So far, various researches have been conducted on evaluation of e-learning software, but subjective evaluation criteria are formed according to the classification presented from the viewpoint of the researcher rather than systematized form according to related standards. In addition, standards for software evaluation are continuously being supplemented for practical use, so it is urgent to establish evaluation bases by establishing evaluation criteria. Therefore, in order to establish the quality evaluation standard of e-learning software, this study analyzes the quality requirements of e-learning software based on the usability system among the quality characteristics of ISO/IEC 25000 series. This evaluation standard is distinguished by the fact that the evaluation standard of e-learning software that reflects the latest trend of related standardization has been established and practical utilization has been improved. It can be used effectively for quality evaluation and certification of e-learning software in the future.

Large Language Models (LLMs) are becoming the major trend in the natural language processing field. These models were built based on research data, but information such as types, limitations, and risks of using research data are unknown. This research would present how to analyze and evaluate the LLMs that were built with research data: LLaMA or LLaMA base models such as Alpaca of Stanford, Vicuna of the large model systems organization, and ChatGPT from OpenAI from the perspective of research data. This quality evaluation focuses on the validity, functionality, and reliability of Data Quality Management (DQM). Furthermore, we adopted the Holistic Evaluation of Language Models (HELM) to understand its evaluation criteria and then discussed its limitations. This study presents quality evaluation criteria for LLMs using research data and future development directions.

The increase of social interest for the e-Learning industry leads to the increase of e-learning contents and the system providers which are targeted at private education companies and public institutions. As the e-Learning is used in various areas, the evaluation for evaluation criteria and suitability are needed to provide a high-quality service and reliability. Previous works suggested the evaluation criteria for quality certification, however, the technical evaluation criteria are not provided. In this paper, we suggest the technical evaluation criteria for quality certification of e-Learning contents and describe the detailed features. Through the proposed work, we can establish the technical evaluation criteria and suggest detailed evaluation items for them by providing examples. It is expected that the proposed study is able to be utilized in e-Learning industry, if the policy is reflected and notified according to the feedback of the results of the trial service.

위성항법중앙사무소는 다수의 DGNSS 기준국을 운영하고 있으며, 이 중 일부 기준국은 타 기준국에 비해 TEQC 품질평가 결과가 저조하다. 이에 이 연구는 TEQC 품질평가가 상대적으로 불량한 충주기준국을 대상으로 비교실험을 수행한다. 이전에 다른 관측장비를 이용하여 수행한 동시 관측에서는 TEQC 품질평가가 다른 기준국과 유사한 수준으로 나타나 지형이나 전파방해 등과 같은 주변 환경적인 요인은 아닌 것으로 확인하였다. 이번 충주비교실험은 기존 설치된 관측장비의 이상유무를 고려하여 크게 세 부분으로 나누어 진행한다. 안테나 이상판단은 기존 관측기기에 다른 기종의 안테나로 교체하여 확인하고, 수신기 이상 유무는 분배기를 이용하여 두 수신기에 동시 관측값을 기록하여 판단한다. 마지막으로 케이블의 경우, 상위 두 실험을 통해 수집된 관측자료의 품질평가를 통해 확인 가능하다. 이 연구를 통하여 TEQC 품질평가 저하요인을 확인하고 개선방안을 제시하여 양질의 DGNSS 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

소프트웨어의 다양화로 인하여 하드웨어 형태의 보안 제품에서 소프트웨어 형 보안 제품으로 점차 변화하고 있는 중이다. 이러한 변화 속에서 소프트웨어 형 보안 제품의 품질을 평가하는 기준이 없어, 현재 ISO/IEC 9126 의 표준으로 소프트웨어 형 보안 제품을 평가하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 하지만 소프트웨어 형 보안 제품을, 기존 소프트웨어 품질 평가 기준으로 적용하기에는 한계가 있다. 지금까지 소프트웨어 제품의 평가 방법과 요구 사항에 대한 프로세스가 국제 표준으로 제정 및 정의되어 있으나, 소프트웨어 형 보안 제품의 경우, 이러한 국제 표준을 적용하여 제품을 평가하는 데는 어려움이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 현재 사용중인 소프트웨어 평가 기준 인ISO/IEC 9126-1에서 규정하고 있는 6개의 소프트웨어 품질특성 중 기능성 의 부 특성인 보안성의 매트릭스를 확인하고 ISO/IEC 15408(공통평가기준)의 내용 중 일부를 발췌 및 보완하여 기존 6가지의 소프트웨어 품질특성 중 기능성의 부특성인 보안성을 보완한, 새로운 보안성 품질 매트릭스를 제안한다.

