Most Web search engines use ranking methods that take both the relevancy and the importance of documents into consideration. The importance of a document denotes the degree of usefulness of the document to general users. One of the most successful methods for estimating the importance of a document has been Page-Rank algorithm which uses the hyperlink structure of the Web for the estimation. In this paper, we propose a new importance estimation algorithm for the blog environment. The proposed method, first, calculates the importance of each document using user's bookmark and click count. Then, the Guru point of a blogger is computed as the sum of all importance points of documents which he/she wrote. Finally, the guru points are reflected in document ranking again. Our experiments show that the proposed method has higher correlation coefficient than the traditional methods with respect to correct answers.

A shock absorber rod is located in the center of the absorber piston and is responsible for the reciprocating movement portion. If it has surface defects, the damping performance of product will be adversely affected. A rod surface has gloss by heat treatment. Therefore, it is difficult to find a defect, such as dust, imprints, and blowholes. Because a total inspection is achieved by visual inspection by workers, it causes eyestrain and the quality of the product is not constant. In this paper, a machine vision system was developed to find a defect using a line-scan camera. The machine can detect surface defects than 0.3mm. To minimize the occurrence probability of defects on the inspection process, the developed auto inspection system had an automatic feeding system and incorporated a protection system. Through the development of this system, which relies on the operator's visual inspection of the surface of the shock absorber, the Rod inspection system constructed quality inspection standards and standardized tests to ensure improved reliability.

The design instruction put in the wood structure construction manual of forest engineering works issued in Japan in 2004 is composed of the introduction, the use and characteristic of wood, investigation, planning, design, and etc. We analyzed planing and construction. By the results, the contents for the design are shown about applied woody conditions and deterioration, structure, selection of tree, the standardization of the size displays in wood, safety and examination of intensity, intensity of wood, the ranges of wood size allowance, and etc. With respect to the construction of wood structure, there are detailed descriptions regarding security of wood quality, confirmation of wood quality by preservative treatment and security methods of function in wood structure, the regular investigation method, the qualitative standard criterion and the quantitative examination method on the deterioration of wood.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting change in consumers' consumption tendency and the perception of aged meat. This study compared 2012 and 2019 results from beef consumer surveys. The importance of quality judgment criteria, taste determinants, and the perception that marbling is harmful to health were analyzed using regression analysis through the backward elimination method. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that the importance had increased for recognizing freshness, juiciness, tenderness, and ripening period, and for knowing that marbling was harmful to the health. Also shown was that the intention to purchase aged meat had an influence on whether the consumer favorably perceived the freshness, tenderness, and ripening period. This study analyzed how consumers' consumption tendencies changed to cope with these changes in consumer preferences. The basic data of the research analyzed consumption propensity, the intention to consume beef, and what factors influence the perception of mature meat. It is thought that there is a need to raise awareness about aged meat for diversification of consumer preferences and rational production and consumption in the future.

The number of confine-disease for elevator increases every year and then sudden stop, error of level indication stand; those can bring to uneasiness of elevator passenger and malfunction accidents related life accident are increasing. So we researched power quality counterplan equipment(SPD, Filter, Reactor) at site elevator controller room and malfunctions of elevator movement. We could confirm installation of power quality counterplan equipment recently and unchanging the number of malfunction. This data will be used the analysis for mutual relation between Power Quality(Sag, Interruption, ESD, ect.) and malfunction of elevator movement by testing the elevator equipment with EN12016(2004) and IEC standard level.

The flow label field in IPv6 has been proposed to provide the QoS. Since the existing flow label specification scheme like random-number format utilizes the label only as the identifier of flow, it is not appropriate for providing differentiated services according to the characteristics of various types of real-time traffic. This paper proposes a hybrid scheme that makes use of the flow label fields as components of flow and QoS parameters as well. To be specific, this paper investigates a scheme that both guarantees the end-to-end service quality and utilizes efficiently backbone resources by allowing users to specify QoS parameters using flow labels. Assuming an MLPS-TE network as the backbone, we compare the performance of our proposed scheme with that of random-number scheme through simulation. The simulation result shows that our scheme is more efficient than the existing one in terms of the transmission rate as well as the resource utilization of the backbone.

As brand has increasingly influenced on marketing activities, local government, agricultural enterprises, and individual farmhouses autonomously develop and promote their own brands in the field of agrifood. Among developed brands, however, it could be possible for products with having no competitiveness and continuous control to lapse in the marketing. This study aimed to try develop to brand equity model in order for agri-food brands to evaluate and complement in the agricultural company. For doing this, ERRC were administered to interview the brands experts to discuss rice. The results of the analyses indicated that the areas with attribute weight of assets may consider bonding with customers for enhancing the value in the brand equity.

The aim of this paper was to provide basic data on revitalizing traditional markets in 389 undergraduate students who had purchased foods sold at a traditional market in order to understand the current state of usage of traditional market foods and to analyze degree of importance and satisfaction. From September 2015 to November 2015, questionnaires were filled out by respondents. Of the 389 questionnaires that were returned, 343 were used while 46 were discarded as incomplete. In the traditional market, high popularity was detected in foods such as 'Hotteok', 'stir-fried rice cake', 'Korean sausage', and so on in that order, which were mainly simple foods. There was a tendency that 'taste', 'hygiene', 'price', and 'quality' were considered as important, all of which scored more than 4 points for all residence types. In the difference analysis of the degree of satisfaction and importance in traditional market foods according to residence types, degree of importance was much higher than that of satisfaction for all selective attributes. In the results of ISA analysis for attributes of traditional market foods, those selling food in the second quadrant need to make more effort to improve 'hygiene' and 'quality' of food.

Moving object tracking improves the efficiency and qualification for observation system, broadcasting system, video conference, etc. This paper propcses an improved Bayes decision method for detecting and tracking moving objects in active camera environment. The Bayes decision based tracking approach finds the region of moving objects by analyzing the image sequences statistically. The propcsed algorithm regenerates the probability density function to accord with moving objects and background for active camera. Experimental results show that the algorithm is accurate. reliable and noise resistant. The result is compared with those of the conventional methods.
