In this paper, the typical Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) image quality parameters and analysis method are defined, and the SAR image analysis tool is presented for SAR image evaluation. The structure of the developed SAR image analysis tool consists of four key modules; point target analysis (PTA) module, distributed target analysis (DTA) module, ambiguity analysis (AMA) module, and NESZ analysis (NESZA) module. The developed tool is able to extract the various SAR system parameters from standard SAR product format files. Based on these extracted system parameters, typical SAR image quality parameters are derived from SAR image data.

본 논문은 계통상의 사고나 다양한 전력변환 장치들의 사용증가로 인한 전력품질의 저하의 계측과 분석에 관한 연구이다. DSP 프로세서를 사용하여 전력품질을 분석하며 분석된 data는 특정 서버에서 관리할 수 있도록 모니터링 전용 프로그램을 구성하여 일정기간 동안의 전력품질을 분석한다. 계측센서를 이용한 data를 제작된 DSP 보드를 통해 실효값으로 계산하고, 전력품질 Indices와 비교 분석하여 특정 서버에 저장하고, 전력품질 저하 대책을 위한 분석 자료로써 활용한다.

본고에서는 Q-mark 모델의 R&D(Research & Development) 품질 영향 분석을 기술한다. 이를 위해 Q-mark 모델 특징과 종류 그리고 절차를 간략히 기술하고, R&D 품질에 대한 Q-mark 인증 모델 영향에 대해 연구현장 설문조사 내용을 바탕으로 연구결과 완성도 측면, 대외 신뢰도 개선을 통한 과제 수주 측면, 기술 이전과 사업화 측면, 그리고 과제관리 효율화 측면 등에서 분석하여 제시한다. 또 앞으로 Q-mark 모델이 보다 객관적이고 효과적인 R&D 품질관리를 위한 인증 모델로 개선되고 지속적으로 운영되기 위해 보완되어야 할 사항에 대해 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 인증 측면, 프로세스 범주 측면, 제공 템플릿 측면, 그리고 품질 지원 서비스 및 전문성 측면에서 기술한다.

정보화시대를 맞이하여 수용가측의 전력품질에 대한 관심이 나날이 높아지고 있고, 특히 공장자동화 및 컴퓨터의 보급 확산으로 배전계통에 비선형 부하의 사용이 늘어나고 있다. 공장제어기 및 인버터 마이크로 프로세서와 같은 기기들은 전력품질에 매우 민감하므로, 이들 기기를 보호하기 위해 전력품질 보상기기인 DVR, D-STATCOM과 같은 전력품질 향상기기가 개발되어 사용되고 있다. 이들 기기의 정확한 적용효과 분석 및 용량, 위치 선정 등을 위해서는 설치 개소의 부하특성 및 전력품질이 반영되어야 한다. 본 고에서는 국내의 계절별, 지역별, 용도별 부하구성비를 살펴보고, 실계통에 계측기를 설치하여 취득된 전압변동 데이터를 분석하였다. 통신시장의 대외개방 및 통신사업의 경쟁화 추세에 따라 서비스 이용자들의 권익을 보호하고, 안정되고 좋은 품질의 통신서비스 제공에 필요한 전기통신 서비스 품질기준의 중요성이 점차 대두되고 있다. 본고에서는 전기통신 서비스 품질중에서 운영품질을 정의하고, 이에 따른 측정 항목을 선정하였으며 서울.대전.대구.부산 지역을 대상으로 표본전화국들의 현장 운용데이터를 수집.분석하여 품질 추정값을 산출하였다.

정보시스템은 기업에 반드시 필요하며 고품질의 정보시스템이 요구되고 있다. 하지만, 고품질의 정보시스템을 구축하는데 많은 어려움이 있다. 이에 따라 정부에서는 감리제도를 도입하여 고품질의 정보시스템 구축에 대한 문제를 해결하고자 노력하고 있지만 소규모 프로젝트의 경우에는 감리대상의 범위에 들어가지 않고 적은 비용으로 인해 프로젝트 품질 관리활동이 없이 품질 관리에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구에서는 요구분석 영역에서의 감리활동 사례를 분석하고 자주 발생하는 지적 사항을 토대로 이해당사자들이 프로젝트의 특성에 맞게 점검항목을 만들어 AHP 분석을 통하여 중요도를 산정하고 추가적인 점검사항을 더해 품질 향상을 위해 소규모 프로젝트에 적용 가능한 품질 관리 프로세스를 제안한다.

소프트웨어 개발에서 요구사항 분석에 대한 관리가 품질과 생산성에 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 기존 연구에서는 요구사항 분석에 있어 기능중심으로 문제 분석을 시도하고, 구현 또는 시험단계에서 품질문제를 고려하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 요구사항을 추출하고 분석하는 단계에서 품질속성을 고려하는 요구사항 프로세스를 제안한다. 품질속성(quality attribute)을 개발초기인 요구사항 추출, 분석 단계에서부터 고려하여 개발하도록 함으로써 명확한 요구사항에 대한 이해와 시스템의 품질 향상을 가져다줄 수 있는 기반을 제공한다.

The purpose of this study is to review recent academic studies on the service quality evaluation of libraries in Korea and to derive from research trends and several suggestions. This paper compared and analyzed service quality evaluation models in the field of library and information science and management science. This study also conducted comparative analysis of academic journal articles on 'service quality evaluation models of digital libraries'(2002~2007) and 'service quality evaluation of libraries'(2009~2014) in Korea.

Now, almost enterprise is applying data analysis method using the information systems on based information technology. The data analysis is focusing on the Quality of the data affecting the decision-making of various companies. This is the result of the data quality is due to the important role in the various parts as well as the effective operation of the enterprise. In this study, we describe about the data quality assessment models that are currently being studied. Based on this, we describe about the adaptive DQnA model being utilized for data quality analysis, and discuss about the quality analysis using this method.
