국내 정부부처 및 지역자치단체에서 수행하고 있는 연구개발 프로젝트의 선정과 평가에 관한 연구는 광범위하게 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 각 정부 부처별로 실시하는 평가프로세스와 지표의 경우 부처별 특성과, 과제의 특성을 반영하기 위한 프로세스와 지표를 개별적으로 보유하고 있으나, 과제의 평가를 수행하는 조직의 규모나 지역적 특색을 반영하기 어렵다.본 연구는 C 지역의 테크노파크(TechnoPark) 사업자가 수행하는 지역 자치단체 중심 R&D 프로젝트의 특성과 지역적인 특색을 반영한 평가관리 시스템을 개발하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 국내 출연연구기관 및 정부부처에서 수행하는 평가시스템의 특성을 파악하고, 각 기관에서의 평가프로세스와 평가지표들을 조사하여 공통적/개별적 특성을 분류하였다. 분류된 프로세스와 지표들과 C 지역의 지역/산업적 특색을 분석하고 C 지역에서 수행한 3년간의 모든 과제에 대한 분석을 수행하여 지역적인 특색을 반영한 평가프로세스와 지표를 도출하였다. 또한 연구개발 프로젝트의 선정평가를 위한 사전 기술성 평가를 위한 기술가치평가와, 프로젝트의 수행결과 이후 나타나는 부가적인 효과를 분석하기 위하여, 프로젝트단위의 균형성과지표를 적용하여 프로젝트의 사후/추적관리 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 펩 서비스 기반 시스템에 대한 프로젝트 관리 기법을 소개한다. 먼저 웹 서비스 기반 시스템에서 발생할 수 있는 개발 복잡성이 무엇인지 설명한다. 발생 가능한 복잡성은 클라이언트와 서버 사이의 통신 프로토콜인 XML에서 발생한다. 또한 웹서비스의 갯수가 증가하면 WSDL의 관리도 중요해진다. 본 논문에서는 개발 복잡성을 줄이기 위한 웹 서비스 기반 시스템의 아키텍처는 무엇인지 소개한다. 또한 프로젝트 관리 도구를 사용하여 XML을 관리하는 방법을 소개한다. 마지막으로 이 관리 기법을 프로젝트에 도입하였을 때 어떤 생산성 증가 효과가 있었는지 소개한다.

최근 인터넷기술을 통한 정보제공 및 검색이 급증하면서 간편한 웹 브라우저만으로 정보검색이 가능해졌다. 기존의 정보시스템들은 사용자가 소프트웨어에 대한 지식을 어느 정도 가져야만 해당 정보시스템을 이용할 수 있지만 인터넷은 사용자가 단순한 웹 브라우저만을 이해하면 다양한 정보를 활용할 수 있게 해주었다. 본 연구에서는 사용자가 쉽게 사용할 수 있는 웹 기반의 프로젝트 관리시스템을 제안한다. 이를 위해 웹 기반에서 다수의 사용자가 정보를 공유하고 이를 하이퍼텍스트 형식으로 표현할 수 있는 프로젝트 관리시스템을 소개한다.

Large-scaled hospital information system projects are often delayed than originally planned. Regarding project management, it is necessary to examine main factors triggering the schedule delay and to analyze the causality of such delay. This study tries to find the delay factors and causal relationship between them based on the case of the hospital information system development project by using the grounded theory method. It turned out that 'unrealistic scheduling' affects overall schedule delays like domino phenomenon, and 'poor analysis of existing systems' leads to poor quality of work analysis while 'poor subsystem integrated interface' triggers poor design quality. This study found out the factors affecting the delay of a project, analyzing cause-and-effect relationships between them in the academic side. From the practical view, it shows a solution to minimize delays in the project schedule for each of SI companies, hospitals and project managers.

The information of works performed by labors can be used for analyzing project status related to schedule, cost and productivity, etc. The purpose of this research is to develop a computer-based system by the application of PDA and barcode technology in order to measue and monitor the amount of workforce resources, works done and productivity. It is anticipated that the effective use of the devepoped system would be able to effectively assist the schedule planning and management for present and prospective construction projects.

