공간정보 품질 표준을 활용하여 차세대 전자해도 생성과 검수과정에서 생각해야 할 절차와 단계를 정의하고 활용방안을 품질단계별로 가져야할 목표치를 설정한다. IS019157 표준을 프로파일링하고 단계별로 응용방안을 모색하기 위하여 전자해도 품질보증 작업 과정을 시뮬레이션하여 전자해도 품질활동의 개념을 확고히 하고자 한다.

This study purposed to contribute to systematic management of service quality of festival by developing scale of service quality. According to the result of this study, scale of service quality in festival was developed, which are composed of 26 measuring items in 8 factors. this study suggests major factors(program quality, experience, interaction as well as tangibles, agreeability, responsiveness, access, reliability related to SERVQUAL). This study has an academic meaning in that it developed a scale of service quality suitable to festival and a practical meaning that it provided foundation of customer satisfaction management.

미국 영상제작시장에서는 기획단계에서 충분한 시간, 비용투자와 여러 가지 검증방법을 통해, 아이디어를 거의 완벽하게 검증하고 있다. 최근에 사전시각화-프리비즈(previsualiztion)의 한 종류인 3D 씨네메틱스(cinematics)가 검증방법으로 활용되고 있다. 최신 컴퓨터 그래픽 기술을 이용하는 프리비즈는, 단기간에 저비용으로 제작자와 클라이언트들이 원하는 비주얼을 최종 결과물에 최대한 가깝게 구현하는 것을 목표한다. 고품질 프리비즈는 기획물에 대한 검증, 수정, 시장성타진 뿐만 아니라 프로덕션단계의 시행착오를 줄이는 가이드라인으로 쓰여, 프로덕션의 품질(quality)향상, 제작비 절감하는데 기여하고 있다. 이러한 기획에 대한 확실한 검증과정들이 미국의 영상제작산업을 세계최고 레벨로 올려놨다. 본 연구는 미국 영상제작시장에서 제작되고 있는 프리비즈의 동향과, 프리비즈 국내영상기획시장에서의 필요성, 기대효과를 연구하고자 한다.

This study investigates social commerce purchasing to identify motivation and satisfaction after purchasing DDS(Daily Deal Service) and verify the moderating effects on DDS for useful information about social commerce of the foodservice industry. A survey was carried out from February 10 until March 3 in 2011, and a factor analysis and a reliability test was conducted to a total of 263 copies from the survey using SPSS 12.0. The proposed research hypotheses were verified through a multiple regression analysis and a moderated regression analysis. The results are as follows. First, among the social commerce factors, information quality and service quality had a positive(+) effect on buying motives while information quality and food quality had a positive(+) effect on post-purchase satisfaction. Second, as for DDS(Daily Deal Service) of a foodservice company, information quality, food quality and service quality were shown to play a moderating role for buying motives. Finally, as for DDS (Daily Deal Service), information quality, food quality and service quality were verified to play a moderating role for post-purchase satisfaction.

