The aim of this study lies in seeking the desirable countermeasure for the QC Circle Activities in Stagnation, through the componative study of QC Circle Activities in the companies of the two nations Korea and Japan. This study will be treated in the various aspects, for example, the motives of the initation of QC Circle, aim of the activities, themes of QC meeting, meeting time, the extent of support of superior of staff, over times payment, the cause of mactivity, etc. And according to the data and experience, the reasonable way of QC Circle Activities will be suggested.

현대의 기업 활동을 위한 시장 상황은 제품에 대한 글로벌 환경규제가 갈수록 강화되어가고 있으며, 기업들은 생존을 위해서는 다양한 환경규제에 능동적으로 대응하며, 기업의 지속적인 성장을 모색해야 하는 것이 현실이다. 본 연구 논문에서는 글로벌 환경 정책의 변화 트랜드를 살펴보고, 글로벌 핵심 환경 규제 및 지침인 RoHS, WEEE, EuP, REACH 및 ISO 14000 환경경영시스템 등 국내기업들이 각종 환경 규제에 대응하기 위해서 구축하고 있는 환경관리 정보시스템들에 대하여 그 종류 및 형태를 살펴보고, 효율적인 환경관리정보시스템(EMIS) 구축을 위한 방안을 도출하였다.

6시그마는 현재 전 세계를 강타하고 있는 경영철학이며 그 적용분야가 산업 전 부문에 이르고 있다. 현재까지 국내에서의 6시그마 활동을 보면 대부분 제조업 중심으로 이루어져 왔다. 그러나 실제로 우리나라 산업을 살펴보면 서비스업이 차지하는 비중이 대단히 높으며 그렇기에 충분한 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 대표적 서비스 기업인 A호텔에서 진행된 6시그마 프로젝트 중 에너지 비용절감 프로젝트에 관하여 소개하고자 한다.

This research is the analysis of using structural equation method in order to investigate the cause and effect relationship among the elements related to the innovation activity and the degree of the influence on that, and in order to make sure the sequential processes into the meaningful management performance for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of a various of innovation activities performing in the domestic small and medium enterprise. To perform this research, we surveyed CEOs, managers, workers working for manufacturing business, we distributed 250 sheets totally and withdrew 206 sheets. we analyzed 169 sheets that we could use for this research using SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 18.0 program.

한국남부발전(주) 영남화력발전소는 울산 경남지역 최초의 화력발전소로 1970~80년대 산업발전 중흥기부터 지금까지 산업분야에 안정적인 전력을 공급하기 위해 만전을 기해오고 있다. 또한 발전소건설 이후 체계적인 안전관리 활동을 통해 무재해 사업장으로서의 면모를 다져나가고 있는 것은 물론 안전선진문화를 선도하는 사업장으로서의 입지도 착실히 구축해 오고 있다. 영남화력발전소의 슬로건은 "창의와 역동적인 사업소 구현"이다. 그리고 다음과 같은 분야별 기본방침을 설정하여 모든 업무의 최우선에 적용하고 있다. 첫째, 안전분야로서 '인간존중, 인명중시, 3무(무재해, 무사고, 무상해) 달성', 둘째, 품질분야로서 '설비안전성 및 수익성 제고, 국제표준에 부합하는 물질 경영체제 구축', 셋째 환경분야로서 '환경경영 선진화로 녹색성장 추구 선도적 환경관리로 기업이미지 제고' 등이 그것이다. 인간존중의 이념을 최우선으로 내세우고 있다는 것을 볼 때 이곳이 안전경영을 얼마나 중시하고 있는지 쉽게 짐작해볼 수 있다. 화력발전소로서 규모가 크지는 않지만 구성원 모두가 가족적인 분위기 속에서 신명나는 직장분위기를 조성하려 노력한다는 한국남부발전(주) 영남화력발전소를 찾아가 봤다.

Purpose: This study investigates the role of authenticity in the effect of CSV activities of sports firms on corporate trust based on the attribution theory. Although many studies have been conducted on CSV, studies on the sports firms' CSV activities and their authenticity are insufficient. Methods: This study surveyed consumers who have experienced CSV activities of sports firms. The data were analyzed using structural equation model and hierarchical regression analysis. Results: The results showed that sports firms' CSV activities significantly affected corporate trust and authenticity played an important role in regulating the impact of CSV activities on corporate trust. The more authenticity was recognized by customers, the higher the performance of sports firms' CSV activities. Conclusion: These results imply that it is important to establish authentic CSV strategy, as performance of CSV activities is mainly determined by authenticity.

