Evaluation of the Quality on Confectionary (과자류의 품질평가)

  • This study was carried out to evaluate the quality of confectioneries among processed foods. Total samples were 3,716, and violative samples among them were 36. The snacks in confectioneries showed violative rate of $1.0\%$, and the traditional snack in snacks showed $8.4\%$. Violative items were acid value and peroxide value for the most part, so the fried snacks need to control the management hygienically. The nutrition ingredients were measured far carbohydrates, protein, fats, sodium and calories in bread. Indication values at packing were not suited to 18 of 20 breads on the indication criterion of ingredient. And nutrition ingredients were not indicated to breads of some company nevertheless be sure to indicated. The processed food should be managed thorough with regard indicated nutrition ingredient.

  • Breast shooting performance management and quality control of the generator is applied to the amount of current IEC(International Electrotechnical Commission) 60601-2-45 tube voltage and tube current are based on standards that were proposed in the analysis of the test results were as follows. This latest generation device was manufactured in the breast of the tube voltage and tube diagnosed shooting the correct amount of current to maintain the performance that can be seen. The results of this study as the basis for radiography diagnosed breast caused by using the device's performance and maintain quality control, so the current Food and Drug Administration "about the safety of diagnostic radiation generator rule" specified in the test cycle during three years of self-inspection radiation on a radiation generating device ensure safety and performance of the device using a coherent X-ray(constancy) by two ultimately able to keep the radiation dose to the public to reduce the expected effect is expected.

A Comparative Study on the Legal System of Building a Rooftop Gardening between Korea and China (한국과 중국의 옥상녹화 제도 비교연구)

  • This study focused on the regulations and support system of green rooftop landscaping between Korea and China. Our research found out regulations and support system to review the supplement point to understand the present state of green rooftop landscaping in the two countries. We aimed to provide basic legal information for the development of green rooftop landscaping regulations. Also, a management plan guide and after-evaluation guide were suggested. First, roof load safety is the foremost factor for the structure of green rooftop landscaping. It includes not only considering the weight of construction materials, but also accurately calculating weight of rain, snow and the rooftop's capacity for people when the rooftop is designed. Second, the appropriate waterproof and root material should be selected basing on climatic conditions. Third, a maintenance and management plan needs to be established to regularly check the plant, facilities, soil and to maintain them. Fourth, the criteria of quality inspection are waterproof and root resistant material, and the growth and development of plants. Waterproof and root resistant materials are a very important part of rooftop greening, so they must be strictly inspected after construction. Fifth, the support system of rooftop greening should be continuously improved. The choice of the object and the amount of support should be strictly stipulated so that the construction of rooftop is promoted when volunteers do rooftop greening.

COBie-based Building Information Exchange System Framework for Building Facility Management (건축물 유지관리를 위한 COBie기반 건축정보교환체계 프레임웍 연구)

  • The Construction Operations Building Information Exchange (COBie) collects and documents a large amount of information from different paths in one place during design and construction projects. This documented information is readily available as a means of continuously transferring data to the facility management systems used by building engineers. In this process, the COBie Worksheet, an open standard form, is used to input the information by simplifying the list required by the user. As a result, COBie was developed to improve dramatically how relevant information is obtained and updated to support operations, maintenance, and asset management at the design and construction stages. On the other hand, to use COBie, a great deal of manual work is required for information linkage and quality inspection with heterogeneous data models. These issues become obstacles to COBie-based facility management system development. This study analyzed the COBie information system and defined the framework for simpler operating maintenance information from BIM (Building Information Modeling). Moreover, the rules for facility management information submission, quality inspection, role definition of framework components, and information linkage were derived. COBie DB schema and support data linkages could be generated effectively based on the proposed framework in prototype development.

Accuracy Evaluation of 3D Slope Model Produced by Drone Taken Images (드론 촬영으로 작성한 비탈면 3차원 모델의 품질 분석)

  • In the era of the fourth industrial revolution, drones are being used in various civil engineering fields. Currently, the construction and maintenance of slopes are generally managed by manpower. This method has a risk of safety accidents, and it is difficult to accurately evaluate the slope because it is difficult to secure the vision. In this paper, the effects of RTK and GCP on the 3D model of the slope were studied by using digital images taken by the drone. GNSS coordinates were measured for nine points to compare the quality of the slope 3D model, three points of which were used as the check points and the remaining points were used as GCPs. When making the 3D model of the slope using high-accuracy geotagging images using RTK, it was found that the error at the check point decreases as the number of GCP increases. Even if GNSS was used, it was found that the error at the check points of the 3D slope model was not significant when the GCPs were applied. However, it was found that even if high-accuracy geotagging images are used using the RTK module, a significant error occur when the 3D slope model is created without applying GCPs. Therefore, it can be stated that GCP must be applied to create the 3D slope model in which information about the height as well as plane information is important.