The object of this study was to develop an index of service quality of waterparks and verify the validity and reliability of the index. This study represents the waterparks user population in 2009, and 250 people were extracted by using the purposive sampling method. In other words, five locations have major waterparks were chosen and 50 people per each location were collected. Conference, panel survey, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were performed to verify the validity of the questionnaire while item analysis, interrater reliability and internal consistency reliability were conducted to probate the reliability. Through these methods and procedures, the results of this study like these; (i) Validity of this index was significantly high and the index include amenity/cleanness, safety, price, programs, facilities, accessibility and promotion. Among them, amenity/cleanness was the major factor for the validity value; (ii) Reliability of this index was also high. There are high correlations between questions and fields and questions and total score. And the Cronbach's $\alpha$ values of the internal consistency reliability was over 0.603 except in the case of promotion which was below 0.6. After all the analysis, the index of service quality proved to be very proper and reliable index. Therefore, the major factors of service quality have to be figured out and reflected to the management innovation to improve service quality of waterparks.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the medical service quality of the nursing hospital on the inpatients' satisfaction, reuse intention and to verify the mediating effect of the inpatients' satisfaction. The subjects of this study were 255 male and female inpatients in Hiroshima in Japan. The collected data were used as a model of path coefficients obtained through analysis of covariance structure and hypothesis test. As a result of verification, level of medical team and medical service, reception, facility and fee of the medical service quality of the nursing hospital perceived by the inpatients showed a statistically significant positive correlation with the inpatients' satisfaction. The inpatients' satisfaction showed a statistically significant positive correlation with their reuse intention. The level of medical team and medical service, reception, facility and fee of the medical service quality of the nursing hospital perceived by the inpatients shows a statistically no significant positive correlation with the reuse intention. But, they show a statistically significant positive correlation with the reuse intention with the mediating effect of the inpatients' satisfaction. Finally, the result of this study is to confirm the effect of the medical service quality on the inpatients' satisfaction, reuse intention of the nursing hospital. In this process, it is meaningful to verify the role and function of medical service quality of the nursing hospital.

The DAPA (Defense Acquisition Program Administration) has been operating the DQ mark certification since 2012 to certify the superior technology and quality of munitions. On the other hand, the current DQ mark certification can not directly provide DQ mark certification to software because it is impossible to verify the quality of software alone. Therefore, this study analyzed domestic/overseas software quality evaluation/certification standards to find a way to verify the quality of software in the DQ mark certification. Among them, the method of applying the GS certification according to the international standard ISO/IEC 25000 series to the DQ mark certification was suggested as an improvement plan, and DQ mark certification verified the quality of software and provided certification. An attempt was made to expand the certification scope of DQ mark certification. This paper proposes that the DQ mark can be given to the system software by introducing GS certification to the DQ mark certification. To this end, an improved procedure for omitting the factory audit and verification by submitting a GS certificate for product evaluation is proposed. This is expected to increase defense exports using the granted DQ mark and improve the quality of defense software products through GS certification.

The intrusion prevention system solution is receiving the spotlight as the next generation security system. It is anticipated that the system will form a very active security market both domestically and overseas. Moreover, quality evaluation proving successful inspection of merchandises is required of domestic businesses seeking to operate in the international market, and general users also prefer those that have successfully passed inspection. This study has constructed a security quality evaluation model for intrusion prevention system by deriving and analyzing security quality evaluation items required by an intrusion prevention system solution and by classifying them in detail. The derived quality evaluation model will play an important role of assessing and improving the quality of intrusion prevention system.

As the issue of selling wine online has been raised in an attempt to implement FTA programs in a more effective way, wine will be available online in the near future in Korea. Thus, this study aimed at identifying key factors which will contribute to reduce various kinds of risks perceived by online customers, and investigating the structural relationships between those factors and perceived risks. Site quality of online wine shop(information quality, system quality), trust in online wine shop were selected as key predictors of perceived risks and research model was established using those factors. Data were collected from those who have experienced in using online wine store, and the research model was tested using valid data. Results of testing research hypotheses using data from survey respondents showed that information and system quality exerted an impact on trust in online wine shop. It was proven that information and system quality posited an impact on time risk whereas they was not related to performance and psychological risk. In addition, trust in online wine shop was shown to be related to time risk, performance risk, and psychological risk.

해양수산 연구개발사업으로 추진하고 있는 "초고속해상무선통신망 무선설비 다각화 및 통신연계 기술개발"은 LTE-M. 무선설비 다각화 개발, 선내 극한환경 대응 무선 M-IoT 기술개발, 선박 M-S2X 기술개발 및 통신망 품질검증 객관화 고도화 연구로 구분되어 추진되고 있다. 해당 논문을 통하여 관련 주요 추진성과를 공유하고 향후 계획을 제시하고자 한다.
