Evaluation of Airline Service Education Using the CIPP Model -focus on factors which influenced satisfaction and recommendation of the training program- (CIPP모형을 활용한 항공서비스교육 평가 -만족도 및 재추천에 미치는 요인을 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate an airline service training program based on the CIPP model. Evaluation areas were divided into context, input, process, and product. We analyzed the factors which influenced program satisfaction and recommendation of the training program. Two hundred and one learners who participated in an airline service training program were selected for a survey. The results of this study are as follows. The factors which positively influenced training satisfaction were educational goals in context evaluation, interaction between learners and instructors, managing programs in process evaluation, and training performance in product evaluation. The factor which negatively influenced training satisfaction was human resources in input evaluation. On the other hand, the factors which positively influenced training recommendation were educational goal, assessing needs in context evaluation, interaction between learners and instructors, supporting programs in process evaluation, and training performance in product evaluation. The factor which negatively influenced training recommendation was assessing needs in context evaluation. The results of this study are expected to make an important contribution to the development of service training programs in airlines.

The Effect of the Program to Improve Low-achievers' Academic Achievement : Focused on 'Running High' Program of G University (저성취 대학생 대상 성적향상 프로그램 효과 연구: G대학교의 '러닝하이'를 중심으로)

  • The program for low-achievers, named 'Running high' is to provide college students whose GPA was lower than 2.5 with 1:1 learning consultation and special lectures of high achievers. Especially, it supports scholarship only for students who attain the target record of a certain course which they choose. The purpose of this study was to examine whether or not academic achievement, grit, ego-resilience of participants in 'Running high' would be more advanced than before. This study also compared academic achievement, grit, ego-resilience between participants who attain the goal of the program and participants who can not attain it. 110 college students joining in 'Running high' responded pre and post surveys of grit and ego-resilience. Their data of academic achievement also were gathered. The result of this study showed that the academic achievement and grit of participants in 'Running high' were advanced more than before, but not ego-resilience. The differences of academic achievement and grit between participants who attained the goal of the program and participants who could not attain it were significant, but not ego-resilience.

신산학협력 패러다임에서 조망한 창업대학원 사업의 실태조사 연구

  • 본 연구에서는 신(新)산학협력 패러다임에서 출발한 창업대학원 사업의 실태를 조사하여 자생력을 증진시키기 위한 방안으로 창업대학원 교육프로그램 개발의 역할모형을 제시하고자 하였다. 5개 창업대학원 설문조사에 의하면, 창업대학원은 창업교육프로그램 결정과정에서 수요자 중심의 창업교육 활성화 요인들이 종합적으로 고려되지 않는 경향을 보였다. 이것은 창업교육기관의 프로그램 개발과 과정에서 수요자(학습자, 지역사회, 기관)의 요구를 분석하고 목표를 설정하는 등 일련의 절차가 전문적이고 체계적으로 이루어지지 못하고 있음을 보여주는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 창업대학원에게 신산학협력 패러다임의 중요성을 전달하고 창업교육프로그램을 개발함에 있어 신산학협력 패러다임의 주요 원칙을 적용토록 유도하여 지속적인 생존과 발전이 가능하도록 한다. 그리고 유관기관에 대한 역할 모형을 제시하여 창업교육프로그램 개발에 있어 상생의 협력이 가능한 유관기관을 선정 할 수 있도록 기준과 역할모형을 제시하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 창업대학원 사업의 실태를 조사하여 창업교육프로그램 개발 모델들이 신산학협력의 패러다임과 부합되는지 검증하고자 하였다. 이에 본 연구는 크게 두 가지의 접근을 시도하였다. 첫째, 본 연구는 이론적 검토를 통해 신산학협력 패러다임의 주요 원칙들을 도출하고 창업교육에 효과적인 적용방법을 고찰하였다. 둘째, 5개 창업대학원의 교육프로그램 개발 성과를 측정하기 위해 주요 원칙이 얼마나 잘 지켜지고 있는가를 확인하였다.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop an early childhood artificial intelligence education programs in kindergartens. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, a four-step program development procedure was taken: documentary analysis, program design and development, execution, and assessment. This study presented the purpose and goals, educational content, teaching-learning methods, and evaluation of the early childhood artificial intelligence education program in kindergarten. By implementing an artificial intelligence education in the process of developing the program, the practicality and utilization of the program were secured. This study is meaningful in that it derives practical support measures to apply and activate artificial intelligence education programs in the field of early childhood education.

  • The research goals of this study using the wind by car as replaceable energy are summarized to three things as follows. The first goal is to secure a replaceable energy source of environmental conveniency through the wind power system by the wind by car. The second goal is to develop a educational program for related convergence professional man. The third goal is to make a wind power system for a replaceable energy education. We have performed for obtaining a research goal during six months. So, we concluded three results as follows. The system for doing a wind by car is modeled. New convergence educational program for department of electrical, electronic, mechanical engineering is developed under this system. And, the wind power system is produced for practice education of demonstration for replaceable energy.

