The Agile movement is a phenomenon that is part of the next phase of the software engineering evolution. At the same time, globally distributed software development is another trend delivering high-quality software to global users at lower costs. In this paper, Agile Framework for Distributed Software Development (AFDSD) has been suggested, and Chameleon project of Yahoo! Inc. has been implemented based on the framework. Also, the project has been evaluated by measuring Agile adoption and improvement levels, degrees of agility and agile project success, and comparing the performance and quality with the previous version. The overall performance and satisfaction with Chameleon increased by more than 30% since Agile techniques were adopted. Our objective is to highlight successful practices and suggest a framework to support adoption and evaluation of Agile techniques in a distributed environment.

CM(Configuration Management) is a field of management that focuses on establishing and maintaining consistency of a product's performance and its functional and physical attributes with its requirements, design, and operational information throughout its life. Recently upcoming concept of CM, regardless of various definitions, consists of the organization and the process for value creation through project change management, value preservation by Risk, Project Management implementation by Change management. The CM provide a basis for, and a record of, the project's performance in meeting the scope, time, cost. Overseas international companies have already adopted the CM system and enjoyed the benefits arising from such systems. And the CM provides perspectives and insights applicable to all types of projects. This study presents the review on the current systems now in use at jobsites and known to be efficient, and the introduction and application of configuration systems now at big issue. Hereby indicates the connective system consisted of work process, change control and knowledge referring to the methods and actual cases as an effective promotion of CM.

과거 재료가공 위주의 산업시대에는 에너지가 산업의 가장 중요한 열쇠였으나 현대 산업사회에서는 부가가치를 지식과 정보로부터 창출해낸다. 그러므로 21세기에는 지식정보와 커뮤니케이션이 산업의 가장 중요한 열쇠가 될 것이다. 현대 기업환경의 변화는 과거와 다른 양상으로 나타나고 있고 한편 경영자들에게는 기업경영과 기업의 의미에 대해 새로운 패러다임을 요구하는 상황에 이르렀다. 이러한 변화 추세로 21세기를 예측해 본 학자들은 대표적인 조직모델로 소위 '가상기업을 내세우고 있다. 가상기업이란 특정 프로젝트가 끝나면 해체할 수 있는 전략적 제휴에 의해 임시로 형성되는 조직체이다. 이 논고에서는 현대 기업환경과 기업조직의 변화로 인한 가상기업 개념의 출현배경을 알아보고, 아직까지 애매 모호한 이 개념을 정의하고 그 모델을 제시한다. 그리고 정보기술의 응용과 공용 인터페이스의 활용으로 어떻게 이러한 형태의 가상공동체를 형성하고 관리할 수 있는지 고찰해보고, 21세기 지식경영시대에 가상기업형 조직의 경영을 위한 지식정보시스템 구축의 예로서 재단법인 충청지역정보원의 통합정보시스템을 소개한다.

지식경영의 기본적인 목적은 조직 구성원간에 효과적으로 지식을 공유 하도록 하는 것이다. 지식 경영에 관련된 많은 연구들은 지식 공유가 필요한 상황 및 지식 공유를 촉진시키는 조직 환경에 집중해왔다. 그러나 조직에 속한 개인들이 누구와 어떻게 지식을 공유하는 것이 가장 효과적인지에 대해서는 충분한 연구가 이루어지지 않았다. 본 연구의 첫 번째 주제는 지식 전달자와 지식 수용자간에 지식을 주고 받을 때 전달되는 지식 속성의 질을 결정하는 요인을 규명하는 것이다. 특히 본 연구는 프로젝트를 수행하는 개인간의 지식 공유에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 본 연구의 두 번째 주제는 지식 속성의 구성과 지식 속성이 지식 효용 및 업무 결과의 물리적 그리고 심리적 측면에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 규명하는 것이다. 본 연구는 기존 연구와 달리 지식 속성의 질을 지식 공유의 성공 여부를 결정짓는 중요 요소로 인지한다.

While software globalization is becoming more important, little research has been undertaken into what is meant by globalization and the degree of globalization capability in the Korean software industry. A survey study was conducted among software engineering professionals, gathering the data from 31 IT companies across 7 large-scale projects in Korea. The results indicate that the evaluation score for globalization capability is 2.51 out of 5 points, which is the lowest compared to other areas of software engineering such as team capability (2.88), process and tool supports (2.96), project management (2.97) and development (3.64). We also discuss how to introduce software globalization technologies in Korea based on the successful experiences of leading global IT companies.

This study examined that the assimilated web technologies can contribute to IS(information system) success. Through hierarchical regression analysis, the following findings are identified. First, top management championship, strategic investment rationale, and computer use and access affected web technology assimilation, and then web technology assimilation influenced on IS development success positively. Second, top management championship had more influence than other independent variables in strategies dimension of web technologies assimilation while strategic investment rationale did in activities dimension. Third, the strategies assimilation was more dominant than the activities assimilation for IS success. Thus it is concluded that IT including web technologies brings organizations a powerful business tool and high profit.

