This study explores the effects of standardized management processes such as COBIT and ITIL on the success of IT outsourcing by utilizing an exploratory case study. The exploratory model includes the maturity of ITIL and COBIT process and success of IT outsourcing. For each construct of the model, several measures are developed from preceding researches and confirmed in the context of the cases utilized for this study. It is found that the maturity of the processes supported by ITIL and COBIT is critical for the success of IT outsourcing in this study. This results confirm the current popularity of the standardized process adopted in practice and also require further research endeavors in this control or management process in the future. It should include any other processes and related activities to the control process in the relationship of IT outsourcing.

소규모 단위의 프로젝트이지만 안정성과 정확성을 중요시하는 제약 시스템 개발 프로세스에 대한 제반 문제들을 보완하기 위해서 시스템 개발 위험도를 최대한 낮추고 품질을 향상시키는데 적합한 반복적 개발 방법을 기반으로 프로젝트의 복잡도, 영역 속성의 측정 결과 값에 따라 프로세스 테일러링 할 수 있도록 개발된 세계적 제약회사 Merck ＆amp; Co., Inc.의 프로세스 테일러링에 대한 표준 가이드라인을 제시한다. 실제 소규모 단위 시스템 개발에 프로세스 테일러링을 적용한 프로젝트와 적용하지 않은 프로젝트간의 성과 결과 측정을 통해 프로세스 테일러링 적용을 통한 시스템의 안전성과 정확성이 향상된 사례를 검증하고 있다.

소프트웨어 프로세스를 개선하여 소프트웨어의 품질 및 생산성을 높이고 조직의 업무를 효과적으로 달성할 수 있는 체계적인 프로세스를 수립하고 지속적으로 프로세스를 개선함으로서 프로세스의 수행능력을 향상시키기 위한 접근 방법이 많이 시도되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선 및 심사 모델로서 ISO에서 표준으로 제정중인 ISO 15504(SPICE)와 2000년 발표된 CMM(SEI)의 CMMI 모델에 관하여 비교 연구하고 사례연구로 형상관리 프로세스에 대하여 그 활동을 비교 분석한다.

소프트웨어 품질에 대한 중요성과 관심이 커짐에 따라 많은 산업체에서 내부 프로세스를 평가하고 개선하려는 노력을 기울이고 있다. 지금까지 프로세스와 관련된 여러 가지 표준들이 제시되었고 최근에는 CMMI가 점차 비중을 키워가고 있다. 이에 따라 원전 안전성 계측제어 계통의 소프트웨어 관련 프로세스를 대상으로 CMMI를 기준으로 평가를 수행함으로써 원전 프로세스의 강점과 약점을 파악하고 프로세스 개선을 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The recently developed military system adopts System Engineering for quality insurance. The process of military system's development basically adopts specification(MIL-STD-499) and system engineering(ISO/IEC 15288) that was developed by America. Recently the level of company's capability maturity is granted by measurement and assessment for the level of CMM or CMMI that was developed by Carnegie Mellon University. This article introduces adopted range of process that developed military system adopted additional process of CMMI. This article writes a merit of process for military system's output that is developing device adopted diverse process.

우리나라의 우편 집배국에서는 우편배달업무의 효율성 제고를 위해서 자동 순로구분기를 개발하여 도입 운영하려는 프로젝트를 진행 중이다. 그러나 새롭게 도입하는 자동화시스템이므로 순로구분 업무프로세스의 표준모델의 개발이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 시범적으로 순로구분기를 도입 운영하고 있는 집배국을 대상으로 순로구분업무를 분석하고 그를 바탕으로 자동순로구분 업무프로세스의 표준모델을 제시한다.

