Usability is defined by the effectiveness efficiency and satisfaction with which specified users can achieve a specified goal in the particular environment. This paper is not only to provide a framework for specifying the usability attributes of a product and establishing a comprehensive set of usability criteria, but also to asses usability metrics of the software. The Evaluation Tool for Software Usability are developed based on the properties of the a user interface using ISO standard and general usability principles with product-oriented view. It means that product has attributes contributing to determine the usability. This paper also suggests the way to weight the relative importance of the individual usability item depending on the software categories.

Despite of increasing pressure of opening to free for medical market by an advanced nation and increasing number of portal websites for health information, there have been few studies on the issues of enhancing the service quality of health information websites. The survey exhibited that the quality factors mainly affect significant and satisfied level of health information websites were usability, information structure and contents, interaction, and revisiting. This study was conducted to develop the consumer-focused quality factor of health information websites using WebQual model which was valued at efficient evaluation tool for this information system The methods taken in this research was to survey quality factors for significant and satisfied level of 323 consumers live in Chungcheong-do which is based on 48 questionnaires of WebQual quality factors. Our research extracted quality factors, usability, information quality (information structure and contents), interaction (personalisation and privacy) about view of criticality and satisfaction and relevant degree of revisiting. The research results presented in the paper will provide an efficient way of installing healthcare websites, moreover stone toward a marketing strategy for the consumer focus website provides under fierce competition.

This study examines an evaluation on the effect of service quality of food products on tourist satisfaction. Style, pleasantness, reliability, kindness, and guarantee were selected as service quality factors for this study. Also, expected effects, purchase intention, and repurchase intention were used to examine tourists' satisfaction levels. To verify the relationship between the service quality of food products and tourist satisfaction, it used one hundred twenty sample cases. The results service quality are as follows. First, the types of service quality were drawn based on the characteristics of service quality. Second, the service quality of food products had positively significant influence on the satisfaction levels of purchase behavior. Third, the types of service quality and the satisfaction levels of purchase behavior were significantly different.

본 연구는 말콤 볼드리지 요소와 BSC의 각 관점의 KPI 지수간의 연계들 통하여 기업 경영품질향상을 위한 평가모형 구축과 전략 설정을 그 목표로 하고 있다. 기업경영과 관련된 제 영역에 대한 고찰이 가능한 말콤 볼드리지 평가 항목을 살펴보고, 기업경영 성과 측정을 위한 구체적 평가항목을 제시함으로써 부서간 연계 및 인과관계 설정, 전략과의 연계가 가능하여 경영자의 전략 설정과 리더십에 도움을 줄 수 있는 BSC 항목을 살펴 본 후, 기업 경영혁신과 프로세스 개선을 위한 두 평가 항목의 연계를 통하여 평가항목 관리요소의 중복을 제거하고 동일화를 달성, '기업성과 향상' 이라는 공동 목표달성을 위해 MB 및 BSC 두 개선 노선이 시너지를 달성할 수 있는 체계를 마련하고자 한다. 이는 MB와 BSC의 연계방안을 살펴봄으로써 기업의 '경영품질'을 향상시키고, 향상된 경영품질을 구체적 항목에 의거하여 체계적으로 평가할 수 있는 방안을 찾음과 동시에 기업 전략 설정에 이바지할 수 있는 모형구축을 그 목표로 하고 있다.

Recently, as application fields of software is extended, relative importance of software make a gradual increase and importance of development cost is being increased. However, as former evaluation model of development cost evaluate at the functional point of view for the most part, at this paper, I intend to propose evaluation model of software development cost COSMOS-Q(COSt MOdel for Subcontract-Quality) which one evaluate also in quality as well as function. The model proposed in this paper set the goal at software orderer evaluate software cost exactly with only order specification information. At this paper, I proposed cost evaluation model and evaluated it's validity refering to review result in ISO/SC7 about a software quality feature with extraction of quality feature factor which produce change of cost and set up the evaluation measure adoptable as order condition.

