  • 오늘날 기업에서 프로젝트의 성공은 기업 전략 달성에 필수 요소이다. 프로젝트가 많아지고 프로젝트의 중요성이 커지면서 프로젝트의 성과 향상의 방안으로 PMO(Project Management Office)를 운영하는 사례가 늘고 있다. 전사 PMO는 기업의 전략과 프로젝트 간에 연결고리 역할을 하며 기업 내 다수의 프로젝트를 관리함으로써 기업 전략 달성을 도모하지만 대부분 부족한 인력과 자원으로 운영되고 있다. 리스크가 높은 프로젝트에 한정된 인력과 자원을 집중할 수 있다면 프로젝트 성공 가능성을 높이고 기업 전략 달성에 보다 이바지 할 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 프로젝트 리스크를 기반으로 PMO를 운영하는 방법에 대하여 다루고자 한다.

  • 다양한 유형의 프로젝트를 체계적이고 효율적으로 관리 하기 위한 관리기법 또한 다양하게 발전 되고 있다. 이에 따라 프로젝트의 체계적인 관리는 프로젝트의 성공과 직결 된다고 볼 수 있다. 프로젝트의 효율적인 관리를 위해 CMMI 모델의 LEVEL 4 PA의 정량적 프로젝트 관리 영역을 기반으로 하는 지표관리 활동을 제시하고, 이에 따른 정량적 프로젝트관리 사례를 통해 체계적인 관리 방안을 제시하고 이를 통해 프로젝트의 성공률을 높여 프로젝트의 재작업 비용을 최소화 하고 효율적인 프로젝트 수행을 통해 IT 서비스 기업의 손익구조를 개선하는데 도움이 되고져 한다.

Implementation of Student directed Web based Project Learning Model (학습자 주도적 웹기반 프로젝트 학습모형 구축)

  • A project learning is the model to solve the problem in cooperation with the members of a group. The purpose of this study is to make a new learning model using a web on the traditional project learning model. A Web has the proper nature for students to make their learning environment, so that this study embodied Student Directed Web based project learning system to allow them to expand their abilities. All action of students, that is, suggesting main subject, making plans, activating and adjusting them, and evaluation can be happened in this system. According to the result of applying the system, participants in Students Directed Web based Project Learning intend to implement learning activities more positively, affirmatively and cooperatively than the existing ones.

Changing in Perception of Pre-Mathematics Teachers about Project-Based Learning. (프로젝트 기반 학습에 대한 예비 수학교사의 태도 변화)

  • As the teacher-centered education is transformed into learning-centered education, the active knowledge construction of learner becomes important. Along with this change, project-based learning is receiving attention. However, there are many problems to apply the results of research to pre-service teachers because most of the previous studies have focused on elementary middle high school students. Therefore, this study examined the changes in perceptions of pre-service mathematics teachers while project-based learning progressed for one year. Pre-service mathematics teachers had less experience with project-based learning than group discussions, group activities. Also their perceptions was classified as five factors: 'Instructional effects', 'Application and participant of project-based learning', 'Achievement', 'Diffusion of project-based learning', 'Student motivation'. Pre-service mathematics teachers responded positive changes in perception that project-based learning could be motivated to students but they responded negative changes in perception that project-based learning could be distributed to school. They responded positive changes in perception that teachers can show their achievements by project-based learning but they responded negative change in perception that teachers would be fun to apply project-based learning. Also, they responded positive changes in perception that teachers and students were easy to apply or utilize project-based learning.

  • The effect of Web-based project learning on the science achievement and attitude of middle school students was investigated. Four classes of 9th grade at a coed middle school were divided into control and experimental groups. Web-based project instruction in which students utilized the Web to interactively carry out their projects was put into practice with the experimental group, while traditional instruction was employed with the control group. Pre- and post-test achievement and attitude scores were estimated through an analysis of covariance. Web-based project instruction was seen to be more effective in enhancing students’ science achievement and attitude than traditional instruction. In particular, the former instruction was most useful for improving higher level students’ achievement and attitude among the higher, middle, and lower level students of both groups, based on their academic achievement. The effect of Web-based project may result in eradicating negative cognition about gender difference.

  • Building Information Modeling technology (BIM) is one of the most effective solutions to deal with the trend that buildings are getting more and more complicated, large-scaled, and multiple-purposed. BIM in the construction industry is increasingly adopted since the Korea Public Procurement Service announced that BIM would be obligated in a construction project whose total cost is over 50 billion won from 2012. This fact has boosted BIM related research projects as well. However, the majority of the studies have been focusing on the solutions with technological points of view and there has been lack of research on how much degree project stakeholders are satisfied with the BIM adoption in their projects. Therefore, the objective of this study is to investigate the current status and satisfaction degree of stakeholders in a synthesized point of view in BIM-based projects in order to identify critical factors and weak points in the BIM adoption process. The results of this study would greatly help to improve the strategies and processes in BIM-based projects as well as to increase the satisfaction degree of BIM utilization in a project.

  • 본 연구에서는 비 정보과 교사들의 효과적인 SW 교육 교수효능감 함양을 위하여 팀 프로젝트 기반 융합 교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 개발된 교육 내용은 융합교육 및 팀 프로젝트에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 수학, 과학, 정보 등이 융합된 다양한 프로젝트를 실습한 뒤, 직접 문제 해결을 위한 프로젝트의 설계 및 개발과 발표, 동료 평가 및 피드백의 과정으로 구성되어 있다. 이는 10주간 비 정보과 교사들에게 처치되었고, 사전-사후 t-검정 결과, 통계적으로 유의한 향상을 나타내었다. 하지만 본 연구의 실험은 단일집단을 대상으로 하였기 때문에 추후 통제집단과의 비교를 통하여 향상에 대한 통계적 비교가 필요로 된다.

  • In an early stage, many people think that agile development methodology cannot be applied i large-scale IT projects. Nevertheless, agile development methodology has recently been introduced in variety of successful large-scale IT projects. In this paper, I compare two enterprise agile methodologies and introduce a case of Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD) Framework, an enterprise agile development methodology. I compare and quantitatively measure the productivity of the development of two projects using Disciplined Agile Delivery framework and waterfall development methodology with a similar development scope.

  • For answering a given condition of education which tries groping various instruction way of learner-leading, project-based instruction is noticed that inducing motive and interest of study by learner maker the effect of teaming, instruction way of owner-leading which solve by themselves. In this thesis, it develops education contents for applying project-based instruction to visualbasic course. Using FLASH MX and PHOTOSHOP 6.0 program which became known web production means, in distinction from the instruction contents which is a freeze-frame, it makes prossible interaction between computer and learner, induce interest and concentration of learner. In result of applying this, it appears real effect to the learning effect.
