항로표지의 효율적인 설치를 위하여 항로표지 배치 대상 해역에 대한 사전 조사가 필요하며, 항로, 배후지역, 배후광 등을 고려하여 설치된 항로표지의 적절성을 검토하게 된다. 이러한 과정에서 항로표지 주변 환경을 재현한 항로표지 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 항로표지 배치를 위한 의사결정을 지원할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 항로표지 시뮬레이터의 중요한 요소인 해역DB의 주간 모델과 야간 모델 구축시 고려될 요소를 고찰하고 항로표지 시뮬레이터용 해역 DB 구축을 위한 최적 방안을 도출하였다.

다양한 소스에서 수집되고 연동되는 항로표지 상태 데이터에서의 이상탐지는 항로표지의 고장예측에 있어서 중요한 역할을 한다. 이 연구에서는 항로표지 고장예측 서비스를 위해 상태 데이터를 모델링하고 분석할 수 있는 기계학습 모델의 연구 방법을 소개한다.

본 논문의 목적은 우리들의 현실적 노면표지 형태가 그 강도, 종류 및 출현빈도 측면에서 드러내는 지속적 증대 내지 강화 경향성을 문제점으로 제기하면서, 이런 노면표지 형태와 운전행동 간의 관련성에 대한 심리학적 제반 이론들을 고찰해보고 아울러 여기서 상호 연관적 특성을 밝혀주는 하나의 적절한 모델을 개발해보고자 하는 데에 두었다 이 모델에서는 운전자의 사고예방이나 안전운행이 곡 필요한 수준의 노면표지 자극화(stimulation)를 통해 조성된 쾌적한 교통환경에서 보다 용이하게 가능하다는 점이 전제되고 있다. 우리가 인간행동을 총체적으로나 효과적으로 분석하는 데 있어서는 일반심리적이거나 행동주의적 제반 이론 관점이 다소 미흡하다는 점이 지적되었다. 반면에 보다 거시적이고 종합적인 통찰에 중점을 두고있는 형태주의 심리학이나 장 이론적 시각은 행동분석 시에 비교적 결실적인 것으로 밝혀졌다 노면표지 자극의 양상여하가 운전자에게 스트레스, 정보과부담, 과도한 심리적 각성상태 등으로 인해 부정적인 영향을 미친다는 점에서는 이런 문제점이 환경심리학적 고찰측면에서도 관심의 대상이 되고 있다. \"노면표지 조성화 양 관점 모델\"에서 시사되고 는 터이지만. 이 모델에서의 노면표지 형태가 이론적인 면에서 \"정서-인지적\" 인간관에 근거를 두고있어 궁극적으로 이것이 옳다면, 그것은 곡 필요한 최소한의 수준에 머물러야 한다는 것이다. 올바른 운전행동, 다시 말해 교통법규 준수 행동은 노면표지 양상 측면의 각종 자극적 강화대책보다도 오히려 실효성 있는 교통교육, 확실한 적발 단속과 엄중한 처벌대책에 상대적으로 훨씬 더 큰 비중을 두고있는, 바로 그런 운전자의 의식개혁을 통해 비로소 제대로 정착될 수 있기 때문이다. 이 모델의 타당성 여부는 후속적 실증연구를 통해 해명되어질 수 있을 것이다.

항로표지 관련기업은 장비 및 유지보수 기업 중심으로 구성되어져 있었으나, 최근 스마트 항로표지 현장시설 고도화 R&D 추진에 따라 항로표지의 핵심장치라고 볼 수 있는 전원시스템과 통신단말 개발 기업이 참여하고 있으며, 이 두 기업들의 향후 R&D 종료 시점에 개발 제품이 최종 상용화되어 판매될 수 있도록 다양한 형태의 비즈니스 모델 발굴 추진이 필요하다. 동 연구에서는 참여기업의 성장과 신사업 추진이 가능하도록 개발 제품 및 서비스에 대한 수요 시장의 요구와 제공 가능한 수준의 단계에서부터 전략계획 및 목표관리, 비용관리 및 시스템과 같은 툴을 활용하여 체계적이고 구체적인 접근이 가능할 수 있도록 다양하게 고려하여 B2G, B2B까지 발굴에 대해 연구해보고자 한다.

As we enter an era of emotional and endlessly competitive society, there has been a lot of changes happening to the styles and images of men, traditionally associated with strength and power. Today, the media is giving information on today's trendy men's styles and images to meet the growing demand by consumers, and giving appropriate gains in the process to all - both information providers and consumers. Generally speaking, the cover of a magazine represents the concept and image of the magazine. The cover model is closely tied with the symbolic image of the magazine, the current times, and what the general public wants. Therefore, research on the cover models of a lifestyle magazine has significance in that the current style trends will be able to be understood directly. The present research investigated the sexual images of men's magazine cover models. In carrying out the research, the sexual images were classified into the following: homosexual, cross sexual, metro sexual, and uber sexual. The research findings showed that uber sexual is the dominant sexual image in men's magazines in Korea, followed by metro sexual. In conclusion, the findings suggest an expansion of the traditional image of men, happening with the changes in traditional sex roles.

