e-비즈니스의 활성화에 따른 기업 환경의 변화로 인해 전자상거래와 물류 및 공급망의 현실적/효율적 운영관리를 위한 새로운 개념의 워크플로우 관리 시스템의 필요성이 절대적으로 요구되고 있다. e-비즈니스는 기업 내부 프로세스와 기업간 거래 프로세스와의 연동을 수반하기 때문에 워크플로우 관리 시스템 또한 다중 기업들간의 워크플로우 모델의 상호 연동이 필요하다. 따라서 전자상거래를 위한 기업들은 서로 다른 워크플로우 관리 시스템 및 워크플로우 모델들간의 상호 운영적인 문제를 해결하는 방법에 대한 관심이 증대되었다. 본 논문은, 워크플로우 모델러와 ebXML 기반 비즈니스 프로세스 모델러의 연계를 통해 ebXML을 기반으로 e-비즈니스를 위한 워크플로우 모델링 기법을 제시함으로써, 거래 기업간의 표준화된 비즈니스 프로세스 모델링을 효율적으로 지원하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

본 논문은 워크플로우 기술의 표준화 및 기술 동향을 소개하는 세 번의 연재* 중 그 세 번째인 마지막 내용으로 지난 호에서 소개한 비즈니스 프로세스 관리(Business Process Management: BPM) 기술과 이의 기반기술인 워크플로우 관리기술과 연관된 국내외 표준화 기구와 그들의 활동 내용에 관하여 기술한다. 특히, 비즈니스 프로세스 관리 기술의 국제표준화 기구인 BPMI(Business Process Management Initiative)와 워크플로우 관리 기술의 국제표준화 기구인 WfMC(Workflow Management Coalition)는 최근에 웹서비스나 B2B 기술 등의 비즈니스 프로세스 관련 단일화된 표준안을 개발하고자 여러 번에 걸친 합동회의를 개최해오고 있어 이 합동회의에서 진행되고 있는 표준안 개발 활동 내용을 소개한다. 특히, 워크플로우 모델링 표준 언어인 XPDL(XML Process Definition Language)과 비즈니스 프로세스 모델링 언어인 BPMN(Business Process Modeling Notation) 그리고 대표적인 워크플로우 모델로서 연구분야에서 많이 이용되고 있는 ICN(Information Control Net)을 확장한 Kyonggi-ICN의 상호 매핑관계를 요약정리한다. 끝으로, 현재 국내의 워크플로우 기술관련 표준화기구인 한국정보통신기술협회 산하 표준화위원회인 워크플로우기술연구반의 표준화 활동과 이번에 새로이 정보통신부 표준화전략포럼중의 하나로 창립된 워크플로우 및 비즈니스 응용기술포럼(약칭 WABA 포럼: Workflow and Business Applications Technology Forum)을 소개한다.

본 논문에서는 프로덕트 라인 개념을 활용하여 전자 카달로그 운영 프로세스를 구축하고자 한다. 전자 카달로그는 reactive approach(1)방법으로 프로덕트 라인 개발에 접근하여 기본적인 핵심적이고 표준적인 프로세스만 우선적으로 정의하여 각 세부항목을 명시하고 이를 기반으로 프로세스의 기능을 확장하고자 한다 FORM 방법론에서 제안한 휘처 모델링 방법을 통해 얻어진 공통점과 차이점을 이용하여 scoping을 수행하였으며 이를 기반으로 필수 프로세스와 지원 프로세스로 분류하였다. 전자 카달로그 표준안에서 제안한 비즈니스 프로세스, 표준안 보고서, 프로세스 관리 계획 등을 기본 자료로 하여 각 애플리케이션에 적합한 product가 만들어지도록 production plan을 수립하였다.

본 논문에서는 전자상거래 발전 단계 및 프로세스 공유에 대만 문헌 연구, 프로세스 표준화 작업. 현행프로세스 유형 및 현행 프로세스 방식 등을 비교하여 살펴보고 CPFR 프로세스를 연구한 후 CPFR 구현 사례 및 시사점을 연구하여 프로세스 공유를 통만 협력적 전자상거래의 활성화에 기여하고자 한다.