오늘의 기업에게 정보기술이란 필수요소이다. 정보기술을 효과적으로 활용하기 위해서는 IT 인프라가 체계적으로 구축되어 있어야 한다. 해당 조직에 적합한 정보기술 기반구조를 설계하고 이의 도입을 위한 구체적인 계획을 수립하기 위해서는 체계적이고 효과적인 정보계획 수립(Information System Planning: ISP)이 필요하다. 그러나 정보계획수립 프로젝트의 상당수가 실패로 그치고 있다. 특히 정보기술의 지속적인 변화 때문에 수립한 정보기술 기반구조 계획안이 실제 구현되지 못하고 계획으로만 남는 경향이 있다. 이러한 ISP의 어려움을 해결하기 위해서는 정보기술 참조모델(reference model)을 적극적으로 활용할 필요가 있다. 즉, 조직의 정보시스템에 공통적으로 적용할 수 있는 IT 인프라나 표준 아키텍쳐를 바탕으로 정보계획수립을 수행해 나가는 방식이 필요하다. 이와 같은 참조모델 기반의 정보계획 수립은 새로운 아키텍쳐를 추출하고 표준화를 이룸으로써 프로젝트의 생산성을 높일 수 있다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 기존의 ISP 연구는 ISP의 필요성, 과정, 성공요인 등에 국한되어 왔으며, 방법론에 대한 연구는 미비한 편이다. 최근들어 ISP의 체계적인 분류나 참조모델 기반 계획수립의 필요성이 제기되었다. 그러나 아직까지 이와같은 접근에서 참조 모델을 어떻게 구축하고 활용해 나갈 것인가에 대한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 참조모델을 구축하기 위한 다양한 접근방법과 각각의 특징을 제시한다. 나아가서 해당 조직의 상황이나 요구수준에 따라 적합한 접근방법을 선택할 수 있게 해주는 방안을 제시한다.타냈으며, 평가결과에 대해 여러 가지 방법으로 분석하였다. 첫째, 동종제품간 평가분석을 통하여 각각의 제품을 비교하였으며, 둘째 소프트웨어 종류별 평가로 제품을 응용소프트웨어, 응용개발도구, 시스템 소프트웨어로 분류하여 평균값으로 비교하였다. 셋째, 국내외 제품별 평가분석으로 전체 제품을 국내제품과 국외제품으로 분류하여 비교하였으며, 마지막으로 총괄분석을 통해 가중치를 적용하여 전 제품의 점수를 비교하였다. 여기에서는 각 제품의 평균점수에 대한 차이를 95%의 유의수준으로 T-Test를 실시하였다.uted to the society, and what the socioeconomic impacts are resulted from the program. From a phenomenological perspective on military human resources to carry out the government's "Defense Vision 2050" project, this study presents the direction of revision of the military pension along with the age and continuous retirement age system under Article 8 of the Military Personnel Act and the promotion criteria under Article 33 of the Enforcement Decree of the Military Act. The Military Personnel Act and the Enforcement Decree of the Military Personnel Act, which was created 60 years ago, are contrary to the equity of the current situation in 2022, and the conflicts continue to be drawn in terms of internal and external aspects of military human resources carrying out the "Defense Vision 2050" project, which is the keynote of the government's policy. In addition, this is linked to the national financial burden of military pension finances. Therefore, this study began with the need to revise the Military Personnel Act so that excellent human resources can continue to be introduced into a military system and perform stable duties through retirement age guarantee systems rather than class retirement.

다양하고 복잡해지는 소프트웨어 프로젝트를 효율적으로 수행하기 위한 방법론들 중에서 프로세스 평가와 개선에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 그러나 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선을 위한 방법론들은 조직이 비즈니스 목표인 정량적인 품질 관리에 도달하게 하기 위한 측정과 분석활동에 대한 구체적인 가이드라인을 제시하지 않는다. 본 연구는 효과적인 정량적인 프로세스 및 프로젝트 관리를 위해 Six Sigma 방법론을 도입, CMM 레벨 2의 예측공수모델에 적용하여 제시, 프로세스 측정과 분석활동의 개선 가능성에 대해 모색하고자 한다.

세계경제는 지식이 기업의 경쟁력을 좌우하는 글로벌 지식경제시대로 진입했다 할 수 있다. 즉 지식이 국가 경쟁력을 좌우하고, 지식을 활용한 다양한 경영활동이 기업의 성패를 결정짓는 지식경영시대가 도래 한 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 우리나라의 IT기업에 종사하는 종사자들을 대상으로 하여 프로젝트 참여자, 조직의 특성, 관계자의 특성이 지식의 공유 및 활용에 어떠한 영향을 주며 이는 기업의 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 요인이 무엇인가를 살펴보았다. 그 결과 본 연구에서 제시한 모든 요인들이 지식공유 및 활용에 긍정적인 영향을 주며 이는 작게는 특정 프로젝트의 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 주며 크게는 기업의 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.
