  • On-Line Shopping mall is becoming important strategic environment that decide corporation's competitive advantages because of that can achieve quality of customer service and offer speed elevation through both-way communication effectively. Accordingly, as interest about electronic commerce rises, various research had been gone. But, most researches are applying off-line market's quality of service measurement tool just as it is doing not consider special quality of internet. Consider and prescribe by system quality, and saw that thing with grasp relation with customer satisfaction along with qualify of service is important for factor that environmental element influences in customer satisfaction as existing commercial transaction in this research hereupon. That is, wished to present quality strategy necessary to examine whether some quality factor of system quality and quality of service affects more customer satisfaction, and satisfy various customer's needs accordingly after ermine whether it are switching and some relation that search purchase alteration availability of market that is different from loyalty which recommend internet shopping mall to another person who is system quality factor and quality of service factor and customer satisfaction factor actively.

  • In recent years, the quality and safety requirements in the shipping industries have been more stringent than the previous requirements. It is essential to effective quality management system which can cope with a change in shipping business environment and improve shipping service performance to get competitiveness in the international shipping market. This study on the focus of the Korean shipping company which provides shipping transportation service examined following issues. First, how each of the key factors of ISO 9001 quality management affects service performance, internal customer satisfaction and customer orientation. Second, how the internal customer satisfaction affects service performance and customer orientation. Third, customer orientation affects service performance.

Developing a Conceptual Model for Measuring the Electronic Commerce Success of Online Game Websites (온라인게임 웹사이트의 전자상거래 성공측정모델의 개발에 관한 연구)

  • Most online games today are provided via a website interface. Researchers found that various aspects of a game website importantly influence the success of the online game business. This paper aims at identifying key site-related quality factors affecting the success of online casual game websites and creating a model for measuring such success. To meet this end, we extracted basic factors from the literature and expanded them through a Delphi survey method in which domain experts were asked to identify key quality factors of online game websites. Then we performed a questionnaire survey using online game users for an empirical analysis. The results revealed that information quality, service quality, and system quality are all positively related to user satisfaction and that an increase in user satisfaction leads to an improvement in both gamer loyalty and business outcomes. However, it was found that gamers' loyalty does not necessarily increase business outcomes. The paper offers practical as well as academic implications based on the research findings.

  • The international freight forwarders in South Korea currently have fierce competition. However, there are still a very small number of studies Korea locally and globally on the service quality of international freight forwarding industry. This study aims to extract international freight forwarders' service quality factors reflecting the characteristics of freight forwarding industry. Measures of service quality have been selected after literature review and interviews, and then surveys have been conducted on exporters and importers in Korea. The collected data has been analyzed using the exploratory factor analysis. As a result, two service quality factors of international freight forwarders have been extracted: operation characteristics factor defined as accuracy, speediness timeliness and stability, and customer orientation factor defined as professionalism and empathy. An important contribution of this study is that it presents the service quality factors reflecting the characteristics of freight forwarding industry unlike precedent studies. A future research topic is to find out which of the two service quality factors influences more on customer loyalty.

  • 우리를 둘러싼 경영환경은 시간, 공간, 무용지식등을 심층기반으로 하여 움직이고 였다. 이런 경영 환경속에서 하이테크와 하이터치 요인을 통해 고객에게 만족을 주지 못하면 개인이나 조직은 고객의 뇌리 속에서 사라지게 된다. 이런 배경으로 인해, 지역축제 역시 일반 축제와 차별적인 방향으로 개발하여 고객에게 가치를 제공해야 하는 전략을 강구할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 지역 문화 콘텐츠를 암리고 지역 경제적 수익을 위해서 마련한 지역축제를 돌아 보는데였다. 또한 연구모형을 개발하고 지역축제의 서비스 품질 만족요인이 축제의 만족도와 재방문에 마치는 인과분석을 실시하는데 있다. 본 연구 분석결과, 서버스 품질 요인 중 행사진행 벚 수용태세 요인과 쇼핑 및 음식요인이 고객만족도에 유의한 영향을 마치는 것으로 나타났으며, 고객만족도는 향후 지역축제 참여의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The Study on Mediating Effects Validation of Involvement between Service Quality and Satisfaction in Children's Pool in Convergence era (융복합 시대 어린이 전용 수영장의 서비스 품질과 만족의 관계에서 관여도가 갖는 매개효과 연구)