Many of today’s companies adopt Business Process Management to make their business processes efficient and at the same time pursue certain business values in order to make known that they are working for public interests and to enhance their images and competitiveness. On the other hand, to improve achievement of business values, not only the basic business activities but also the capability of measuring value achievement and ways to reflect the measuring results for process improvement should be built into their business processes. In this study, we propose a value achievement measuring framework that includes the design elements necessary for measuring value achievement and demonstrate its efficacy with an application example.

기후, 사회 및 경제 시스템, 사회적 선호도 등의 변화는 대상 시스템의 변화를 초래하며, 이에 따라 사업 추진과 사후관리의 불확실성은 커지게 된다. 이를 완화시키기 위해서는 대상 시스템에 대한 이해를 증진시키고, 단계별 평가결과와 여건들의 변화를 반영하여 계획과 대책을 수정 및 보완해야 하며, 이들의 원활한 수행을 위해서는 적절한 평가와 피드백이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 국내 수자원 사업 관련 제반 여건들의 변화와 향후 변화에 대하여 전망하였으며, 설문조사를 통하여 국내 적응형 수자원 관리에 대한 필요성과 인식 상태를 파악하였다. 또한, 한강 수계의 수자원 관리에 적응형 관리 도입 필요성과 방안에 대하여 고찰하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 수계의 정황을 고려한 적응형 수자원 관리 프로세스를 개발하였다.

오늘날 급변하는 IT 환경에 신속하게 대응하기 위한 기업의 데이터 관리시스템의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 특히, 최근에는 기업의 시스템이 복잡해지고 데이터의 규모가 점점 대형화 되면서 기업들은 데이터 관리를 위해 메타데이터 관리시스템의 활용이 증가하고 있다. 하지만 현재 도입되는 메타데이터 관리시스템은 테이블 이관 시 모델과 실제 데이터베이스 사이의 정합성을 유지하기 위해 불필요한 반복적인 프로세스를 수행해야 하는 문제점을 가진다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 이관관리 프로세스 개선을 위한 메타데이터 관리시스템을 구현하고 테스트 하였다.

Construction program management requires more systematic management than traditional management methods due to the complexity of the project and various stakeholders. In particular, the systematization of closure phase of the process is in urgent need as there is a difference between the owner's expectations and the contractor's deliverables, resulting in delayed handovers, conflicts, frictions, and increased legal disputes. This study identified the process and activities of closure phase through domestic and international literature and case studies for the successful closure of the construction program. Further, the proposed processes and activities were verified through expert verification for appropriateness and the possibility of application to the site. By utilizing the processes and activities proposed in this study, the project aims to overcome the limits of closure phase and improve the satisfaction of the owner, as well as to enhance the global competitiveness of domestic construction companies.

With the revision of the Public Records Management Act in 2020, it has become possible to appraise long-term records more than 30 years old in the record center. However, there was no discussion on the appraisal process except for the revision of the Public Records Management Act. This study aimed to propose a process for appraisal of long-term records in the record center, focused on the roles and functions of the record center, archives, and central archives. To confirm the status and problems of the records appraisal process, we analyzed record management standards and interviewed 4 archivists who have been working as specialists for over 10 years. Based on the analysis results, the appraisal process for long-term records in the record center was redesigned in consideration of the functions and roles of the record center, archives, and central archives.

In conventional development methodologies, requirements are considered to be not changing after analysis phase, and requirements specifications are used for the next step system design purpose. But in the real world, requirements can be changed and modified throughout the development life cycle according to end-user's more understanding about the target system, new IT technologies, changes of customer environment and market situation, and so on. So there needs a requirements change management process that can extend requirements management over the entire development life cycle and can support managing changes to the requirements after design phase. In this paper, a requirements change management process that can be integrated into conventional development methodologies is proposed to support the extension of requirements life cycle and managing changes to the requirements after design phase. This process was evaluated through an verification test with a widely used development methodology‘MaRMI’.