본 연구는 6시그마 경영기법의 건설업에 대한 적용 성과를 분석하고자 수행하였다. 이를 위하여 S 건설업체의 조직 및 인력별 6시그마 적용 프로젝트의 품질비용을 분석하고, S 건설업체의 임직원들을 대상으로 6시그마 경영에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 위와 같은 목적과 방법에 따라 진행된 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. : 1) S 건설업체의 6시그마 경영기법의 도입은 03년과 04년에 걸쳐 258건의 프로젝트를 수행하면서 품질비용 절감효과를 발생시켰다. 또한, S 건설업체는 6시그마 적용 전 시그마 수준이 업무 분야별 평균 2.8이었으나, 적용 후 평균 3.6으로 향상되었다. 특히, 공사 관리 분야는 적용 전 1.3시그마에서 적용 후 2.6시그마로 매우 높은 향상율을 보였다. 2) 6시그마 경영활동에 대한 업무수행 기대성과에 관한 분석결과 대다수의 직원들은 6시그마 경영이 비용절감 효과가 있으며, 품질향상에 도움이 되는 것으로 인식하고 있었다. 그러나 현 시점은 S 건설업체에 있어 6시그마 경영기법의 도입 초기단계이므로 업무처리의 효율성에는 큰 효과를 보이지 않는 것으로 조사되었다.

Mid-sized manufacturing companies, which account for 0.7%(5,480 companies), 13.8%(1.169 million persons) of total employment, and 15.7% of total sales, have recently experienced a lot of difficulties in management activities due to the impact of COVID-19, the U.S.-China trade war, and the collapse of global supply chains. To overcome this, revitalization of quality management activities to strengthen corporate competitiveness is emerging as an urgent task. In order for these quality management activities to achieve their intended purpose, the positive leadership of corporate managers is very important above all else. There have been many studies related to positive leadership, but most have focused on charismatic leadership and transformational leadership centered on large companies or small and medium-sized enterprises. Therefore, this study aims to present ways to strengthen the leadership of managers by empirically analyzing how the positive leadership of managers of mid-sized manufacturing companies, which was relatively under-researched, affects quality management activities and Business performance(Balanced Score Card; BSC).

경기도 안산시에 위치한 경기테크노파크(원장 배성열)는 '산업기술단지 지원에 관한 특례법' 에 의거해 현재 광역지방자치단체별로 설립된 전국 16개테크노파크중 하나다. 1998년 개원이후 유망벤처기업의 발굴육성을 비롯,교육 훈련,정보교류, 연구개발 등 중소기업을 위한 지원활동을 펼쳐왔으며 산업자원부 ,경기도, 안산시의 재정.행정지원을 바탕으로 한양대학교를 비롯한 인근 6개 대학을 연결해 경기도 중소기업을 위한 연구지원활동을 하고있다. 현재 59개 중소벤처기업이 입주해 있고 연구개발, 시제품 생산, 품질인증, 위탁생산, 마케팅, 경영컨설팅 등을 지원받고 있다. 경기지역의 명실상부한 첨단지식산업 육성의 요람으로 자리매김하고 있는 경기테크노파크를 찾아가본다.

건설업은 위험요소가 많은 업종 특성상 높은 재해발생율을 보이면서 정부에서도 많은 투자와 노력을 기울여 왔으나, 건설안전수준은 크게 향상되지 못하고 있다. 반면 선진국에서는, ISO에서 품질경영시스템과 환경경영시스템을 도입한 이후, 안전경영시스템에 대한 논의가 활발히 추진되고 있으며 안전에 관한 국가규격을 제정하는 등 안전활동이 크게 발전해 있다. 우리나라에서도 금년 7월부터 KISCO 2000프로그램이 시행되었지만, 건설업은 적용에서 제외되었다. 따라서 건설업에서의 안전경영시스템 적용 모델 개발 및 보급은 서둘러야 할 과제이다. 본 연구에서는 향후 건설업에 적용될 안전경영시스템 추진 모델을 개발하고 요건에 대응한 건설안전업무의 범위 및 문서화 체계작업, 그리고 추진과정을 제시하였다.