Aids to Navigation (AtoN) is a marine traffic safety facility used to facilitate the safe and efficient movement of shipping and enhance the protection of the marine environment by the regulations or guidelines of The International Association of Marine Aids to Navigation and Lighthouse Authorities (IALA). Our country is managing AtoN to provide consistent services for AtoN users, although an average of 141 AtoN accidents occur annually. An AtoN accident forces non-planned work on the managers to resort the function, and causes psychological anxiety for its users, ultimately resulting in economic losses. This study developed the Social Cost evaluation model of AtoN accidents. The model can be used to quantify the manager's economic activities related to the shutdown and recovery, as well as the cost associated with the inconvenience to AtoN users. The Social Cost evaluation model of AtoN accidents is proposed as the sum of the encounter cost, administration cost and risk cost.

본 논문은 실제 주행 도로영상에서 교통표지판을 검출하기 위하여 다중 색상 임계값 모델을 이용한 색상 분할 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 하나의 모델을 이용하는 기존의 색 분할 방법과 달리 다양한 조명 환경에서도 동작할 수 있는 다중 색상 모델을 사용한 방법이다. 모델 생성을 위해 각 조명 모델에 해당하는 학습용 데이터를 이용하여 모델의 임계값 범위를 추정한다. 이 과정에서 임계값의 범위는 상위 0.5%와 하위 0.5%를 제외한 픽셀 값 분포에서의 최대 및 최소값으로 결정한다. 제안한 방법을 이용하여 다양한 조명 상태에서의 교통표지판도 검출이 가능하다.

국제수로기구는 전자해도 표준을 개정하기 위해 S-100 기반 범용수로데이터 모델을 개발하였고, 국제항로표지협회는 항로표지, PNT, VTS, AIS 도메인의 정보교환을 위해 S-200 시리즈 정보교환 표준개발을 결정하였다. 항로표지 정보는 전자해도, 등대표, 항행통보를 구성하는 중요 정보로서, 항로표지의 현황과 상태 정보는 항해사의 해사안전정보 준비에 있어서 필수라고 할 수 있다. 국제항로표지협회와 국제수로기구는 각 도메인의 해양정보 교환표준 개발 현황을 공유하고 특히 항로표지 정보교환 표준개발 협력을 위해 공동 워크숍을 개최였다. 공동 워크숍에서는 S-201, S-125, S-124 등의 표준개발 사항을 논의하고, 항로표지 정보 제작 및 서비스에 대한 공감대를 형성하였다. 본 연구에서는 항로표지 관련 정보표준 개발 현황을 기술하고, IALA/IHO 공동 워크숍 주요 결과를 정리 하였다. 또한 공동 워크숍 후속 조치의 일환으로 항로표지 정보 제작 및 서비스에 관한 실해역 데모 방안을 소개 한다.

Traffic sign recognition plays an important role in solving traffic-related problems. Traffic sign recognition and classification systems are key components for traffic safety, traffic monitoring, autonomous driving services, and autonomous vehicles. A lightweight model, applicable to portable devices, is an essential aspect of the design agenda. We suggest a lightweight convolutional neural network model with residual blocks for traffic sign recognition systems. The proposed model shows very competitive results on publicly available benchmark data.

해양정보의 디지털화, e-Navigation 개념의 해양서비스 개발, 차세대 전자해도 도입, 자율운항선박 기술 개발 등 해양 분야의 주요 이슈에 대응하여 핵심 항해안전지원 시설인 항로표지 역할 변화가 요구되고 있다. 특히 국제항로표협회(IALA)의 해양자원명(MRN) 지침과 항로표지 정보교환 표준(S-201) 개발을 통해 항로표지 정보의 디지털화와 정보 서비스화를 강조하고 있으며, e-Navigation 개념의 해양 서비스 개발을 논의 중이다. 본 연구에서는 현행 항로표지 정보시스템 현황을 분석하고, 국가 연구개발 사업으로 추진 중인 스마트 항로표지 및 정보협력 시스템의 구조를 분석하였다. 또한 항로표지 기본 및 수집정보를 이용한 항로표지 정보 서비스 종류를 식별하고 서비스 운영개념을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 항로표지 정보 서비스 운영개념에 따라 항로표지 정보 서비스 센터 구축 및 국제 정보표준 개발 활동이 추진되어야 할 것으로 사료 된다.
