디지털 컴퓨터와 측정시스템의 발달로 대전력시험 데이터들은 시험자에 의한 분석이 아닌, 분석프로그램을 이용한 자동 분석이 가능해 졌다. 그러나 분석 프로그램을 이용하여 시험데이터를 분석해야 할 경우, 분석프로그램의 객관적인 신뢰성이 먼저 확보되어야 한다. 최근 들어 이러한 문제점을 보완하기 위하여, STL(Short-circuit Testing Liason)에서는 분석프로그램의 신뢰성평가를 위해 TDG(Test Data Generator)를 개발하였다. 이를 이용하면 대전력시험기관에서 사용하는 분석프로그램간의 객관적인 비교 및 평가가 가능하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 STL에서 배포한 TDG를 이용하여, Crest, RMS, %DC 분석프로그램 알고리즘의 신뢰성을 평가해 보았다. 또한, STL에서 제시한 reference curve는 50[Hz]를 기본주파수로 하고 있기 때문에, 평가의 신뢰성을 높이기 위해 본 논문에서는 우리나라의 실정에 맞는 60[Hz]의 reference curve도 추가로 고려하였다. 신뢰성 평가 결과 모든 reference curve에 대한 분석알고리즘의 측정불화도가 STL에서 제시하는 범위에 존재함을 확인하였다.

The Program language for web, such as PHP, JSP, ASP and so on, make it possible to offer more user interactive page by using with HTML. These language and program have been developed with great speed, but security part could not catch up with this development. As a result, it has brought a problem which is expose many server systems to the outside. In this research, we implement Web and SQL analysis program which can analysis hacking causing factor. With this analysis program, we will show you how much efficient it has compared with security patch for server system.

전력 및 IT기술의 발달은 사전에 전력 문제를 예측하고 조치할 수 '지능적인 전기 그리드'의 생성을 가능하게 하였다. 이러한 'Intelligent Grid'는 전력 산업의 신뢰도 및 고객 서비스 측면에서 에너지 공급자들의 성장을 가능하게 했다고 할 수 있겠다. 최근 많은 새로운 연구개발 프로그램들은 전력 기반시설의 지능화를 향상시키는 목표를 가지고 구성되고 있다. 이미 설립된 다른 R&D 조직과 더불어 이러한 프로그램들은 더욱 지능화된 그리드를 만드는데 있어서 기술적, 경제적, 그리고 정책적인 장벽을 호소하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 풍부한 연구 활동은 그리드 사업이 진정으로 완성 될 수 있다고 생각하는 산업관계자들에게는 더욱 자신감을 심어주고 있는 상황이다. 동시에 이러한 유틸리티, 제조사, 표준화 기구 그리고 공공 기관과 같은 관계자들은 연구기관들이 제안하는 도전에 대하여 다양한 연구 프로그램들을 어떻게 구별하고 또한 어떻게 결과를 이해해야 할지 등에 관하여 고민하고 있다. 다양한 프로그램에 대한 노력과 결과의 명쾌한 그림을 찾고 있으며, 프로그램들 사이의 더 높은 수준의 협력을 요청하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 'Intelligent Grid' 프로그램을 간단히 소개하고 협력을 위한 EPRI의 노력에 대하여 소개하고자 한다.

컴퓨터 기술의 발전과 인터넷의 보급에 따라 분산된 컴퓨팅 자원과 정보를 효율적으로 사용하기 위한 분산 응용프로그램의 개발이 활발히 이루어 지고 있다. 분산 응용프로그램 개발 표준으로는 RPC, CORBA, EJB 등이 있고, 각각 독자적인 통신 프로토콜을 사용하여 분산 응용프로그램을 호출할 수 있는 응용프로그램 디스패쳐를 제공한다. 응용프로그램 디스패쳐는 분산 응용프로그램 개발 플랫폼의 핵심 모듈로서, 개발자가 작성한 응용프로그램을 저장, 관리하면서 클라이언트로부터의 응용프로그램 수행 요청을 받아 그에 맞는 응용프로그램을 분기 시켜 수행하고 결과를 돌려주는 기능을 수행한다. 최근 W3C 에서는 분산 응용프로그램을 통합된 방법으로 호출할 수 있도록 하는 통신 프로토콜인 SOAP 을 제정하였다. 본 논문은 SOAP 을 기반으로 하는 응용프로그램 디스패쳐를 설계하고 구현한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템은 다음과 같은 특징을 가진다. 첫째, C, C＋＋와 Java로 작성된 다양한 응용프로그램 수행을 지원함으로써 분산 응용프로그램 개발을 위한 핵심 플랫폼으로서 사용될 수 있다. 둘째, 응용프로그램의 오류로 인하여 발생할 수 있는 문제에 대처하여 안정적인 수행을 제공한다. 셋째, SOAP 표준을 따름으로써 SOAP 을 지원하는 다른 분산 응용프로그램 개발 표준들과 상호 호출이 가능하다.

