The research and laboratory records management is the prerequisite for quality research. Quality research assurance system can work out on the sound basis of quality research records management. It is an important task that establishing a proper research and laboratory records system for obtaining quality of research according to the rapid growth of Research and Development area in Korea and the trend of electronic laboratory notebooks. The purpose of this study is to identify issues and find a direction for solutions related to the research and laboratory records management systems. For this after analysing previous studies and current status related to the research records management and GLP(Good Laboratory Practice) is benchmarked as a best practice for quality research, some suggestions for enhancement of research records management are given as a result.

It is anticipated that quality assurance for the Ka band Communication Payload System(COPS) development program of the communication, Ocean & Meteorological Satellite(COMS) may be a core technical factor to be concerned in order to avoid any failure, and to assure its final performance during the mission lifetime in space. Those can be managed and verified and assessed by performing the Quality Assurance (QA) and risk management which helps to prevent and to reduce the critical fails. This paper introduces the Product Assurance (PA) system and procedures for controlling and monitoring sub-contractors which were participated in Ka band Communication Payload System (COPS) development. Also this paper shows Quality Assurance (QA) procedures and detailed their processes for assured the product performed by local companies from site survey for selecting companies to delivery of their equipment.

It is presented to extended to an interaction matrix formulation to the problem of system and disturbance identification for a plant that is corrupted by both process and output disturbances. With only an assumed upper bound on the order of the system and an assumed upper bound on the number of disturbance frequencies, it is shown that both the disturbance-free model and disturbance effect can be recovered exactly from disturbance-corrupted input-output data without direct measurement of the periodic disturbances. The rich information returned by the identification can be used by an iterative learning or repetitive control system to eliminate unwanted periodic disturbances. Those can be helped to apply to the multiple dynamic systems for precision quality assurance.

Korea augmentation satellite system (KASS) is the Korean satellite based augmentation system (SBAS) developed by ministry of land, infrastructure, and transport (MOLIT) since 2014. Since KASS is the safety critical system that can affect to the safety of airplane, the software of KASS is developed according to the DO178B software level induced from safety analysis. In case of KASS control station (KCS), most of the software of KCS get assigned software level E in DO178B. In that case, ECSS-Q-ST-80C category D is assigned as a software product assurance standard. In this paper, the software related standard ECSS-E-ST-40C, ECSS-Q-HB-80-04A are analyzed to satisfy ECSS-Q-ST-80C and as a result the software product assurance activities regarding software life cycle and the software quality model, metric is proposed for the product assurance of the KCS software.

품질 관리의 목표는 최종제품의 품질 보증에 있다. 이러한 목표를 달성하기 위해서는 품질 특성이 명확해야 하며, 동시에 품질 특성치에 영향을 주는 공정의 여러 변동 요인을 분명히 해야 한다. 실험계획법(Design of Experiments)은 특성에 영향을 미치는 여러 인자를 선정하며, 또한 이들의 관계를 알아보기 위한 실험을 실시하여 제품의 최적 제조조건을 경제적으로 찾아내는 기법이다. 본 연구에서는 실험계획법을 사용하여 유량을 최적화하는 요인을 선정, 얻어진 데이터를 통계적 방법으로 분석하여 최적의 조건을 나타내었다.

정보시스템 감리는 "정보시스템 통제"와 "소프트웨어 품질보증"에 있다. 각종위험과 통제로부터 최상의 품질을 위해 지원하는 기능을 한다. 시스템개발에 대한 개발감리는 민간감리법인에서 실시하고, 한국전산원은 주기적 점검감리인 운영감리와 정보기술감리인 성과감리를 지향해야 할 것이다. 학계에서는 감리인 양성을 위한 대학 내 학과를 개설하여 유망한 인재를 공기관과 감리법인, 협회에 배출시키고 감리인협회에서는 기술개발, 홍보활동으로 감리효과성을 극대화 해야함이 바람직할 것이다. 향후 감리제도의 발전적 연구로 정보시스템 감리의 품질향상과 활성화를 기대해본다. 그리고, 가장 중요한 것은 정보시스템감리 마인드 확산이다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the degree of product's qualify improvement by the effectiveness which is identified as worker's mindset improvement, a management ability improvement and quality system's establishment in the existing papers as well as the construction of a quality assurance system by acquiring the ISO 9000 series certification. In order to identify the product's quality improvement, the analysis of Garvin's eight dimensions of quality characteristics as well as the analysis a design quality improvement, a manufacturing quality improvement, a service quality improvement are conducted through this study.
