The survey was conducted by Chinese students who currently attend universities for the purpose of evaluating factors that determine the quality of educational services of universities in Korea. Three public universities and five private universities in Kyungsang province were surveyed for the purpose of this study with standardized questionnaires. The study raised questions on four different fronts: 1) Is there a difference in the importance of evaluation factors by Chinese student's on the quality of educational services between public universities and private ones? 2) Is there a difference in the degree of satisfaction felt by Chinese students who attend public universities or private ones? 3) Are there any significant differences in the importance of evaluation factors and satisfaction with the quality of educational services? 4) How different the relative influence of evaluation factors has on satisfaction with the quality of educational services for overall Korean university system? The results of this study showed that there was no statistical difference in signification in the importance of evaluation factors on the quality of educational services between public universities and private universities. Only the relationship factor in criteria four had an effect on satisfaction with quality of educational services between public and private universities. There were significant differences in the importance of evaluation factors and satisfaction with the quality of educational services. Chinese students determined that professor's lectureship as the most important factor, and is the ultimate deciding factor whether they attend a public or private university. It should be noted that studying and knowledge are primary concerns to them. Improvements in the quality of educational services in area of lectureship, physical education facilities, relationship, and administrative services are essential and crucially important for Korean universities in order to attract foreign students and to enhance their competitiveness in the global setting.

본 연구에서는 SNS 매체 평가를 위해 적용 가능한 품질의 측정요인들을 문헌고찰하고, 평가방법론으로 AHP 기법을 적용하여 SNS 매체를 평가할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 선행연구에 의거하여 SNS 품질요인을 시스템품질, 정보품질, 인터페이스품질, 서비스품질 등으로 분류하였고, AHP 기법을 적용하여 품질요인별 중요도를 실증 분석하였다. 측정결과로서 서비스품질이 상대적으로 가장 주요한 요인으로 도출되었으며, 정보품질, 시스템품질, 인터페이스품질 등의 순으로 중요도가 높은 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구에서는 SNS 품질요인에 대한 기존 연구에 대해 전문가 집단이 산출한 각 품질요인에 대한 중요도와 사용자 집단이 각 품질요인에 대해 중요하다고 생각하는 중요도의 차이를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구를 위하여 선행연구에서 사용된 SNS 품질요인을 시스템품질, 정보품질, 인터페이스품질, 서비스품질로 구분하여 AHP 기법을 적용하여 전문가 집단과 사용자 집단의 품질요인별 중요도를 실증 분석하였다. 분석결과 전문가 집단과 사용자 집단의 각 품질요인에 대한 중요도의 인식 차이가 나타나는 것으로 나타나 품질평가에 있어 전문가와 사용자의 의견을 종합하는 종합 평가가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

This study intends to review the quality factors of library service for the disabled using user-centered approach. For the empirical review of quality factors, Nine quality factors were drawn after analyzing the current library service quality factors and the standards of library service for the disabled. Using these factors, The survey for identifying importance of factors and the qualitative evaluation of service cases were performed in this study. As a result of this survey, the most critical but relatively weak quality factors were facility, collection and staff factors. And the qualitative evaluation results of service cases indicated that the reading culture program and the information service factors were critical.

Due to the economic development and the social structure and holiday structure change, we have more time for leisure and entertainment activities. For coping with this trend the waterpark has already become the one of major entertainment facilities for many countries. The purpose of this study is to construct Waterpark service quality evaluation factors and find out the importance and satisfaction degree of these factors. The result of this study are as follows; First, the safety field had considered as most important. Second, the importance of service quality evaluation fields and factors are different according to social characteristics. Third, the safety field is evaluated as the first satisfactory field and the cost/price field is evaluated as the lowest.

