글로벌시대 '세계는 사이버 전쟁중이다'. 사이버냉전이 시작된 것이다. 해커들의 공격에 각국 정부 당국들이 전전긍긍하면서 대응책 마련에 부심하고 있다. 그런 가운데에서도 미 국방부와 국무부가 해커들에 뚫리는가 하면 영국, 독일, 프랑스의 정부 및 주요기간 전산망들을 해커들이 휘젓고 다니고 있어 보안에 빨간 불이 켜진 상태다. 더욱이 우리나라는 유럽 등으로부터 받는 공격도 적지 않지만 중국, 미국이 연습 상대나 놀이터쯤으로 여기고 있는 상대”라고 한다. 인터넷 보급률 세계 1위 명성에 걸 막게 네트워크 구성, 주요 전산망 연결이 얼마나 잘되어 있는가? 충분이 세계 해커들의 시험대상이 되기 충분하다. 이러한 상태에서 사이버 역기능에 대한 해결방안은 주기적 분석.대응 활동을 통해 보안대책을 신속히 추진하는 길만이 사이버안전을 지키는 일이다.

아시아 3대 포장전시회로 급부상한 KOREA PACK 2007이 4월 24일부터 27일까지 경기도 일산킨텍스 전시장에서 열린다. 30개국 6백개사 1천4백부스의 규모로 열리는 KOREA PACK은 해마다 10% 이상 성장해 왔으며 올해, COPHEX, KOREA LAB 등 동시 개최 행사를 통한 시너지 효과가 기대되고 있다. 이번 KOREA PACK은 식품, 제약, 화장품, 화학 산업 등 전 산업에 걸친 포장공정에 필요한 각종 포장기계 및 자동화 부품, 검사장비, 물류 시스템이 출품된다. 이 외에도 포장(원)재료, 포장용기, 포장재 생산기계(컨버팅) 및 완충재, 포장디자인에 이르기 까지 포장과 관련한 다양한 제품정보를 제공한다. 특히 올해 코리아팩은 해외기업의 국내시장 공세가 돋보인다. 가장 많은 참가를 보이는 국가는 일본으로, 수적 증가뿐 아니라, 전시면적에서도 가장 높은 부스 수를 보이고 있다. 이어 독일, 중국, 이탈리아, 미국, 프랑스, 스위스 등 약 30개국에서 최신패키징 관련 기술을 선보이게 된다. 국내 포장산업의 신기술을 한눈에 살펴볼 수 있는 KOREA PACK 2007, 본고에서는 전시회 개요와 출품업체의 제품 특징을 살펴보도록 한다.

The present study proposes and tests an integrative model for global consumers to examine the relation among fashion marketing mix, brand attitude, brand loyalty, and purchase intention in the jeans market. The questionnaire surveys 692 consumers in the United States, China, and France. The statistical analysis methods that are used are as follows: frequency analysis, factor analysis, SEM analysis, and multi-group analysis. The results show that fashionability, perceived quality, and advertising have a direct and also a positive effect on brand attitude; however, advertising didn't have a direct effect on purchase intention. In addition, the results of the SEM analysis show that brand attitude leads to brand loyalty, while also showing a direct and indirect positive effect on purchase intention. Furthermore, the multi-group analysis reveals significant differences in SEM among countries such as the United States, China, and France.

좁은 공간에 고출력 고에너지 레이저를 집속할 때 발생하는 고밀도, 고에너지 플라즈마 연구는 상태방정식, 실험실 천체물리, 전자가속 둥 기초 분야 뿐 아니라 X-선 및 극자외선 광원 개발, 원전 유지보수 등 다양한 산업 활용 분야를 갖고 있어 최근 미국, 프랑스, 일본, 중국 등 선진강대국에서 크게 주목 받고 있는 연구 분야이다. 한국원자력연구소는 물리나 광학의 원천기술 뿐 아니라 미래 산업에 파급효과 큰 플라즈마 기반 연구를 위하여 1 kJ급 고에너지 Nd:Glass 레이저 시설을 구축하고 있다.