A Study for the Improvement of the Sanitary Condition and the Quality of Packaged Meals(Dosirak) Produced in Packaged Meal Manufacturing Establishments in Seoul city and Kyungki-do Province (서울, 경기지역 도시락 제조업체의 위생실태 및 도시락 생산의 품질개선을 위한 연구)

  • Packaged meal manufacturing establishments in Seoul city and Kyungkido province were assessed in terms of the sanitary conditions and practices, time and temperature, and microbiological quality. Sanitary check-lists were developed to evaluate the sanitary condition of sampled packaged meal manufacturing establishments. Microbiological tests on.food containers, equipments, and foods in various phases of product flow were done. The results of the study are summarized as follows; 1) Sanitary condition of kitchen.and sanitary practices of employees in.large and medium establishments were evaluated as the some improvement required in order to meet all standards. But sanitary practices of employees in small establishments were evaluated as the unsatisfactory state with negligence or ignorance of safe practice. 2) The microbiological quality of basic ingredients and food materials after pre-preparation were poor. 3) Time and temperature data indicated that phases of holding ingredients at room temperature after cooking, assembly and packaging before delivery were critical. 4) Microbiological test results for food containers, equipments indicated that sanitary conditions of stainless steel ware, knife, wiping clothes and cutting board should be improved promptly. 5) Critical control points identified were ingredients, pre-preparation, Holding, and assembly and packaging. 6) Guidelines were suggested for effective quality control of packaged meals production.

  • A modular specification is a contract document that specifies the requirements of production, transformation and installation in a modular construction. A problem of the currently used specification is that it does not guarantee the level of performance required by the modular construction and fails to accommodate unique characteristics of each construction because it widely uses the standard specification as it is. This study proposes a specification that reflects the unique feature of modular construction in order to improve the quality of modular construction. Research focuses on the leakage in waterproof and mechanical equipment because it is the area with the highest rate of defects. This study suggests ways to improve the modular specification as follows: 1)Descriptive specifying (following MasterFormat) 2)Propose leakage verification method and test clause 3) Reflect characteristic of modular construction. Proposed modifications to modular specification are reviewed by experts for validation and their opinion verifies suggested improvements as a way to secure the quality of modular construction and to promise characteristics of the modular specification. This improvement will be used for reference when writing construction project specification, which can be an important contract document, so that it could lower occurrence rate of the modular defects.

  • A Manufacturing Readiness Assessment (MRA) was adapted to prevent the probable ascending expense, poor quality, and delay from the development to production phase and assess the level of manufacturing readiness in 2012. Consequently, there are positive effects on improving the quality to identify the manufacturing risks during the production of military supplies and manage the issues in advance. On the other hand, because the appraisee is becoming accustomed to preparing for MRA checklists tailoring, it was found to intensify the MRA points more than before, which damages the goal of the MRA. This paper proposes the quantitative MRA methodology using MWV (Manufacturing Readiness Level 8 Weighted Value) to define and measure the HOM8, DOM8, ICOM8, and M8RA to reflect the history of MRA, the difficulties of MRA checklists, the intrinsic cruciallity and risk assessment of program, which can overcome the problems mentioned before. This paper shows the MWV of four weapon system programs to be carried out and an analysis of the proposed MRL 8 methodology.

Parents' Opinions on Foodservices in Daycare Centers of Korea's Compensation and Welfare Service Institute (근로복지공단 보육시설의 급식 운영현황과 학부모대상 품질 만족도)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine parental perceptions on the importance, performance level, and satisfaction with foodservice quality at daycare centers in the Compensation and Welfare Service institute. The questionnaire was developed to measure thirty-two attributes of foodservice operations are administered to 598 parents and 23 foodservice supervisors from June 22, 2009 to July 10, 2009. The parents placed a high importance on the need for foodservices, earning 4.70 points out of 5 points. Their perceptions of foodservice quality menu, foodservice ingredients and effects, facilities, sanitation, and service scored even higher than performance. The overall satisfaction level for foodservice compared to performance was 4.33 and 4.03 points out of 5 points, respectively. Multiple regression analysis indicated that 98.6% of the variance in parents' overall satisfaction scores was explained by six dimensions.

Correlation of Consumer Evaluation on Restaurants in Social Network System (SNS) with Food Hygiene (식품접객업소에 대한 사회관계망서비스(SNS) 상의 소비자 평가와 위생상태의 연관성 분석)

  • Social network service (SNS) plays an important role in food service industry consumers SNS restaurants, and other consumers review the reputations. It was assumed that bad reputation could have poor food hygiene. Therefore, this study evaluated the relation between reputations SNS and food hygiene. Restaurants were searched using web portals and 12 restaurants (six for good and six for bad reputation) were selected. Microbiological analysis (total aerobic bacteria, coliform, and Escherichia coli) for main and side dish was performed. Detection frequencies for total aerobic bacteria were not different between good and bad restaurants. However, bad restaurants had higher detection frequencies (70.8%) with mean of 3.2 log CFU/g for coliform than good restaurants (62.5%; mean of 2.3 log CFU/g). In addition, bad restaurants had higher detection frequencies (25%) of E. coli with mean of 0.8 log CFU/g than good restaurants (8.3%; mean of 0.5 log CFU/g). This result indicates that consumer reputations SNS are related to food hygiene, and the reputation data can be used for food hygiene inspection by food safety agencies.
