본 연구에서는 정부투자기관 평가모텔 정립에 관련된 핵심 이슈를 소개한다. 정부투자기관 평가프로세스, 핵심가치, 평가모형의 구조, 평가지표의 전략맵, 그리고 평가지표의 설계 등을 설명한다. 평가모형 설계과정에 고려되었던 핵심요소는 물론 타 모델과의 비교분석 결과도 제시된다.

많은 기업에서 애써 외면하려고 하는 데이터의 품질이 비즈니스에 미치는 영향을 생각해 본 적이 있는가? 이 글에서는 데이터 품질을 평가하기 위한 요소와 현재 접근되고 있는 데이터 품질 관리의 한계점, 그리고 품질관리 프로젝트의 어려운 점을 분석해보며 이를 극복하기 위한 프레임워크를 제안한다.

In this paper, I developed a assesment indicator to evaluate SW program developed by students in SW education. The SW education carry out in elementary school, middle school and high school from 2016. But the assesment indicator to evaluate SW program had not been developed until now. Therefore, I tried to develop the assesment indicator that have harmoniously educational characteristic and SW qualitative characteristic. First of all, I had set the 15 attributes for assesment and developed the 36 criteria for 15 attributes. And the validity of 15 attributes and 36 criteria for assesment had been reviewed by 39 SW educational experts. As a result, the 15 attributes and 36 criteria for assesment were determined to which that have validity. I expect that the assesment indicator developed in this paper will raise the reliability of evaluation in SW education. And the assesment indicator may be used at SW competition conference for teenagers.

본 연구는 중국 식당평가사이트인 디엔핑닷컴(dianping.com)을 이용하여 정량데이터 형태인 식당의 음식품질, 서비스품질, 분위기품질을 평가한 값을 수집하고, 비정량데이터인 현지고객들이 작성한 리뷰를 이용하여 텍스트마이닝과 콘텐츠분석을 통해 식당의 브랜드개성을 정의하고, 도출된 식당의 브랜드개성과 지각된 서비스 품질과의 영향력을 파악하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 시행하였다. 중국의 경우는 브랜드개성요소 중 세련은 품질에 있어서 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 변수로 나타났다. 지각된 서비스 품질 요소와 브랜드 개성과의 영향력을 파악하는 것은 현지진출 전략수립 뿐만 아니라 한국에 방문하는 중국인들 대상으로 관광유치전략 수립시에도 보다 나은 시사점을 제시할 수 있다.

While Defense Agency fur Technology and Quality(DTaQ) has been utilized a risk assessment method as a quality assurance activity for defense goods since 1999, a risk assessment method is known to be ineffective to identify defective items. The objective of this study is to propose the new evaluation method, that adjusts a relative priority of evaluation elements using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). Newly evaluated scores have been applied to the risk assessment result of 2005 defective items to test a validity of the new evaluation model. The new model is capable to identify more high and medium risk-level items than the current method. The company risk-level gets more scores than the item risk-level in the new model.

This study aims to evaluate the quality of CD-ROM databases: Korean MARC on Disc and Korean National Bibliographies on CD-ROM. The five criteria(accuracy, completeness, consistency on the quality of data itself and ease of use, variety of retrieval function on the quality of database services) are used to measure their quality. The purpose of this study was to diagnose the quality of two CD-ROM databases mentioned above and to analyses the measured result of quality comparatively and to find out the problems of them and also to provide possible suggestions for their improvements.

The purpose of this study is to measure the library online service quality based on the expectation and the service performance from the users' point of view. The online questionnaire was developed based on SERVQUAL, however information quality dimension was added on it, and the survey was conducted within a research library. The factor analysis for effecting library online services showed that 5 service dimensions were loaded discretely, and information quality was put in the other dimension. The IPA (Important Performance Analysis) result confirmed that information quality, service reliability, and service assurance were considered as important factors : multiple regression analysis revealed that tangibility and information quality were the most significant dimension for the library online service.

본 고는 ATM 교환 시스템 연구 계발 단계의 품질 보증 활동의 일환인 시스템 시험 평가에 적용할 목적으로 연구된 것으로서, ATM 시스템 시험 평가에 필요한 기초 요소, 에러의 범위, 시험 평가의 개념 등을 체계화하고 정의하여 ATM 시험 평가에 대한 기반을 구축하였으며 시험 평가에 대한 구체적인 방법을 제시하였다. 이 체계화된 시험 평가 방법의 적용은 연구 개발 단계의 ATM 교환 시스템에 대한 지속적인 품질 향상을 이루며, 안정성, 신뢰성을 갖는 고품질 ATM 교환 시스템이 확보되도록 할 것이다.

임베디드 시스템들은 빠르게 다양한 분야에 적용되고 있다. 이들 시스템들의 품질을 좌우하는 것은 소프트웨어이며, 제품 출시 시기와 제품의 품질 등에 매우 중요한 요소가 된다. 임베디드 소프트웨어 테스팅은 이러한 임베디드 소프트웨어에서 오류가 없음을 증명하는 것으로 전체 소프트웨어 개발에서 많은 부분을 차지한다. 임베디드 소프트웨어 테스팅은 소프트웨어의 기능적 부분을 주로 평가하며, 사용자가 필요로 하는 품질에 대한 평가 부분은 미흡하다. 본 논문에서는 임베디드 소프트웨어 테스팅 도구를 이용하여 임베디드 소프트웨어의 품질을 평가할 수 있는 방법에 대해 연구한다.
