Developing a component-based software requires verified and standardized software components. This paper presents a component quality management (CQM) process. The process was developed and applied to the government-sponsored trial projects that developed software components. The process is composed of four phases：quality specification, quality planning, quality control, and quality evaluation. With this process, we can establish quality goals and focus our efforts on the activities to achieve the goals. A component quality model is also suggested to transform the implicit quality requirements into the measurable quality goals and to be used for the basis when we evaluate the quality of software components against the quality goals.

디지틀 중심의 원자로 제어시스템 설계에서 소프트웨어 안전성이 중요한 현안으로 부각되고 있다. 컴퓨터기반의 디지틀시스템으로 설계되는 일체형원자로 MMIS에 적용하기 위한 소프트웨어 개발 계획은 이러한 현안을 만족하기 위해 개발할 필요가 있다. 본 논문은 소프트웨어 개발 계획을 소프트웨어 수명주기 설정, 정형화 기법 적용, 위해서도 분석 수행, 소프트웨어 시험 방법을 제시하였다. 본 논문에서 제시된 소프트웨어 개발 계획은 고품질의 소프트웨어 생산을 보장하며, 원자력 규제기관에서 요구하는 소프트웨어 안전성 보장 계획에 대한 규제사항을 만족한다. 본 논문의 소프트웨어 개발 계획을 바탕으로 추후 구체적인 수행방법, 지침, 절아, 문서화 등의 점차적으로 개발되어 일체형원자로 MMIS 소프트웨어 개발시 적용할 예정이다.

This paper is a generalization of single- and two-level skip-lot sampling plans to n-level, which can considerably reduce inspection cost when the level of submitted quality is high. In every skipping inspection of the generalized sampling plan, not only skipping parameters but also inspection fractions can be freely choosed. The general formula of the operating characteristic function for the n-level skip-lot sampling plan is derived. Also the operating characteristic curves of a reference plan, two-level and three-level skip-lot sampling plans are compared.

본 연구는 화상통신 시스템의 통신품질을 평가하는 데있어 감성공학적 평가방법을 체계화하고, 감성 simulator를 구축함을 그 목적으로 한다. 사회가 다원화되고 확대됨에 따라 멀티미디어 통신 시스템 의 설계 시 고려되어야 할 과제는 사용자에게 제공해야 하는 통화품질을 명확히 하고, 이것을 실현하 기 위해각종 통신설비의 품질을 구현하는 것이다. 본 연구는 멀티미디어 통신의 총아라고 할 수 있는 화상통신 시스템에 감성공학적 기법을 적용하여, 사용자가 만족할 수 있는 통신서비스 품질 설정을 위 한 체계적 방법론 및 표준 자료를 제공하기 위한 기초 연구이다. 설문지와 사전 등을 통하여 화상 통 신을 사용할 때 사용자가 느끼는 감성을 형용사의 형태로 정리하였다. 또, 유사한 화상통신 시스템의 사용 경험이 있는 사람들로부터 불만 사항을 조사하고, 연구진에 의하여 추출된 형용사에 대한 가중치 를 부여 하도록 한다. 이렇게 얻어진 불만 및 감성 항목은 화상통신 시스템의 설계요인으로 분해되어, 추후 수행될 감성실험의 실험 조건으로 결정되었다. 현재 감성실험을 수행할 수 있는 감성 simulator가 구현되었으며 추후 실험이 수행될 계획이다. 그 실험 결과는 감성과 설계요인들과의 관계를 밝히며, 고객이 느끼는 주관적 화상통신 품질을 평가하는데필요한 지침이 마련된다.

In this paper, chain-shaped multi-level skip-lot sampling plan is designed, which is a normal inspection plan between Choi(1993)'s tightened inspection plan and Choi(1995)'s reduced inspection plan. In every skipping inspection of the proposed plan, when designed numbers of consecutively inspected lots are accepted, switch to the next skipping inspection, and when a lot is rejected, switch to the skipping inspection of two-level lower. Also, the formulae of the operating chareacteristic function, average sampling number and average outgoing quality for the proposed skip-lot sampling plan are derived using the morkov chain approach and their properties are studied and graphically compared with those of the other multi-level skip-lot sampling plans.