The purpose of this study was to develop a sustainable dietary education program for middle school home economics subject using a teaching strategy to improve the empowerment of adolescents and to verify and evaluate the effectiveness of the program. To achieve the purpose of this study, the program was developed and evaluated according to the ADDIE teaching design model. The contents related to the dietary area were extracted from the technical & home economics curriculum of the 2015 revised middle school and SDGs, and their relevance was analyzed to select the contents of dietary education. The program developed based on the analysis results is 'dietary life together' and consists of five learning topics: 'living together in the global village', 'maintaining healthy diet', 'creating a dietary culture together', 'living with nature and people', and 'maintaining a safe diet'. As a strategy for improving empowerment, we presented four situations, each of which represents value judgment, prediction of results, responsible behavior choice, and decision making. The developed program was reviewed by experts and applied to 17 unit classes for 17 weeks (1 unit hour per week) to the third graders of middle schools in Gyeonggi-do. Significant differences were found between before and after the class measurements of the personal empowerment and the political and social empowerment, which shows the classes were effective in improving empowerment. However, since there was no significant difference in interpersonal empowerment before and after the program, suggestions were made to utilize strategies to facilitate discussion and cooperative learning when implementing the program. The students who participated in the class evaluated the program positively as a whole. The program was evaluated to have helped the students believe they could change society through solving dietary problems.

765kV 송전연구 결과물로써 초고압 송전선로 전기환경친화 설계프로그램을 개발완료하여 기술이전 및 활용단계에 있다. 지금까지는 사용상 여러 제약조건들을 갖고 있으며 우리실정에도 맞지 않는 외국의 계산프로그램들을 사용해 왔으나 이번 국내 자체 기술로 개발된 프로그램을 통해 적용범위가 넓고 정확한 예측이 가능하게 되었다.

현대 산업이 무선인터넷 산업구조, 이동통신 서비스 사업자 중심의 무선인터넷 사업 패러다임으로 변화되어 소형 임베디드(Embedded) 장비를 이용하여 장소의 제약없이 다양한 응용프로그램의 사용과 인터넷의 접속이 가능하게 되었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 플랫폼에 독립적인 자바기술을 이용하여 임베디드장비를 이용하여 지하철 운행시간 검색이란 응용프로그램을 구현하였다.

An effective computer program for assembling fragments in DNA sequencing has been developed. The program, called SeqEditor (Sequence Editor), is usable on the pcrsonal computer systems of MS-Widows which is the mosl popular operating system in Korea. It c'm recd several sequence file formats such as GenBak, FASTA, and ASCII. In the SeqEditor program, a dynamic programming algorihm is applied to compute the maximalscoring overlapping alignment between each pjlr of fragments. A novel feature of the program is that SeqEdilor implemnents interaclive operation with a graphical user interface. The performance lests of the prograln 011 fragmen1 data from 16s and 18s rDNA sequencing pi-ojects produced saiisIactory results. This program may be useful to a person who has work of time with large-scale DNA sequencing projects.

This paper presents a programmable RF BIST (Built-in Self-Test) circuit for low noise amplifiers. We have developed a new on-chip RF BIST circuit that measures RF parameters of low noise amplifier (LNA) using only DC measurements. The BIST circuit contains test amplifier with programmable capacitor banks and RF peak detectors. The test circuit utilizes output DC voltage measurements and these measured values are translated into the LNA specifications such as input impedance and gain using the mathematical equations. Our on-chip BIST can be self programmed for 1.8GHz, 2.4GHz and 5.25GHz LNA for GSM, Bluetooth and IEEE802.11g standards.

Purpose: The aim of this research was to propose a program that can be used the Binocular Eye Visual Perception Training. Methods: This program can be used as a tool for binocular vision and vision training. The system that was made up of module was available in the stereosis and the vergence training. Results: In case of input module, this program could estimate the distance by using fixation disparity. Also, our margin of erroe is less then 5%. In case of output module, 28 trainers were examined by stereoscopic vision and visual depth perception. Conclusions: Therefore, the system can be used as a tools for the vision training.
