Procurement of development funds is a very difficult process in the Korean game industry where competition is fierce. Recently, crowdfunding has been used as a convenient platform to attract potential investors to secure the development cost of the game. This study explored the factors influencing the success of crowdfunding for game development projects. We collected data on 229 game development projects in Tumblebuck, a reward-based crowdfunding site in Korea. According to the results of the logistic regression model, the factors that have a positive effect on the success of funding are the average compensation amount relative to the target amount, the number of SNS shares, the number of updates, and the originality of the proposed game. Video playback time has been found to have a negative impact. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that planning a game development project considering the variables affecting the success of crowdfunding will help financing.

Currently, The failure of construction project is increasing to be caused by a changing construction environment. According to this circumstances, Researches of project success factors affecting performance have been presented to develop strategies for efficient construction project management in the construction industry. However, Conducting efficient construction project management is difficult because project manager could not know which project success factors can be improved or not. Especially, although the project characteristics were derived the level of difficulty for performance, research of the project characteristics which could not be improved as influence factor to performance is lacking. Therefore, This paper has developed the Performance Predicting System(PPS) with Fuzzy set theory to establish. PPS has been developed to establish efficient project management strategies and to save time and effort. As Contractor inputs the project characteristics, PPS can predict the level of difficulty of performance.

현재 플랜트 산업이 해외 건설 부문에서 차지하는 비중은 해외 건설 수주액의 60% 이상에 달하고 있다. 하지만 시공부문의 높은 기술경쟁력에 비하여 고부가가치 창출이 가능한 설계부문은 그 기술이 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 플랜트산업의 우수설계능력 확보를 위하여 플랜트 설계단계의 성공에 대한 정의를 내리고, 플랜트 설계업무를 분석한 뒤, 설문조사를 통하여 플랜트 설계단계 프로세스의 업무별 중요도를 파악하였다. 또한 이렇게 파악된 중요도 점수를 공정관리 프로그램에 적용하였고, 이를 바탕으로 제시된 결과에 대한 전문가의 검토를 통하여 최종적으로 플랜트 설계단계의 핵심성공요인(CSF)을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 플랜트 설계단계 성공의 요인을 파악하고 확인 및 관리를 위한 요소들을 제시하여 설계단계 업무수행의 가이드라인으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 또한, 향후에는 도출된 핵심성공요인을 이용하여 플랜트의 성공과 실패를 가름할 수 있는 정량적 평가모델 개발 등의 연구가 수행될 수 있을 것이다.

Differing from civil engineering and construction, landscape architecture projects are far from efforts in operation and project management. Under the circumstances, it is worthwhile to adopt scope definition from project management for construction and civil engineering in some respects. First, scope definition is able to be conducted through a simple procedure without additional investment in capital and time. Second, the output produced by scope definition is very substantial. The research scrutinized scope definition procedures accompanied by landscape architecture project execution and derived various methods in order to help scope definition for efficient landscape architecture projects. Based on the literature review, a design case study, and an exert interview, the project success elements were developed consisting of 3 sections, 8 categories and 50 elements, grounded on the theoretical base of PDRI. The elements are expected to pave a way to an adequate level of scope definition among participants of landscape architecture projects and contribute in efficient project execution.

In overseas-hospital construction, the digital hospital is a trend that is based on the developments of the information and communication technologies, state-of-the-art medical equipment, smart health, and telemedicine. Along with the increasing proportion of IT, this has resulted in the spreading of the concept throughout city-like hospitals and their transformation into digital hospitals. In the hospital-construction business, IT is a key element that will link the modernization of the mechanical, electrical, and equipment systems, construction, and medical equipment for efficiency maximization through integration. The purpose of this study is the analysis of the market-expansion success factors through the construction of a success-story-based, IT-driven overseas-hospital business. The digital-hospital concept and the development process are analyzed through a literature review, and the success factors are analyzed in terms of the cost, time, and quality that are proposed in the project-management body of knowledge. The main contributions of this study regarding the success factors are as follows: First, a cost-side need exists regarding the establishment of strategic-value engineering in terms of increasing the value from the perspectives of the IT and operational infrastructures; second, in terms of the construction time, all of the hospital systems must comply with the established deadlines for the integrated test and commissioning; and lastly, in terms of quality, it is important to ensure that the System Integration digital-hospital services are delivered according to the user requirements.

생산성은 프로젝트를 관리하는데 있어서 효율성을 측정하는 중요한 지표이다 또한 건설 생산성은 비용 및 일정과 연관성이 있을 뿐만 아니라 프로젝트의 성공 여부와도 관련이 크다. 프로젝트에서 생산성의 중요성에도 불구하고 국내에서의 생산성 관련 연구는 생산성에 대한 기본 개념 및 원칙에 관한 기초적인 연구 없이 정량적인 연구에 집중되어 있으며, 관련 데이터 수도 적은 실정이다. 국내 건설 공사의 생산성을 향상시키기 위해서는 생산성 관리의 정량적친 요인뿐만 아니라, 정성적인 요인까지 관리해야 하며, 저하요인에 따른 체계적이고 세부적인 프로세스 및 기법이 제시되어야 한다 이에 국내 건설 공사의 생산성 관리에 린 건설을 도입하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 국내 생산성 저하요인과 린 건설에서의 Waste 요인과의 상관관계 분석을 통해 국내 건설 공사 현장에서의 Waste 주요 의미를 살펴보고 두 요인간의 상호 관련성을 파악하여, 린 건설의 프로세스 및 기법을 국내 건설 공사 현장에 적용하기 위한 이론적인 근거를 제공하고자 한다.

This thesis analyze structure of consciousness of success factors of company project by applying FSM(Fuzzy Structural Modeling). FSM is a theory that implied fuzzy theory to ISM(Interpretive Structural Modeling) and is known to be more valid in recognizing a complex pluralistic value system and it is also designed to choose structure model that fits reality with when it is changed by parameter p and $\lambda$. It is desirable to conduct conformity assessment to complement even though selected structure model is considered as conformed because structure model is chosen without objective evaluation for conformity. Therefore, this paper present more objective structure model through conformity evaluation using structural equation modeling on success factors to achieve company project obtained by FSM and analyze the consciousness structure according to that structure.

제안요청서(RFP)는 사업목적 달성을 위해 발주자가 공급자의 제안을 받기 위한 요구사항을 정의한 문서로 프로젝트 목표 수행의 중요한 요소이고, 불명확한 요구사항과 요구의 변경, 외부 수행 작업의 문제, 일정과 예산의 비현실성 등은 프로젝트의 성공적인 수행을 저해하는 위험요인이다. 본 논문에서는 2005년부터 2009년까지 공공 SI(System Integration) 프로젝트의 RFP를 대상으로 첫째, 미국 프로젝트 표준규격인 PMBOK(Project Management Body of Knowleage) 지식 및 관리 프로세스 영역을 적용하여 현황을 분석하였고 둘째, Core와 Support 프로세스 영역을 비교분석하고, 셋째, Core 프로세스의 범위, 일정, 비용 영역에 대해 분석하였다. 연구결과로 공공 SI RFP의 범위, 일정, 비용을 의미한 항목에서 분명한 차이를 보여 보완이 요구되었다. 향후 본 연구를 통해 공공 SI 프로젝트의 RFP 작성시 명확성을 제고하여 프로젝트 성공 수행에 도움이 되도록 하고자 한다.