정보통신환경발달과 함께 지식사회에서 암호의 역할이 증대됨에 따라 OECD의 암호정책가이드라인 공표를 시점으로 각 국은 자국의 신정에 맞는 새로운 암호정책을 세우고 이에 따른 법$\cdot$제도를 정비하기 위해 본격적인 노력을 기울여오고 있다. 하지만 암호는 개인의 프라이버시를 보호할 수 있는 가장 유용한 수단인데 반해 암호의 범죄이용 등으로 인한 국가의 안녕과 법질서 혼란을 초래할 수 있다는 역기능도 상존하고 있다. 각 국의 정부는 이러한 우려 때문에 암호이용을 제한적으로 규제하려는 정책을 시도하여 왔으나 시민단체의 반대에 부딪쳐 암호의 자율이용 원칙과 국가 합법적 통제제고의 균형을 맞출 수 있는 암호정책을 세우는데 고심하고 있다. 본 교에서는 미국, 영국, 프랑스, 중국 등 주요 국가론 중심으로 암호이용을 활성화하고 암호의 역기능을 방지하기 위해 세운 암호정책 및 암호이용 관련 법제도 현황을 살펴보았다.

This paper is on the colonial history of the African continent. It was the origin of mankind, which was called "Hometown of humanity" or "Warm region" since ancient Greece and ancient Egypt. However, the place came to be the invasion target of Western powers. Western nations, based on strong military and economic power, slaughtered sturdy African men and stripped off major resources for their own interests, devastating many parts of the African continent since the 15th century. This unfortunate history seems to have met a happy ending in the mid-twentieth century, after the independence of many African nations that have been committed to national self-determination since World War II. However, African countries have not been recognized as equal partners in the international arena. They were only poor and powerless countries that could be maintained only through the aid of advanced nations like France, as before. Of course, in the 21st century, Africa has begun to be thought to be a new market with high potentiality for development. Various countries, including India, China, Russia and Brazil, as well as major European countries, which have traditionally maintained friendly relations with France, are making efforts to increase their influence in Africa. Therefore, to understand this new trend, it is necessary to give a top priority to grasp the colonial history surrounding African continent.

The desire for clear and clean skin is universal among both men and women. Women, in particular, seek the help of foundation to achieve beautiful and transparent skin. The choice of foundation is not determined by the race of an individual; instead, it varies based on personal skin color and undertone. Therefore, there is a need to surpass the stereotype of using foundation colors based on racial discrimination. The purpose of this study is to randomly select cosmetics brands from Korea, China, Japan, the United States, France, and the United Kingdom, considering the impact of each photo, environment, and equipment. The objective is to understand the differences in skin tones in foundation advertisement model images on websites. Analyzing the RGB values of foundation colors for each brand revealed that in Korea, the colors were 8.75R, 1.25YR, 2.5YR, 3.75YR, 5YR, and 6.25YR. Chinese brands showed similar colors with 2.5YR, 3.75YR, 5YR, 6.25YR, and 10YR. Japanese brands displayed colors such as 7.5R, 8.75R, 10R, 5YR, 6.25YR, and 7.5YR. American brands presented colors like 6.25R, 8.75R, 10R, 2.5YR, 3.75YR, 5YR, 6.25YR, 7.5YR, and 10YR. French brands featured 10R, 1.25YR, 3.75YR, 5YR. Lastly, British brands displayed 2.5YR, 3.75YR, 7.5YR. As a follow-up study, in-depth research on the reshaping and color changes of foundation over time is recommended. It is hoped that this research will serve as fundamental data for makeup companies' marketing and contribute to the development of both domestic and international color cosmetics markets.

For effective utilization of downtown area, many studies about underground have been performed around the world, and double-deck tunnel have being operated in USA, Europe and China, etc. (A86 East Duplex in France, M30 tunnel project in Spain, SR-99 in seattle, USA, Yangtze river tunnel in China) In Korea, the research about network type double-deck tunnel in deep underground space is in progress to solve the traffic jam and secure the ground space. In this study, a number of factors required for double-deck tunnel in deep underground are analyzed through the existing ventilation design outline and unique ventilation design factors for network type double-deck tunnel are established by reviewing design cases of overseas double-deck tunnel.

Eco-museums can be called "living museums" without walls covering specific areas. Eco-museums protect, preserve and display the integrity, completeness and protozoic of nature and cultural heritage, and emphasize the organic relationship between people and heritage. In 1971, the concept of "ecomuseum" was presented by Frenchman George Henry Rivier. "Environment" includes natural and human life. It then spread to Canada, Britain, the United States and China[1]. The first Ecological Museum and the concept of this study, the existing literature, high and each Su donghai, Hu chaoxiang and Liviere selects, six in the study of factors. Museum was analyzed by the ecology of the frame of analysis of several countries. According to the analysis results, the frame of this theory will not only be applicable to the research of the ecological museum in the ecological museum, but it will also be able to use this theory frame for the analysis of the ecological museum in China's minority areas in the future.
