인쇄물 품질 관리는 일상에서 대두되는 인쇄인들의 기본 화두이다. 오프셋 인쇄의 품질 관리 편차 요소로는 기장의 눈, 공장 내 조명, 계절, 종이의 종류 및 질, 잉크와 약물, 기계 세팅, 장비의 자동화 정도이다. 특히 기장의 눈에 의존하는 품질 관리는 개인적인 주관이 많은 부분 포함되기 때문에 이러한 요인을 제외한 객관적이며 최적으로 적용할 수 있는 품질 관리는 품질 관리 장비를 통한 객관적인 데이타를 제공하는 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to compare the national quality regulation schemes among four countries, and to find out implications to Korean quality regulation system of social services. For this, this study fixed comparative criteria on national quality regulation schemes, and compared the quality regulation schemes of 4 countries such as England, United States, Singapore and Japan. By reviewing prior relevant studies, three criteria could be suggested.: the level of user centeredness, the effectiveness of regulatory enforcement and stability of operation system. All analysed nations share similarities in that they all eager to provide quality information to their service users and develop nationally acceptable quality standards of social services. On the contrary, differences are identified in the level of regulatory enforcement and establishment of independent body for national quality control. By these results, this study discussed the meaning of these findings and their implications on the development of Korean quality regulation system.

많은 기업에서 애써 외면하려고 하는 데이터의 품질이 비즈니스에 미치는 영향을 생각해 본 적이 있는가? 이 글에서는 데이터 품질을 평가하기 위한 요소와 현재 접근되고 있는 데이터 품질 관리의 한계점, 그리고 품질관리 프로젝트의 어려운 점을 분석해보며 이를 극복하기 위한 프레임워크를 제안한다.

This study aims to development of web-based process management system for spatial data construction. For developing this system work classification of basic surveying was standardized and quality management method for spatial data was established. Production process and work classification system for basic surveying such as control point surveying using GPS, leveling, aerial photographing, digital mapping, topographic mapping, digital elevation modeling, aerial photographic DB construction and digital orthophotomap was standardized. The status of the output and quality inspection for basic surveying project were analyzed, and the elements of quality inspection and data format for the type of outputs were analyzed. Based on standardized and analyzed contents, web-based process management system was developed after database and process was designed. The process management system consisted of process management, quality control, metadata management, and system management.

최근 와이브로와 3G를 기반으로 무선통신 서비스가 제공되면서 인터넷환경이 다양해지고 있다. 인터넷환경이 다양해지고 있지만, 통신서비스에 대한 품질관리는 주로 네트워크의 성능을 측정 관리하고, 동영상 화질을 관리하는 것이 일반적이다. 사용자의 만족도를 측정하고, 이를 통신서비스의 품질로 반영하기 위해서는 기존의 네트워크 성능이나 영상화질을 개별적으로 측정하는 방법에서 통신서비스에 영향을 미치는 여러 요소들을 하나로 통합하여 이를 측정하고 관리하는 모델이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 통합적인 통신서비스의 품질을 측정하기 위해서 TA(Task Allocation)을 정의하고, Task를 통신서비스의 품질을 결정하는 하나의 단위로 하여 네트워크 컴퓨팅 컨텐츠 세가지 TASK에 대한 최적배치를 통신서비스에 대한 품질요소로 정의하고 관리하는 모형을 연구하여 제안한다.

Quality is the core competence for customer satisfaction in current competitive business environments. The manufacturing companies regard the quality as the success factor in enhancing competitiveness and foremost concept of the management innovation. But in many cases, the basis for the quality management and the action programs are not prepared yet. In construction industry, normally schedule and cost have priority over quality and the level of overall quality is relatively lower than other industries. This is caused by the vague quality goal and result-oriented management. This study suggests the quality performance indicators for measuring performance objectively, and develops the continuous quality monitoring system based on those indicators. By using this system, the quality improvement can be expected and corporate quality competitiveness can be ensured.

최근 웹서비스의 사용은 응용 칸 통신과 상호운용성의 필요가 증가됨에 따라 빠르게 확장되고 있다. 웹 서비스는 SOA의 참조아키텍처로서 필요한 복잡한 연산 수행 컴포넌트를 표준인터페이스를 사용하여 결합하도록 한다. 그러나 웹서비스에 대한 분산 기업응용에 적용이 요구되고 있으며 이를 위해 위험요소분석, 대응정책 및 해결책에 대한 방안이 부재한 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 웹서비스의 품질관리를 위한 지능형 웹 서비스 품질 관리 아키텍처를 설계하고 웹서비스의 관리를 위해 온톨로지를 적용하여 운영할 수 있는 아키텍처를 제안한다.

In the digital information environment records have an even closer relationship with business processes and become a core element of organizations' managerial activities. In practice, management is represented as congregation of business outcomes. The importance of records management is increasingly emphasized in terms of organizations' compliance, knowledge-management and risk management. However, there is currently no academic discussion on a between records management and managerial activities. In this context, the study has the notion that this should be defined and acknowledged for public institutions' effective records management. Based on the Malcolm Baldrige Model and ISO 15489, the study discusses a close between records management and management quality. The records management elements of the Malcolm Baldrige model and the managerial quality elements of ISO 15489 were analyzed. Based on the analysis, both common and neglected elements were explored in terms of records management.
