기술융합은 연구자간 사회적 상호작용의 결과 일어나는 일종의 기술혁신 현상인데, 융합과정에서 수명주기가 존재한다. 기술능력을 가진 개인이나 조직의 학습${\rightarrow}$기술의 통합 및 혁신 ${\rightarrow}$안정화 과정을 거치는 융합 수명주기를 갖는다. 조직학습(집단학습)은 기술융합의 주요한 성공요소로 작용한다. 이 때문에 기술융합의 성공을 위해서는 프로젝트 리더의 리더십이 중요하다. 기술융합 프로젝트 리더는 개별연구자나 연구그룹이 보유하는 인지맵(cognitive map)을 통합하는 노력이 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 조직 및 개인의 네트워크 구축과 학습역량 강화가 중요하다. 정부는 기술융합 촉진을 위해서 학회, 협회 등 중심연계조직을 육성해야 한다. 그리고 프로젝트 리더의 리더십 함양프로그램을 운영해야 한다. 장기적인 관점에서는 학제간 벽을 뛰어 넘는 대학원 교육의 혁신이 필요하다. 공공부문은 창의적이고 개방적인 연구환경을 조성해야 하겠다.

A project manager of construction project must analyze risks which might happen during the construction phase and prepare a restoration method against the risks in order to get the successful project's accomplishment. Insurance is a representative kind of risk transfer method and an institution which prevents damages of the insured. In spite of increasing the ratio of construction insurance policy in the construction industry, project managers have regarded the insurance as a formal action in the budget through insurance companies' guides. These aspects make them not be able to valuate the reasonableness of premium rate and the real amount of the risks. This thesis is to present an improved method of construction insurance contract. Firstly, the status of the current construction insurance system have been anlyzed and the problems have been deducted. Secondly the development direction against the problems is presented in the research. Lastly, the procedure model is proposed for acquiring the resonable premium rate of insurance.

Corporations should make efforts to recognize the importance of projects, identify their failure factors, prevent risks in advance, and raise the success rates, because the corporations need to make quick responses to rapid external changes. There are some previous studies on success and failure factors of projects, however, most of them have limitations in terms of objectivity and quantitative analysis based on data gathering through surveys, statistical sampling and analysis. This study analyzes the failure factors of projects based on data mining to find problems with projects in an audit report, which is an objective project evaluation report. To do this, we identified the texts in the paragraph of suggestions about improvement. We made use of the superior classification algorithms in this study, which were NaiveBayes, SMO and J48. They were evaluated in terms of data of Recall and Precision after performing 10-fold-cross validation. In the identified texts, the failure factors of projects were analyzed so that they could be utilized in project implementation.

Normally there is a one-time relationship between stakeholders in the construction projects. Thus, project participants are easily exposed to opportunistic behavior. According to the theory of transaction costs, a contract effectively influence the behavior of counter-party. The important role of contracts in limiting opponent opportunistic behavior has been academically acknowledged and studied in inter-firm relationships. The purpose of this study is to reveal the mediating effect of the contract on the power of the contractor in the contractor's behavior. Power is divided into mediated and non-mediated power. We surveyed construction companies' employees who have conducted construction projects. Based on the questionnaire response, we examined the influence of the Employer's power on the behavior of the contractor. Both non-mediated power and mediated power were significant for in-role and out-role behaviors. Both non-mediated power and mediated power were found to have a significant effect on the control and coordination function of contracts. The results show that the control function of the contract is significant for the in-role behavior and the extra-role behavior. Finally, the mediating effect of the contract function was significant only in the control function.

해외 입찰 시 각 나라에서 적용하고 있는 설계기준의 이해 정도는 적정 설계 물량 산출은 물론 시공성, 공사비 등에 영향을 미쳐 프로젝트 수주 및 수행 성공여부에 매우 중요한 요소로 작용한다. 본 자료는 잔교식 안벽의 해외 입찰설계 단계에서 주요 단면 결정을 위한 주요 설계기준 항목에 대해 호주와 한국의 항만구조물 설계기준을 비교하여 호주 프로젝트를 추진하는 엔지니어에게 도움이 되고자 한다.

Social Media has been vitalized according to development of technology, it make the crowd-funding which have a form of new donation culture. The crowd-funding has been known as form that is supported for getting investments of ongoing or new project by much public in area of cultural art. Nowadays it receive attention from the movie content production. There are so many successful case such as , in abroad while it is hard to find distinct case in Korea' the movie content production market. Since the movie <26 years> informed public of 'the crowd-funding', recently was successfully complete first and second fund-raising and third fund-raising is in progress. It is upraised as a representative successful case.

The worldwide increase of cognitive surplus leads to successful social authoring projects. In this research, social authoring mechanisms used in Linux and Wikipedia projects were analyzed to identify the key success factors. In addition, tools used in the recent successful social media such as Facebook and Ushahidi were evaluated to extract components which may be applied in social authoring systems. Based on these analyses, the improvement factors in the design of social authoring projects were suggested. The social authoring projects are expected to be more successfully achieved by providing the core components proposed in this article.

현재 플랜트 산업이 해외 건설 부문에서 차지하는 비중은 해외 건설 수주액의 60% 이상에 달하고 있다. 하지만 시공부문의 높은 기술경쟁력에 비하여 고부가가치 창출이 가능한 설계부문은 그 기술이 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 플랜트산업의 우수설계능력 확보를 위하여 플랜트 설계단계의 성공에 대한 정의를 내리고, 플랜트 설계업무를 분석한 뒤, 설문조사를 통하여 플랜트 설계단계 프로세스의 업무별 중요도를 파악하였다. 또한 이렇게 파악된 중요도 점수를 공정관리 프로그램에 적용하였고, 이를 바탕으로 제시된 결과에 대한 전문가의 검토를 통하여 최종적으로 플랜트 설계단계의 핵심성공요인(CSF)을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 플랜트 설계단계 성공의 요인을 파악하고 확인 및 관리를 위한 요소들을 제시하여 설계단계 업무수행의 가이드라인으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 또한, 향후에는 도출된 핵심성공요인을 이용하여 플랜트의 성공과 실패를 가름할 수 있는 정량적 평가모델 개발 등의 연구가 수행될 수 있을 것이다.

Nowadays PMIS (Project Management Information System) based on web is widely applied to communication, collaboration and community in construction jobsite for various organization such as subcontractors, general contractor, engineering company, supervisors and client. However, individual PMIS in jobsite is prone to be troublesome issue for integration and exchange of information regarding project management in corporate and may result in conflict of data application. The main reason should be lack of information strategy plan such as company master plan for information. This research shows a critical success factor that a big construction company of Korea establishes procedure and method for information strategy plan. In addition, It is to suggest how to be implemented PMIS architecture and execute business process innovation in corporate level. This research expects contribution that many construction companies reduce mistakes to be implemented management information system and to optimize system in corporate level.

EPC plant projects are large and complex, requiring systematic working methodologies, accumulated data, and thorough planning through communications between the entities. In this study, the method of extracting the process planning information using asset data of the plant project and using it to present the initial process plan is presented through the concept of IAP(Interactive Planning). In order to carry out the effective IAP at the early stage of the project, this study extracted the schedule element information from the asset data, created the process plan for each work package, and applied it to the sample project case. Through the proposed IAP methodology, it is possible to promote the utilization of asset data, to identify schedule risks, and to develop countermeasures, which can form the basis for establishing the process management strategy to successfully complete the project.