To develop high quality software, quality control plan is required about fault correction that is latent within software. We should describe fault correction profile properly for this. The tank and pipe model performs complex processes to calculate fault that is remove and escapes. Also, we have to know in which phase the faults were inserted, removed and escaped and know the fault detection rate at any phases. To simplify such complex process, this paper presented model to fault filtering concept. Presented model has advantage that can describe fault more shortly because need not to consider whether was involved in fault that escaped fault is inserted at any step at free step. Also, presented effort estimating model that do fetters in function of fault removal quality and productivity measure and is required in fault detection.

본 연구는 데이터 품질개선을 위해 사용자들에게 베타데이터 관리 시스템 사용의도에 영향을 줄 수 있는 주요 요인들이 무엇이 있는지 식별해보고 요인간의 관련성을 분석 하였다. 최근 이슈화고 있는 Data Architecture, Data Integration, Data Quality 프로젝트를 계획 또는 경험이 있는 조직 IT담당자들을 대상으로 메타데이터 관리 시스템 사용의도 설문을 하였고, SPSS를 이용하여 통계적 희귀분석을 수행하였다. 분석에서 이를 설명하는 연구모형으로 정보기술수용모델(Technology Acceptance Model:TAM)을 적용하였으며, 사용 용이성(Perceived easy of use), 유용성(perceived usefulness)에 영향을 주는 외생변수로는 개인의 데이터 품질개선의도, 동기부여, 조직의 지원 등으로 나타났다. 분석결과 데이터품질 개선의도가 시스템 사용의도에 영향이 있음을 실증하였고, 사회적 요인(동기부여, 조직의 기원) 모두 유용성에는 영향을 미쳤으나 사용 용이성에는 유의하지 많은 결과를 보였다. 이 연주에서는 조직이 데이터 품질 개선을 위해 메타데이터 관리시스템을 사용하고자 할 경우 고려사항과 향후 사용자 관점의 기술수용들을 확장된 연구를 수행하여 데이터품질 개선에 방안들을 탐색할 것을 제안하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 급변하는 의료환경에 효과적으로 대처하기 위하여 우리나라 병원들을 대상으로 미국의 말콤 볼드리지 국가 품질상 (The Malcolm Bladrige National Quality Award)모형 중 의료분야 평가모형을 이용하여 우리나라 병원들의 의료품질을 평가하였다. 이를 위해 미국의 말콤 볼드리지 국가품질상의 평가기준인 리더십, 전략 계획, 측정${\cdot}$분석, 지식관리, 인적자원 중심, 프로세스 관리, 환자${\cdot}$고객, 시장중심, 결과의 7개 항목을 이용하여 평가 항목들 간에 어떠한 인과관계가 있는지를 분석하고자 한다.

서비스 경제의 확산과 경쟁심화라는 현 시점에서 서비스품질은 조직의 장기적인 핵심 가치로 판단되는 것이 타당하며, 조직은 서비스품질을 확보하여 재무성과를 향상시켜야 할 것이다. 조직의 성과는 유/무형의 재무적 요소로 표현되나 이러한 재무성과의 성공과 실패는 리더십, 전략, 고객만족, 정보와 지식, 인적자원, 프로세스 등의 유기적인 체계에 의해 좌우된다. 본 연구에서는 한국표준협회 한국서비스대상의 평가지표를 기본 구조로 하여 평가 지표가 실행과제의 내용을 구성할 수 있도록 지표를 세분화 하고 서비스품질의 개선을 통해 경영성과의 증진을 도모하는 일련의 방법론과 프로그램을 개발한다. 연구의 결과는 기업이 전사적 측면에서 서비스품질 활동을 위한 지표개발로부터 실행계획수립까지의 과정에서 필요한 가이드라인 혹은 실질적인 평가 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.