많은 개발자가 참여하는 대형 소프트웨어 시스템 개발의 효율성 증대를 위해서는 컴포넌트 간 인터페이스의 효과적인 관리가 필수적이다. MDMS는 컴포넌트간의 인터페이스 정의 및 변경 이력 관리, 인터페이스 기술서 자동 생성, 소스 코드 자동 생성 등의 기능을 제공하는 도구이다. 한화탈레스는 1998년 MDMS를 처음 개발하여 적용한 이후 다양한 국방 소프트웨어 시스템 개발에 적용하여 소프트웨어 개발 생산성 향상에 효과를 보았다. 하지만, MDMS를 다양한 프로젝트에 적용하는 과정에서 최초 개발시 고려하지 못했던 여러 문제점 및 한계를 발견하였다. 이러한 문제점 및 한계는 다양한 프로젝트의 특성 지원 미흡, 형상관리 및 유지보수 문제, 프로젝트 간 메시지 재사용 미지원, 취약한 보안 등 이다. 본 논문에서는 이를 해결하기 위하여 네가지 개선방안을 제시한다. 첫 번째, 다양한 프로젝트에 적용이 가능한 유연한 SW 구조로 개선해야 한다. 두 번째, 통일되고 일관된 형상관리와 함께 전담 개발 및 유지보수 조직이 필요하다. 세 번째, 프로젝트간 메시지의 재사용 지원을 위한 방안으로 프로젝트 별 MDMS 운용이 아닌 통합된 MDMS의 운용이 필요하며, 그를 통하여 다른 프로젝트의 인터페이스 정의를 상호 참조할 수 있는 구조를 적용해야 한다. 마지막으로, 외부 협력업체와의 협업을 위한 보안 대책을 수립하고, 관련 보안 기능을 지원하여 사외의 협력업체의 개발자가 직접 MDMS에 접속하여 개발할 수 있도록 개선해야 한다.

Construction industry have been occurred to the various demand of information. Also information quantity is increasing therefore, The role of information systems is important. Recently PMIS, an efficient decision-making support instrument of construction industry, is applied to various projects. However, its utility is still not enough. So this study suggests the concept model on the basis BIM to settle such a problem. Building the Pilot System was based on this study, and present the direction from Advanced PMIS.

자기부상철도는 철도시스템 특유의 특성을 가진 복합시스템으로, 그동안 장기간 기술개발을 걸쳐 경량전철형의 도시형 자기부상열차가 개발되었다. 현재 2006년부터 국내 상용을 목표고 하는 대규모의 실용화사업이 추진되고 있다. 이와 같은 대규모의 복잡한 시스템에 대한 프로젝트에는 생명주기 개념이 적용된 프로젝트 관리 및 기술서인 시스템엔지니어링을 기반으로 하는 사업추진이 필수적이다. 시스템엔지니어링 관리계획서(SEMP; Systems Engineering Management Plan)는 관련 프로젝트에 대한 시스템엔지니어링 분야의 최상위 계획으로, 프로젝트 추진방안 및 일정, 예산, 기술적 목표 등과 함께 시스템엔지니어링 기능 및 수행작업, 업무범위, 조직구조, 인터페이스 등에 대한 내용을 포함하여 기술한 문서를 말한다. 본 논문에서는 도시형 자기부상철도에 대한 실용화사업의 계획 수립을 통하여 SEMP를 작성하면서, SEPM에 대한 문헌조사 및 분석과 함께 SEMP의 작성 방안 및 과정을 보였다. 또한 이를 컴퓨터 기반의 도구를 사용하여 작성되도록 하였다.

지난 연재를 통하여 정보시스템 프로젝트의 성공적인 관리를 위한 성공요인과 실패요인, 그리고 관리요소와 프로젝트 관리 프로세스에 대해 살펴보았고, 이제 우리는 과거의 실사례를 되짚어 읽어 봄을 통해 반면교사(反面敎辭)하는 기회를 가져보고자 한다. 본 고에서 제시된 사례들은 저자들이 실제 가까이에서 경험한 것들도 있고 이미 널리 알려진 사례들도 있으나, 지금까지 제시한 성공 및 실패요인과 관리요소, 그리고 프로세스 관점에 따라 재해석해 보는 기회를 가져보는 것도 의미가 있다고 하겠다.

While six sigma project management systems have been widely used as a knowledge management systems, no one has proposed an empirical explanation for impacts of project management systems on project performance. This study proposes a structural equation model of the project management system that relates learning/growth, internal growth, customer performance, and financial effects based on six sigma project performance. The relationships are investigated using data collected from a sample of green and black belts. The results indicate that there are a causal relationship with use of project management and learning/growth and internal process, internal process and customer performance, and customer and financial performance. However, there is no relationship between internal process and financial effects. The results suggest that six sigma project system could effectively be implemented as a knowledge management system to improve six sigma performance of green an black belts. This study also compares index of SEM's model fit of research model and that of alternative models for further analysis. The result shows that index of research model of index is better than that of alternative model.