소프트웨어 제품의 활용 범위가 늘어나면서 품질의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 이에 따라 ISO/IEC 9126 품질모델과 ISO/IEC 14598 소프트웨어 제품 평가모델에 대한 표준이 발표되었다. 하지만, 대부분 소프트웨어 개발 사업에서는 결함사항 위주로 품질관리를 하고 있으며 표준모델은 미적용 되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 국방 CBD 방법론을 기반으로 표준 소프트웨어 품질모델 및 제품 평가모델을 이용한 품질평가 프로세스를 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 국방 CBD 방법론 산출물의 품질평가 모델과 품질평가 프로세스를 정의하고 평가활동 단계별 산출물을 제시한다. 또한 소규모 시범사업에 적용을 통하여 제안된 모델의 적절성을 검증하였다. 향후 본 연구의 결과가 국방 CBD 방법론 기반 소프트웨어의 품질관리 활동에 적용이 기대된다.

양질의 소프트웨어제품과 서비스를 생산하는 방법은 우수한 선례를 답습하거나, 성공한 선례를 해당 응용업무에 맞도록 발전시키는 것이다. 즉 프로세스들의 모임인 소프트웨어 프로세스를 각각의 소프트웨어 서비스와 시스템의 개발목적에 부합하도록 정의하는 것이다. 프로세스 모임은 정보화사업의 포괄적 관리가 가능하게하며, 사업제기부서가 소프트웨어 시스템에 대한 전반적인 의무와 책임을 갖게 하며, 정보화사업 감리에 있어서 감리 목표 정립과 감리의 시행을 명확하게 한다. 소프트웨어 서비스 및 시스템 개발에 있어서 적합한 프로세스의 모임을 목표프로세스 프로파일(Target Process Profile) 이라고 명명하였다. TPP을 정의함에 있어서는 정의할 대상시스템의 성능과 시스템의 효과성이 어느 정도 가시화되는 여건에서, 소프트웨어 서비스 및 시스템의 수명주기 목표, 수명주기 아키텍쳐 및 수명주기 계획을 도출한다. 즉 아키텍쳐 접근방법, 소프트웨어프로세스의 정착, 및 국제표준의 프로세스에서의 프로세스 모임규칙을 근간으로 하여 TPP의 프레임워크(Framework)을 시안을 작성하였다. 소프트웨어공학의 발전과정에서 프로세스 능력의 성숙도 기준으로 프로세스 모임을 이룬것에 추가하여, 논자는 ISO/IEC 15504 TR 프로세스간의 전후관계에서 TPP을 위한 작업산출물 도출방법을 정의하였다. TPP에 의한 정보화추진은 정보화시대에서 소프트웨어 품질 및 가격에서 경쟁력을 가져오는 요인이 될 것이다.

E-business automates overall activities in a company and allows distributed systems to communicate their information. The automation and information sharing improves its productivity and responsiveness. B2B workflow systems progress their business processes electronically and help the companies to monitor their execution and administrate the processes. This research analyzes the technologies and standards for B2B workflow integration, and proposes three approaches to implement effectively workflow integration. We analyze several existing workflow standards and business process definition languages, and compare their structures and features. And we examine the messaging technologies and architectures to implement business integration. Finally we extract a reference model for B2B workflow integration, and propose three types of workflow integration and implementation designs. This research helps companies to understand the workflow standards and the messaging technologies for B2B workflow integration, and to implement workflow integration systems that are suitable for their e-business environments.

As a computerized application for controlling enterprise processes, BPM(Business Process Management) has been received such concerns that many solution vendors developed their own process definition and storage methods. The fact causes the needs of process modeling standards for process model exchange and at the same time, requires the appropriate methodology for adopting the global standards. In this paper, we propose a transformation methodology of BPMN-based file into XMI(XML Metadata Interchange)-based neutral file format. We devised translation templates for 21 workflow patterns, and compared the results with BPEL4WS(Business Process Execution Language for Web Services) translation. As a result, our XMI transformation model enables more complete translation of process model in comparison with existing model, and thus can be practically utilized to the BPM vendors adopting BPMN standards.