  • The purpose of this study was to develop and apply activity-centered STEM education program of electricity and electronics technology are in middle schools. The program was developed on the emphasis of problem solving in real world in relation to knowledge, attitude, and skill of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. Basically the activity-centered STEM education program was developed through three steps of preparation, development and improvement. In the preparation stage the fellowing was included: (1) need analysis of student, educator, society (2) selection of integration type (3) analyzing subject matter of electricity, electronics area (4) establishing criteria for selecting activity tasks. In the development stage the fellowing was conducted: (1) selection of activity tasks (2) setting up educational goals (3) analyzing activity and clarifing the detailed activity (4) selecting program content, (5) organization of instructional content (6) statement of instructional objectives (7) structuring STEM education program In the improvement stage the fellowing was consisted of: (1) verification of validity by experts (2) execution of pilot test and field test by students and correction of program. The results of the applied the Activity-Based STEM Education Program to 'Afterschool' activities of S middle school were as follow: First, student' satisfaction level was high. Second, student' achievement in the cognitive domain, and affective domain was positive change. Third, student' problem solving ability was positive effect.

  • 본 연구는 현재 중장년층 퇴직자를 대상으로 실시되고 있는 전직지원 프로그램의 현황을 분석하여 문제점을 확인하고 이를 효과적으로 개선하기 위한 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 전직지원 프로그램을 분석하기 위해서 CIPP 모형에 따른 상황평가, 투입평가, 과정평가, 산출평가를 분석틀로 삼아 전직지원 프로그램의 요구분석, 교육목표, 교육과정, 교육성과를 분석 준거로 설정하였다. 프로그램 대상으로 공공부문은 노사발전재단 전국경제인연합회 한국무역협회, 민간 부문은 A,B,C 전직지원 컨설팅회사, 기업부문은 D기업을 들었다. 그 결과 시사점으로는 첫 번째, 중장년층 퇴직자의 직무와 역량에 맞는 효과적인 전직을 위해서는 퇴직 전전직사전교육 프로그램이 전제되어야 하는 것이다. 두 번째, 장기적인 관점에서 정부 주도 하에 공공부문과 민간부문의 전문가가 협업하여 국가직무표준에 기반한 전직지원 프로그램이 개발되어야 하고 세 번째, 분야 직종별로 각각 운영되고 있는 전직 관련 정보와 구인 구직 사이트를 체계적으로 네트워크화 하여 퇴직자가 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 방안이 모색되어야 한다.

A Study on the Effects of Parent Education Programs for Parents with Young and School-age Children through Meta-Analysis (메타분석을 통한 유아기와 아동기 자녀 부모 대상 부모교육 프로그램의 효과 연구)

  • This study was to analyze the general trends and the effects of parent education programs in accordance with operating methods, contents, and goals by using meta-analysis. The subjects were the studies about the effects of education programs for parents who have young and school-aged children, 41 and 15 respectively. The results showed that the trends of the operating methods in both groups did not have many differences. Also, on the contents and goals of the programs, parenting related factor was treated the most in both groups. Second, the overall effects of the parent education programs were higher on those for parents with school-aged children than parents with young children. -When parents together, not separately, participated in program, the effect size was the largest. However, the effects of other operating methods factors like number of subjects, hours per session, and number of sessions showed inconsistent results. On the effects of contents and goals, the effect of self-system competency factor as psychological characteristics was the highest in the programs for parents with young children and the effect of parenting competency factor was the highest for the ones with school-aged children. This study has implications for providing basic data for developing effective programs for parents with young and school-aged children.

Basic research for development of evaluation criteria for invention education program (발명교육 프로그램 평가준거 개발을 위한 기초 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of invention education by presenting basic evaluation criteria that can be used when designing and preparing invention education programs in various educational institutions that operate invention education. The results of this study are as follows. First, the stage of the Invention Education Program was named '4P stage' as 4 stages of 'Planning, Preparation, Process, and Product'. Second, the areas of evaluation of the planning stage of the invention education program are 'goal setting, demand analysis' and curriculum design. The preparatory stage evaluation area is 'Developing an Invention Education Program, Securing Human Resources, Securing Physical Resources'. The evaluation area of the course level is 'program operation, program management, learner management'. The evaluation area of the calculation stage is 'education performance, achievement results, and education evaluation'. Invention education program evaluation criteria will play a role to enhance and manage the quality of invention education program. In addition, it is judged that this will be the basic data for developing evaluation criteria for the invention education program through the reconciliation process through reflux and the validation process of related experts at various invention education institutions.
