The purpose of this study was to evaluate the recognition of well-dying, change to attitude toward the old and meaning of life through pre/post hospice education program of care worker trainees. This study is a quasi-experimental research using one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of the study were 80 care worker trainees in T city and S city. The data were analyzed by SPSS/WIN 17.0 program. considering these results, The recognition of well-dying, The attitude toward the old and meaning of life were significantly different between pre/post program. This study is need systematic and continuousness of hospice education program for curriculum change to attitude toward the old and improvement of care worker.

The purpose of this study is to apply a probation and tea culture therapy convergence program developed for the self-esteem improvement and recidivism prevention of sex offenders supervised by GPS electronic monitoring(wearing electronic anklet). After applying the tea culture therapy program, this study examines the effect of the program on the self-esteem improvement of sex offenders with electronic anklet. This study employs an integrative approach of qualitative and quantitative methods. It was shown from the qualitative analysis that the participants have considerably more positive attitudes, active participation, seriousness in interpersonal relationship, anger management, and sympathy after the program. The results from quantitative analysis indicate that the self-esteem of participants are significantly improved.

In order to verify the effectiveness of the tea culture treatment program to mitigate the relative aggressiveness, the research will target 10 women aged 70 or older who use the P City-based Senior Citizens' Day Care Center to apply the tea culture treatment program to alleviate the relative aggressiveness of the elderly and examine its effects. As a result of the analysis, the score of reactive relational aggressiveness and leading relational aggression is 0.21 lower than the pre-exam average, indicating that the leading relational aggression of the elderly who participated in the tea culture therapy program is reduced than before the program. Based on these analysis results, practical suggestions were made for alleviating aggression among senior citizens using the Center for the Elderly.

최근 저작권 보호를 위한 워터마킹 기술이 활발하게 연구되고 있지만, 소프트웨어에 대한 워터마킹 기술은 멀티미디어 워터마킹에 비하여 상대적으로 부족하다. 인터넷의 발달로 인하여 자바로 프로그램을 작성하는 경우가 증가되었으나, 자바 프로그램은 인터넷에서 쉽게 얻을 수 있고, 역-컴파일이 쉽고, 또한 재 사용 가능한 플래스 파일로 쉽게 분해되기 때문에 불법 사용이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어의 저작권 보호를 위한 소프트웨어 워터마킹 기술에 대한 연구와 자바 프로그램 워터마킹 시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템은 워터마크를 힙 영역에 저장하기 때문에 왜곡 공격에 강한 장점이 있다.

역할기반 접근제어 정책은 정보보호를 위한 단순한 접근제어 수단으로서 뿐만 아니라, 사용자와 다양한 응용 소프트웨어로 구성된 환경에서 편리한 권한 관리 기능을 수행할 수 있어 일반적인 기업환경과 컴퓨터 운영체제, 데이터베이스와 같은 시스템에서 채택, 활용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 역할기반 접근 제어 정책을 채택한 정보 시스템 환경에서 시스템이 관리하는 정보의 무결성 보장을 위한 세션기반 임무분리 특성을 제안하고, 정형적 기술방식을 Z 언어를 이용하여 표현하였다. 또한 제안된 특성을 기반으로 한 응용 프로그램 명세 요소를 이용한 응용 프로그램 설계 및 실행가능성 확인기능, 전체 시스템의 운영 구조에 대하여 기술하였다.

본 논문에서는 USB 파일을 보호하기 위한 USB 파일 보호 프로그램을 설계하고 구현한다. USB 파일 암호화 프로그램은 암복호화시 패스워드를 기반으로 하여 사용자 편의성을 고려하고, USB 저장장치의 파일 각각을 패스워드 가반으로 암호화함으로써 파일들의 외부유출을 방지하여 분실 시 보안에 취약했던 USB 저장장치의 안전성을 향상시킨다.

IT의 눈부신 발전에 의해 세계에서 유례를 찾아보기 힘들 정도로 초고속인터넷은 이미 우리의 일상생활이 됐다. 이에 따라 디지털콘텐츠도 속속 개발돼 인터넷을 통해 수 없이 많은 제작물들이 유통되고 있다. 자본과 노력의 결실로 이뤄진 디지털콘텐츠가 폭발적으로 증가하면서 우리나라는 이것에 대한 정당한 가치를 보호하기 위해 저작권법, 컴퓨터프로그램보호법, 온라인디지털콘텐츠산업발전법 등의 관련법을 제 · 개정해 이에 적극적으로 대처하고 있다. 구체적으로 현행 제도의 운영과정에서 나타난 일부 미비점을 개선 · 보완하기 위해 2000년에 대폭 개정한 저작권법을 또 다시 2003년에 저작권법을 개정했다. 이것은 저작권법이 그 만큼 빠르게 변화하는 추세에 적응하기 위한 노력이라고 평가할 수 있다. 아울러 컴퓨터프로그램보호법과 온라인디지털콘텐츠산업발전법을 제정해 시행하고 있다. 여기에서는 디지털콘텐츠를 보호하는 저작권법, 컴퓨터프로그램보호법, 온라인디지털콘텐츠산업발전법의 주요내용을 살펴본다.

워터마킹(watermarking) 기술은 판매하거나 배포할 자료들 중, 특히 이미지, 오디오, 텍스트, 비디오 및 멀티미디어 데이터 등에 원래의 소유주를 표시할 수 있는 특정 데이터, 즉 워터마크를 넣어 소유주를 확인할 수 있게 하는 저작권 보호(copyright protection)기법으로 근래에 들어 그 필요성이 크게 대두되고 있는 기술이다. 본 논문에서는 wave format 파일을 읽어들여 음향에 효과를 주는 응용프로그램의 불법사용을 막는 데에 대한 저작권 보호를 연구 기술하였다. 원본 없이 추출 가능한 디지털 워터마킹 기법[1]을 음악파일에 삽입하고 응용프로그램이 그것을 추출하여 편집저장할 여부를 결정하도록 하는 방법에 주요 관점을 두고 실험 및 구현을 하였다.

디지털 시대의 도래와 함께 국내외적으로 SW 및 디지털 콘텐츠로 확대되고 있는 표절과 불법복제 문제의 심각성은 날로 더해가고 있으며, 이에 따른 사회 경제적인 폐해 규모도 급격히 증가하고 있다. 따라서 SW표절과 불법복제로부터 저작권 보호를 위한 적극적 대응 방안으로 SW복제도 감정에 적합하고 유용한 SW시스템 개발의 필요성을 인식하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 SW복제도 감정, 즉 두 프로그램 사이의 동일 유사성 정도를 판단하기 위해 제안된 유사성 탐지도구의 핵심 설계구조 및 기반 기술 등 전반적인 구현 메커니즘에 관하여 논한다.
