The present study examined the effects of the factors of port service quality on customer satisfaction and surveyed customers' perception on service quality and their satisfaction with port services by comparing Incheon Port with Qingdo Port, Tianjin Port and Dalian Port. According to the results, the quality of port services can be divided into three levels-inner quality, external environment quality and interaction quality, and except the external environment quality of the Dalian Port, the three levels of service quality were found to have significant effects on customer satisfaction. In addition, according to the results of comparing customers' perception on the three levels of service quality among the ports, the Incheon Port was inferior to the Qingdo Port, the Tianjin Port and the Dalian Port in inner quality, and to the Qingdo Port and the Tianjin Port in external environment quality, but superior to the Tianjin Port and the Dalian Port in interaction quality. However, customers' satisfaction with the Incheon Port was lower than that with the Qingdo Port and the Tianjin Port.

The purpose of this study is to apply the international quality certification system to service quality evaluation in library and information service centers. The study compared various aspects of their quality certification systems and considered application studies of foreign libraries. The results of this study illustrate that TQM based quality certification systems-Doming Quality Prize, Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Awards. European Quality Awards-reflects a broader, more dynamic and custome-oriented quality concepts. On the contrary, ISO 9000 Standards are based on a narrow, static and in house-oriented quality concepts emphasizing conformance to specifications.

야간 조명은 건강과 복지에 대한 인간의 욕구를 야간시간의 활용을 통하여 충족시킬 수 있도록 도와주고 있다. 또한 조명은 경관의 활성화와 미적 공간 창출의 유용한 도구로 이용되고 있어 근린공원에서의 조명은 주간과 다른 분위기를 제공하여 이용자들의 만족도를 높여주고 있다. 하지만 위험 요인을 가지고 있는 공원에서는 심미적 효과뿐만 아니라 이용자들의 보행 안전을 위한 야간 조명설계의 중요성이 강조된다. 본 연구는 야간 근린공원 이용자들의 보행 안전을 고려한 조명설계를 위하여 시뮬레이션 접근법을 이용하여 대안 조명품질을 비교한다. 기존에 설치된 조명기구와 타 조명기구를 시뮬레이션으로 비교함으로써 조명설계시 시뮬레이션 접근법의 유용성을 제안한다.

The purpose of this study is to identify priority factors for improving service quality of cosmetic stores in drug stores(DRS) and department stores(DES) and to provide basic data for improving service quality of cosmetic stores by analyzing the service quality based on the Kano model and the Potential Customer Satisfaction Improvement (PCSI) Index. As a result, most items of quality factors of cosmetic stores in both stores were evaluated as attractive quality factors. As a result of PCSI Index comparison, the quality factors of 'Reliability', 'Responsiveness', and 'Empathy' items for DRS and 'Empathy' and 'Reliability' items for DES had higher priority for improvement. That is, if these factors are improved, there is a high potential to improve customer satisfaction. Through this study, practical implications were provided by identifying service quality factor classification and priorities for customer satisfaction improvement of DRS and DES. This is expected to contribute to the guidelines for improving customer satisfaction in the future.

The purpose of this study was to examine the introduction of certification evaluation system for quality management of extracurricular program of Duksung Women's University. The research method was composed of two procedures, such as literature analysis and expert meetings. The contents of the study consisted of the accompanying conditions for the introduction of the certification evaluation system to implement the quality management of the extracurricular programs, which is operated in various ways in order to support the reinforcement of students' learning competencies at Duksung Women's University, according to a more formal level and a systematic flow. As a result of the study, the 「Regulations on the Evaluation of Extracurricular Program Certification」 is not only the main foundation for actualizing the link flow between continuous monitoring of extracurricular programs and annual performance evaluation, but also the common points for each university that is establishing the integrated management support system of comparative programs including Duksung Women's University.

저항 스폿용접기에서 용접품질의 보증은 오래 계속 되어온 문제이었다. 본 논문에서는 용접품질과 전극분리와의 관계를 조사하였으며 전극분리가 하나의 제어변수로써 사용될 수 있음을 실험적으로 입증하였다. 피드백신호로서 전극분리를 이용한 퍼지제어에 기초를 둔 용접품질개선을 제시하였다. 저항 스폿용접기의 용접품질은 인장전단강도시험과 같은 파괴적인 검사에 의해 증명되었다. 시험결과는 퍼지 제어기를 이용한 전극분리 제어의 성능이 종래의 정전류 제어와 비교하여 훨씬 더 우수하였다.