최근 국내 SI 사업체들은 소프트웨어의 가치를 향상시키기 위해 컴포넌트를 적극 도입하고 있다. 그러나 컴포넌트 시장을 활성화 시키기 위해서는 다양한 범주의 고객이 요구하는 양질의 컴포넌트를 풍부하게 갖추고, 고객이 시스템을 직접 개발하는 것보다 적은 비용과 시간을 소모하면서도 시스템을 구축할 수는 환경을 조성해야 한다. 그러한 환경을 구축하기 위한 요소중 고객의 구매 결정과 직결되는 가장 중요한 항목은 컴포넌트의 기술적 가치와 비즈니스적 가치의 평가와 이를 위한 시험 기준이다. 객관적이고 공정한 시험 기준이 마련되지 않는 상태에서 품질 평가가 이루어 지지 못한다면, 잠재적 고객이 구매 또는 사용하고자 하는 컴포넌트가 적절한 가치를 갖고 있는 것인지 판단할 수 있는 근거가 없고 시장 형성 초기부터 불량 컴포넌트 제품이 공급됨으로 인해 신뢰성이 저하되어 컴포넌트를 구매하는 대신 다른 대안을 선택하려 할 것이다. 객관적이고, 유력한 품질 평가 시스템을 구축하기 위해서는 품질 시험 평가를 위한 기준 마련이 선결 조건이다. 품질 시험 평가 가이드라인은 고품질의 소프트웨어 컴포넌트의 생산을 가능하게 하여, 궁극적으로 소프트웨어의 신뢰도를 향상 시키는 가장 유력한 방안이 될 것이다. 이를 통해 컴포넌트 소프트웨어의 유통 촉진 및 시장 성장을 견인, 생산/개발-유통-사용에 이르는 전체 컴포넌트 산업의 완결된 서비스를 제공 할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 기준 마련을 위한 메트릭을 제공한다.

본 연구는 지금까지의 어떤 쇼핑몰 평가 시스템보다 쇼핑몰의 다양하고도 상호 유기적인 메커니즘을 조화롭게 평가할 수 있도록 하기 위해 경영품질의 공인된 세계 기준이자 많은 기업들에게 가장 신뢰할 수 있는 자기평가 기준이며 또한 시스템 경영의 교과서 역할을 하고 있는 말콤볼드리지 국가 품질상의 평가기준을 쇼핑몰에 도입하여, 리더십, 전략기획, 고객 및 시장, 정보와 분석, 인적자원, 프로세스의 여섯 가지 관점에서 쇼핑몰의 현황을 파악하고, 이를 측정하여 일곱 번째 관점인 최종 사업성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석함으로써, 웹사이트 성공에 영향을 미치는 정량적인 요소들과 정성적인 요인들에 대한 포괄적인 접근을 통해 쇼핑몰 사이트를 평가하고 분석하기 위한 종합적인 모형을 제시 하였다.

The multimedia data of game affects the immersion of the game depending on its quality. It is difficult to design the evaluation criteria of artistic quality of the data. But, in a technical point of view, it is possible to evaluate its quality. Thus, the design of evaluation standard can ensure the reliability and objectivity of quality. However, multimedia data quality evaluation metrics had not yet been designed. Therefore, in this study, we extracted quality evaluation elements of Game Multimedia Data, and verified the reliability of the elements. And we defined detailed evaluation items of each element, developed Multimedia Data Quality Evaluation Metrics. We expect that the results of this study will serve as a guide in the development of high-quality games, have a positive impact on the growth of the game industry.

This study aims to draw implications on development of service quality evaluation criteria for academic libraries in Korea. First, this study review recent academic research trends on service quality evaluation criteria for academic libraries. Second, This paper diagnosed result of 'the pilot evaluation of academic libraries in Korea' conducted from 2010 and 2011 and prospect the direction on the evaluation of academic library according to 'Library Promotion Act' established in march 27, 2015. Finally, this article was performed comparative analysis of studies or criteria on service quality evaluation for academic libraries.
