measuring the success of IS outsourcing projects. The CSFs or the performances which measures the success of IS outsourcing project have limitations to explain how to succeed in doing IS outsourcing project. This study uses Real Options Approach to make IS outsourcing projects' success by recognizing and minimizing IS outsourcing risks.

Recently, the software system is getting complicating and the customers are requiring faster development. For the traditional sequential approach can't against this problem iterative approach is used instead. For the representative iterative approach, there is RUP (Rational's Unified Process). However, RUP standard practical methods are phase, iteration, and disciplines, sequentially. As a result, there's some waste of manpower when a discipline is executed in an iteration, it has to wait till the next same discipline is executed. There are linear approach, sequential approach, overlapped iteration approach, and time-boxed iteration for the efficient execution of RUP. However, they have some problems such as waste of manpower or difficulty in the project management. This paper suggests a method about how to execute the disciplines as a concurrent type. The concurrent approach prevents the waste of manpower and solves the difficulty of project management.

최근의 정보시스템 업체들은 e비즈니스 분야의 IT프로젝트로 특수를 누리고 있다. 이런 새로운 분야의 IT프로젝트는 급변하는 기술의 추세와 연봉제로 활성화된 인력의 이동이라는 어려운 관리적 요인들을 접하고 있다. 즉, 단지 재무적 관점뿐만 아니라 시간적, 자원적, 품질적, 그리고 새로운 환경에 적웅해야하는 위험적 요인등 그 관리요소가 증가하고 있다. 그래서 프로젝트조직이나 관련기업의 경우 eIT분야의 프로젝트를 관리하기 위한 새로운 개념이나 방법론의 개발이 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 최근의 정보시스템 업체들이 직면하고 있는 프로젝트관리의 어려운 점을 살펴보고, e비즈니스 환경의 정보기술프로젝트의 환경적 특성을 고려한 프로젝트 관리의 새로운 접근법을 엔트로피 이론에 기반 하여 설명하였다. 그리고 마지막으로 사례에 근거한 예제를 제시하여 엔트로피에 의한 프로젝트관리의 적용가능성을 제시하였다.

전미ESCO협회는 현재 미국 내에서 ESCO에 의해 사용되고 있는 M&V방식에 대해 질의하였다. 오늘날 측정평가(M&V)에 있어서 가장 기본적인 방법은 에너지 결정 변수 중의 하나가 측정되는 또는 어쩌면 하나도 측정되지 않는 ''A형 옵션''일 것이다. 이러한 프로젝트에서 절약 보증을 결정하는 데는 사전 설치분석법이 사용되고 있다. 그러나 요구 절감 가치에 대한 분쟁이 발생하는 상황에서 ''A형 옵션''은 상황을 ''조용히'' 해결하는 데 불충분한 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 계약에 충실히 따르는 인기있는 접근법은 설비별 계산서 분석 소프트웨어를 사용하여 건물 전체의 에너지를 분석하는 ''C형 옵션''이다. M&V를 단순화하는 이유는 조명프로젝트의 절약에 대한 이해가 클수록, 신규 설비 위주 프로젝트를 선호하는 고객과 에너지절감 위주 프로젝트를 선호하는 고객간의 대립으로 인한 M&V를 실행하는 비용과 위험성을 감안한 듯 하다.

As demands for health and wellbeing in the ageing society have grown, complex problems involving diverse stakeholders arise in the healthcare environment. The objective of this study is to identify roles and abilities of designers in a healthcare setting where professionals from different disciplines collaborate to achieve a common goal. Case studies on healthcare design projects adapting interdisciplinary approach were explored to find which methods and processes were implemented effectively. Results are based on three research questions that lead to analyzing multifaceted roles of designers regarding process facilitation, manage relations, visualization, and imagination.

This study examines the effects of project approach to promote social development of children with and without disabilities in inclusive classrooms. Participants in this study were 22 children with disabilities and 86 children without disabilities enrolled in 4 classes at two inclusive daycare centers. The experimental group implemented the project approach and the control group followed a traditional early childhood curriculum. An ANCOVA was conducted with mean difference scores in pre- and posttests between experimental and control groups. Significant differences between control and treatment groups existed in social development of children without disabilities, but no significant changes were found in children with disabilities. From the findings, we inferred that the project approach is an effective curriculum model for inclusion. Implications for classroom practices and recommendations for future research were suggested.

In this investigation of the effectiveness of the Project Approach Method the 32 4-to 5-year-old subjects (16 each in the experimental and comparative groups) were pre-tested before the Project Approach Method was applied (23 times over 7 weeks) in the experimental group while the comparative group had science activities using standard unit methods of instruction. Then, all the children had a posr-test. Data were analyzed by t-test and ANCOVA. Results showed differences between the experimental group and the comparative group in their scientific problem solving ability. Specifically, effects were found on 14 sub-factors, but no difference were found on 3 sub-factors.
