Recently, remote sensing video applications have become increasingly important in many wireless networks. Distributed compressive video sensing (DCVS) framework in these applications has been studied to reduce encoding complexity and to simultaneously capture and compress video data. Specially, a motion compensated block compressed sensing with smoothed projected Landweber (MC-BCS-SPL) has been actively researched for one useful algorithm of DCVS schemes, However, conventional MC-BCS-SPL schemes do not provide good visual qualities in reconstructed Wyner-Ziv (WZ) frames. In this paper, the conventional schemes of MC-BCS-SPL are described and then upgraded to provide better visual qualities in WZ frames by introducing reliability estimate between adjacent key frames and by constructing efficiently motion-compensated interpolated frames. Through experimental results, it is shown that the proposed algorithm is effective in providing better visual qualities than conventional algorithm.

Recently, Confidential computing plays an important role in next-generation cloud technology along with the development of trusted execution environments(TEEs), as it guarantees the trustworthiness of applications despite of untrusted nature of the cloud. Both academia and industry have actively proposed commercialized confidential computing solutions based on Intel SGX technology. However, the lack of clear criteria makes developers difficult to select a proper confidential computing framework among the possible options when implementing TEE-based cloud applications. In this paper, we derive baseline metrics that help to clarify the pros and cons of each framework through in-depth comparative analysis against existing confidential computing frameworks. Based on the comparison, we propose criteria to application developers for effectively selecting an appropriate confidential computing framework according to the design purpose of TEE-based applications.

Frame relay is a high speed wide area network technology that is used to connect various networks. Combining the advantages of packet switching and circuit switching, frame relay offers high throughput and reliability that is perfect for a variety of today's business applications. In this study, we briefly characterize frame relay technology, survey standardization activities and investigate domestic frame relay market. We developed an experimental system for the dial-up service to access remotely an enterprise network using frame relay network, and tested the performance and cost effect of the experimental system.

최근 웹 어플리케이션이 대형화되고 복잡해지면서 품질의 중요성은 더욱 높아지고, 신뢰도 높은 웹 어플리케이션의 개발을 위해 웹 프레임워크를 기반으로 한 개발이 일반적인 추세다. 이러한 개발 환경에서는 이질적인 프레임워크가 서로 올바르게 연동하는지를 평가하는 통합 테스트가 필수적이며, 이를 지원하기 위해 적절한 통합 테스트 항목을 식별하는 것이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 웹 어플리케이션의 통합 테스트 단계를 위해 대표적인 웹 프레임워크 분석을 통해 통합 테스트 대상인 계층을 식별하고, 핵심 테스트 항목이 되는 인터페이스를 정의하였다.

본 논문에서는 비디오 자막 이미지를 인식하기 위해 필요한 영상 향상의 단계로서 다중 결합을 적용한다. 또한 다중 결합을 위한 동일한 자막의 판단 및 결합된 결과를 재평가하기 위한 방법을 제안한다. 입력된 칼라 이미지로부터 RLS(Run Length Smearing)가 적용된 에지 이미지를 얻고, 수직 및 수평 히스토그램 분포를 이용하여 자막과 자막 영역에 대한 정보를 추출한다. 프레임 내의 자막 영역의 중첩 정도를 이용하여 동일 자막을 판단하고, 동일한 자막을 갖는 프레임들끼리 다중 결합을 수행함으로써 향상된 이미지를 얻는다. 끝으로 결합된 영상에 대한 평가를 수행하여 잘못 결합된 이미지들로 인한 오류를 해결하고 재평가한다. 제안한 방법을 통해, 배경 부분의 잡영이 완화된 자막 이미지를 추출하여 인식의 정확성과 신뢰성을 높일 수 있었다. 또한 동일한 자막의 시작 프레임과 끝 프레임의 위치 파악은 디지털 비디오의 색인 및 검색에 효과적으로 이용될 수 있을 것이다.

Overseas Urban Development is even risky although it is desirable for market-seeking developed countries and developing countries facing urbanization problems. Both sides do not know each other well so that they cannot trust each other to work on this risky projects. This study constructs a frame, which is enhancing trust between developed and developing countries. The first step is to start from small collaborations than a huge project. At the charismatic position, a enterprise from developed country proceeds its first work with its most advanced skills, cooperating with developing countries. By localization with executing projects smaller and easier than urban development project, like constructing facility or buildings, this enterprise can get closer to native elites and get to be supported from native people. And then, they can start huge urban development project. The study begins with trust theory, adding case studies contributing to constructing Cooperative Overseas Urban Development Frame. Five cases were studied and applied by the international urban development framework.

Recently, researches on the shared authentication based on single sign-on have been actively performed so as to solve the problems of current service provider-centric and isolated Internet authentications, including low usability, high cost structure, and difficulty in privacy protection. In order for the shared authentication model, where the authentications of an authentication provider are shared by several Internet service providers, to be accepted in real Internet environment, trustworthiness among users, service providers, and authentication providers on the level of authentication assurance and the level of authentication information protection is necessarily required. This paper proposes a framework for trustworthy and privacy-protected shared authentication protocol based on the user-centric operation and open trust provider network. The proposed framework is differentiated from previous works in the points that it is able to provide interoperable shared authentication services on the basis of open trust infrastructure.

While cloud services are expanding, many users are having difficulty in adopting cloud services. This is because there is no information as to which cloud services can be trusted by users. loud service level agreement (Cloud SLA) is an agreement between cloud service providers and cloud service consumers using qualitative and quantitative indicators including quality and performance, etc. of cloud services. In this study, we propose a framework for cloud SLA that can be applied to the domestic cloud industry to improve service levels for cloud service providers and to protect users and also derive the detailed components of cloud SLA applicable to the domestic cloud industry using the proposed framework. Through this result, it is expected that the government will utilize the policy to enhance the reliability between cloud service providers and users under "the Act on the Development of Cloud Computing and Protection of Users", and eventually to activate cloud services by improving the quality and performance level of domestic cloud services and building a user trust.

본 논문은 UPnP 기반의 홈 네트워크 환경에서 AV 서비스를 이용하는 사용자가 홈 네트워크 도메인내의 위치 이동에 따라 디바이스의 전환을 요구하는 경우 유연하게 상호연동 서비스하기 위한 UPnP AV 프레임워크를 제안한다. 사용자는 AV 서비스를 받기 위하여 이동단말기기 뿐만 아니라 데스크탑 그리고 셋탑박스 등의 다양한 형태의 UPnP 디바이스 환경을 이용할 수 있다. 하나의 디바이스에서 제공되는 컨텐츠는 미디어 랜더러와 컨트롤 포인트에 의해 다른 디바이스 환경에서 사용자의 조작 없이 미디어를 연속하여 제공 받을 수 있다. 논문에서 제안된 UPnP AV 프레임워크 서비스는 사용자의 이동에 따라 단말에서 컨텐츠 재생을 위한 미디어 랜더러와 서로 다른 디바이스의 미디어 랜더러에 서비스하기 위한 컨트롤 포인트 그리고 컨텐츠가 제공되기 위한 미디어 서버로 구성된다. UPnP 포럼에서 정의하는 표준 서비스에 UPnP 프로토콜의 특성을 이용한 SwitchingModule과 접근제어목록을 기반으로 사용자 인터렉션을 설계하여, 사용자의 디바이스 전환에 따라 AV 컨텐츠를 제공하기 위한 신뢰성있는 미디어 서비스를 지원한다.
