서비스 산업의 비중이 날로 높아지는 시기에 마케팅 전략 수립에 있어서 차별화된 서비스 품질 제공이 더욱 중요하게 인식되고 있다. 감시카메라 등으로 사용되면서 문제점만 부각되고 있는 웹카메라를 감시나 보안 등의 목적 외에 차별화된 서비스 품질 제공의 수단으로 활 용되기 위한 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 유치원/어린이집 학부모를 대상으로 웹캠에 의한 원격모니터링 서비스의 서비스 품질 구성요인에 대한 재구성 및 서비스 품질요인이 고객의 성향에 따라 어떻게 인식되는지에 대한 연구를 실시하였으며, 웹캠에 의한 서비스 품질 구성요인이 고객만족 및 고객충성도에 주는 영향요인을 규명하였다. 이러한 변수의 상관관계와 영향 현상을 연구하기 웹캠 원격모니터링 서비스를 사용하고 있는 유치원/어린이 집을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 연구결과 웹캠 모니터링 서비스 품질 구성요인을 영상품질 및 전송속도, 이동성 및 휴대성, 편의성, 가시성, 신뢰성으로 설정하였으며, 그 중 영상품질 및 전송속도가 고객만족 영향요인으로 나타났다. 이러한 서비스 품질 구성요인들을 고객이 인식함에 있어서 고객성향 중에서 디지털 기기 숙련도가 서비스 품질 인식에 영향을 주는 요인으로 나타났다. 그 외 인구통계학적 변인과 서비스 품질 구성요인들은 유의미하지 않은 것으로 분석되었는바, 이러한 결과가 마케팅적으로 어떻게 활용될 수 있는가가 논의된다.

본 연구는 대학 환경특성이 전반적 서비스품질, 서비스가치와 학생만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대한 구조적 관계를 설정하고 이를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 저자들은 선행연구와 학생들과의 토의를 통하여 학생만족을 결정짓는 변수들을 24개로 선정하였다. 요인분석 결과, 교수/교육과정, 교육시설, 학내외 활동/위치, 교육지원서비스, 편의시설, 수업료의 6개 요인이 도출되었다. C 대학교의 463명의 학생으로부터 수집된 자료는 Lisrel 8.3을 이용하여 분석되었다. 실증분석 결과, 요약과 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육시설 요인이 전반적 서비스품질에 정(+)의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학내외 활동/위치 요인이 전반적 서비스품질에 정(+)의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교육지원서비스 요인이 전반적 서비스품질에 정(+)의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 교수/교육과정 요인이 전반적 서비스품질에 정(+)의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 전반적 서비스품질이 지각된 서비스가치에 정(+)의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다, 여섯째, 전반적 서비스품질이 학생만족에 정(+)의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 일곱째, 지각된 서비스가치가 학생만족에 정(+)의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 본 연구의 결과는 대학환경특성과 학생만족 간의 관계에 있어서 전반적 서비스품질과 서비스가치가 매개역할을 한다는 것을 의미하는 것이다. 연구의 마지막에서는 관리적 시사점과 미래의 연구방향이 제시되었다.

The house of quality (HOQ) involves subjective and ambiguous information typically through a likert scale, It isimportant to validate consistency of such input in the HOQ before rating the fmal importance of technicalrequirements, Previously, a methodology was developed to test the consistency of relationship strengths in theHOQ between roof matrix and relationship matrix. We described disadvantages of the previous method andpropose a new approach based on the permutation test. Advantages of the proposed method are illustrated withan example.

Providing efficient recording information services has become vital in a utilization-oriented records management environment and further increasing the importance of the quality of the services offered. This study is a preliminary study to propose improvement measures by applying Quality Function Development (QFD), a quality control method, to the National Archives of Korea (NAK) and Records Information Service. The quality dimensions of the recording information service were analyzed, and specific user requirements were derived. Through this process, the user requirements' questionnaire was developed, reflecting the characteristics of the NAK, and the application model of QFD was designed based on its prior study. Based on the QFD application model proposed, the results obtained by performing the QFD step by step can be expressed in House of Quality (HoQ), which can be used as a basis for service design.

The quality of ready-mixed concrete(henceforth abbreviated remicon) is influenced by various factors such as ingredient of material, difference of property, mixing ratio, mixing time, mixing error, conditioning of construction, method of curing and temperature, humidity time in transportation. These factors make it hard to confirm the quality of remicon till placing in site. As the quality control in field is very important to ensure the quality of building. Moreover in modern building production, the more important the inquiry of performance improvement, the more important the manufacture and the quality control of remicon. In this study, to examine and analyze the quality of remicon we used slump, air content and compressive strength in 7, 28 days as to remicon which placed during on year. As a result, we found that the slump and air content were satisfied with reference code and the compressive strength was more than the design standard strength so we concluded that the quality control of remicon was to be agreeable.

Several problems including respiratory and skin disorders due to the problems for sick house syndrome have occurred, there appears echo friendly materials to solve the problems. The research is lacking in quality management techniques ocher concrete using nondestructive tests. In this research, the experimental works were conducted to study the initial quality control for the compressive strength of Ocher concrete(21 MPa). The purpose of this study is the implementation platform for quality management of ocher concrete using nondestructive tests. It uses the relationship between the compressive strength and ultrasonic pulse velocity of the ocher concrete to estimate the compressive strength of the ocher concrete. And using the impact echo method to estimate the thickness of the ocher concrete. The platform is based on a Java script, so that the user can obtain the data through the platform.