  • The aim of this study was to validate the mediating effects involvement between service quality and satisfaction in children's pool. For the purpose, survey was conducted. 450 samples were collected, and 430 data were used for final analysis. Data processing was made factor analysis, correlation analysis, structure equation model analysis via SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 7.0 programs. Study findings are as follows: First, among the factors of service quality, only the facilities factor was effective to involvement. Second, among the factors of children's pool service quality, program and facilities factors were effective to satisfaction. Third, involvement of children's pool was effective to satisfaction. Fourth, involvement had a mediating effect on the effect of facilities factor on satisfaction.

  • The purpose of this study id to identify service quality of national stone culture festival, to find relationship service quality to festival satisfaction and after behavioral intention of festival participants. To achieve the purpose of this study, 13 elements of service quality was chosen through previous literature study. And 3 factors were extracted by 1st factor analysis, these are hardware, software, and humanware factor. And second factor analysis was performed to identify validity and reliability these factors. And 5th hypothesis was established and adopted in three hypothesis. That is Hardware service quality factor have a influence to festival satisfaction of participants, festival satisfaction of participants have a influence to revisitation and recommendation intention. This paper indicates that results of this study is useful to regional festival planning to settle down as a sustainable events, necessary to retain service quality and satisfaction as a precedent condition.

  • We defined quality management practice factor and workforce management factor and confirm their conformance, and examine the former affect positively on production performance. Moreover, we examine whether workforce factor have an moderate effect on 'quality management practice facor - performance' relationship, using moderate regression. As the result of empirical study on nationwide manufacturing companies, workforce management factor have an moderate effect on the relationship which means need for investment on two factors.

  • 최근 정보 시스템의 기능이 복잡화, 거대화하고 있는 추세에 따라 감리인이 수작업으로 시험시나리오를 작성하고, 검증시험을 실시하는 것은 매우 비효율적이라고 할 수 있으며, 결과로 얻어진 증적 자료는 신뢰성 및 객관성 면에서 한계를 가지게 된다. 정보시스템 감리의 시험단계에 대하여 적정한 시험도구를 도입 ${\cdot}$ 적용함으로써 감리 시행의 효율성을 제고하고 정량적인 판단 근거를 제시하여, 감리 의견의 신뢰성 및 일관성을 확보하는데 도움이 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 감리서비스요인이 감리품질과 감리성과간의 관계에 미치는 영향과 이들과 자동화 도구 적용의 적합관계를 규명하고, 나아가서 감리품질과 감리성과간의 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 자동화 도구가 감리품질에 유의한 영향요인이며, 또한 감리품질은 감리성과에, 그리고 자동화 도구의 적용이 감리성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

Comparison of Grade of Raw and Red Ginseng on each Factor of Quality in Korean and American Ginseng (고려인삼과 미국삼의 품질요인별 수삼 및 홍삼등급 비교)

  • Comparison of the grade of raw ginseng and that of red ginseng was investigated. The materials used in this study were Korean ginseng (Panax ginseng C. A. Meyer) and American ginseng(Panax quinquefolium L.) Coefficient of body term, length of main stem and weight of raw ginseng were used as the classifying criteria of the root size and grades. Korean ginseng distinguished the distribution of weight size from that of American ginseng. Korean ginseng distributed largely in middle and large root size, and American ginseng distributed largely in middle and small root size. American ginseng had shorter length of main root, bigger diameter of main root and more number of adventitious roots than Korean ginseng. The quality of Korean ginseng was better than that of American ginseng. In Korean ginseng, high quality of red ginseng above second grade (Jisam) was obtained, but low quality of red ginseng under third grade (Yangsam) in American ginseng. In Korean raw ginseng, the coefficients of body form of middle weight and large weight size were under 0.5, but those of American ginseng was over 0.5. So American ginseng were not adequate to produce good red ginseng. Those factors as length of main root and weight of main root were not significantly influenced on the qualify of red ginseng in both Korean ginseng and American ginseng. Coefficient of body form was leading factor affecting the quality of red ginseng. To improve the quality of red ginseng, coefficient of body form, weight of main root and length of main root were controlled adequately in both Korean ginseng and American ginseng.