The purpose of this study is to examine the current status of automobile logistics in the domestic automobile industry and to derive and evaluate the factors to improve the quality of automobile logistic services to final consumers. To that end, we selected the relevant factors through literature review and expert interviews, and conducted a survey with consumers and experts. The quality of automobile logistic service was evaluated using the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The results show that the "kindness of shipping staff" is high on the importance of customers but low on the importance of employees. On the other hand, factors that have high customer satisfaction but low staff satisfaction include "rapid handling of complaints", "transportation accuracy of receipt", "kindness of delivery staff", and "automobile manual guide and explanation of internal functions". This study has academic and industrial significance in that it has derived important factors for evaluating the quality of automobile logistics services and suggests improvement measures for experts and consumers who actually work in the industrial field. Future research should investigate measures to minimize the returns and complaints of shipment offices which have not been examined in this study.

최근 영상의 활용도의 증가에 따라, 비정형 영상 데이터에 대한 양이 기하급수적으로 증가하였다. 디지털 영상을 획득할 시에 처리/압축/저장/전송/재생산 등의 과정을 거치면서 왜곡을 수반하게 되며 영상의 품질을 저하시키는 요인이 된다. 영상의 품질은 활용 결과에도 큰 영향을 미치기 때문에 품질이 저하된 영상은 분류를 하는 것이 중요하다. 하지만 사람이 수신된 모든 영상에 대해서 직접 분류를 하는 것은 많은 시간과 비용이 소요된다는 문제점이 존재한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 사람이 인지하는 주관적인 영상 품질 평가와 유사하게 품질에 대한 평가를 위한 왜곡영상의 특징정보를 검출 및 분석하는 방안에 대해서 제안한다. 본 방법은 사람이 영상을 인지할 때 가장 많이 사용되는 요소인 색상에 대한 선명도, 블러와 노이즈에 대한 특징정보를 이용한다. 검출된 특징정보를 공간 도메인으로 변환함으로써 왜곡 영상별 특성을 분석하였다. 실험을 위해서 IQA 데이터베이스인 LIVE를 이용하였으며, 원본영상 및 5가지 유형의 왜곡영상으로 구성되어 있다. 실험결과 품질이 좋은 영상과 왜곡영상에 대한 특성을 검출할 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality of 67 kinds of e-learning contents in an attempt to boost the effectiveness of distance teacher training. As a result of analyzing, the e-learning contents were rated highest in terms of 'training content,' followed by 'instructional design,' 'teaching & learning strategies,' 'evaluation' and 'interaction.' The scores of 'teaching & learning strategies,' 'evaluation' and 'interaction' were below 80 that was the standard of quality certification. In mean comparison(ES) of contents quality level between certified contents and non certified contents, 'instructional design' had the largest ES(effect size), followed by 'teaching & learning strategies,' 'evaluation'. In the analysis of evaluation factors, most of factors had a large effect such as 'webpage layout', 'selection of instructional design'. The findings of the study are expected to suggest what improvements should be made in the development of e-learning contents for distance teacher training.

Quality in smart learning is composed of many factors, and it is more complicated than the traditional education. This study put emphasis on three aspects of the smart learning quality(contents, systems, services). This study depended mostly on literature review, supplemented by FGI(Focus Group Interview) for classification of the smart learning quality factors. On a 5 point Likert scale, the survey enables the users to rate the relative importance of factors, followed by another factor performance rating. The questionnaire were composed of 39 questions. 8 questionnaire sheets were excluded which were not properly filled in or unsuitable for the analysis, and therefore, a total of 112 questionnaires were used for the final analysis. Collected data was statistically analyzed using the SPSS 18.0 for Windows statistical package. Importance-performance analysis(IPA; gap between importance and performance) is used for the empirical test.

The purpose of this study is to develop the service scales of festival quality. We derived five constituent factors, service quality measures of local festivals through the extensive literature review in Previous studies. We named these qualities "COKITQUAL" that is consist of Convenience, Information, Kindness, Operation, Corporeity. We conducted the empirical analysis for the participants in "Hwacheon Sancheoneo Festival" to verify the "COKITQUAL". As the result, Information, Kindness, Operation affected positively on Festival Satisfaction among all SERVQUALs. However, Convenience and Corporeity did not positively affected on the dependent variable. And then, Festival Satisfaction positively affected on on Behavior Intention. This study developed the Service quality concerned with local festivals which is crucial fundamentals to quantify Festival SERVQUAL through empirical study. The proper applications and usage of these newly introduced local festival qualities enable to acquire the sustainable competitive advantage in local festival.