본 연구는 검색의 궁극적인 니즈충족에 영향을 미치는 시맨틱 검색 시스템 품질 평가요인에 관한 실증적 연구이다. 시맨틱 검색 시스템 품질 평가요인을 위한 연구모델은 DeLone & McLean(2003)의 정보시스템 성공 모델을 기반하였다. 연구 결과, 상호작용성이 지식 충족도에, 정보의 재현성과 정보의 최신성이 각각 지식 충족도와 사용자 만족도에, 그리고 신뢰성이 사용자 만족도에 유의적인 영향을 보여주었으며, 또한 지식 충족도가 사용자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 제시한 모델은 시맨틱 검색 시스템 성공측정을 위한 유용한 평가 프레임워크로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This paper aims to develop an evaluation model for library mobile services in terms of service quality. First, a literature review of the service quality evaluation model and the mobile library service evaluation was conducted. Then, based on the analysis, the evaluation model consisting of 4 quality dimensions, 10 quality factors, 39 quality measurement items was developed. Delphi method was applied to verify the validity of the model. Finally, a final model consisting of 4 quality dimensions, 9 quality factors, and 37 quality measurement items was derived. The evaluation model proposed in this study can be used as a measure of library mobile service quality and can be used as a guideline for improvement of library mobile service.

화장품의 개발에서 기계적인 측정결과 뿐만 아니라 소비자가 실제 사용할 때 느껴지는 감성적인 요인의 중요성이 높이 인식되어감에 따라, 관능적인 특성평가의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 그런 관점에서 트원케익에 대한 사용성 테스트의 한 방법으로 기호형 관능평가를 시도하였고, 본 실험에서는 동일한 소비자(28 명)가 9개의 트윈케익을 일정한 시간에 비슷한 화장 조건하에서 사용하여 비교 평가하도록 하여, 평가의 재현성과 신뢰성을 꾀하였다. 평가는 트윈케익의 세부 관능적 특성에 대한 강도 조사와 선호도 조사 및 전체적인 만족도에 대한 것이었다. 수집된 테이터를 주성분분석에 의해 데이터를 분석하였고, 그 결과 크게 커버력 요인과 입자감 요인이라는 2 가지 요인으로 트원케익의 특성을 평가할 수 있음을 알았다. 일반적인 트윈케익의 분류 방법인 촉촉함과 매트함의 경우, 매트함에 있어서는 트원케익의 공통적 속성으로 제품간 차이를 느끼지 못하였고, 촉촉함에 있어서는 트원케익제품간 차이를 약간 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 트윈케익의 관능적 특성별 강도와 선호도의 상관관계를 분석하였고, 그 결과에 따른 트윈케익의 (+)매력품질과 (-)매력품질을 분석하였는데, 선호도가 높은 제품이 되려면 여러 가지 (+)매력품질을 고루 갖추고,(-)매력품질을 적게 가져야 할 것으로 사료된다. 본 실험의 평가자들이 대부분 25∼30 세인 점을 감안하면 이 연령 대에서 선호도가 높은 트윈케익 제품의 특성은 커버력이 있으면서 고운 입자감을 느낄 수 있으며, 너무 촉촉하지도 매트하지도 않은 중간 상태와 자연스러운 화장상태를 유지하는 것으로 나타났다.

정보화가 급격히 확산되면서 정보화로 인한 파급효과와 더불어 정보화의 위험과 역기능 방지와 정보시스템의 품질을 제고하기 위한 최적의 방법중 하나로서 정보시스템 감리에 대한 중요성과 그 수요가 증가하고 있다. 더불어 감리내실화와 신뢰성제고를 위한 기술연구와 제도연구도 지속적으로 수행되어왔다. 많은 감리의뢰기관이 감리자체를 시업성공을 위한 품질보증 및 생산성 향상을 도모하기 위해 실시하는 중간평가로 보지 않고 있고, 감리인의 학력.경력.자격수준 및 신기술에 대한 이해도, 숙련도 부족과 감리대상업무파악 미흡으로 현장감각이 부족하여 실제보다 형식에 치우쳐 있다. 따라서, 정보시스템 감리의 서비스품질이 상대적으로 취약하여 감리의뢰기관이나 피감리 기관으로부터 신뢰를 얻지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 마케팅분야의 서비스품질평가모형을 일부 도입하여 감리서비스 품질요인과 감리품질 또는 감리충실도간의 관계를 규명하고, 나아가서 감리충실도에 영향을 끼치는 요소는 외적서비스요인과 내적서비스요인으로 구분하였으며, 이요인들이 감리충실도에 미치는 영향을 규명코자 하였다, 더불어 감리충실도가 감리효과 및 만족도와 프로젝트성과에 미치는 영향을 규명코자 하였다.
