With the introduction of ISDN network, the D channel protocol has bee defined as a signalling method for ISDN user-network interface. Therefore the NT2(Network Termination 2) which carry out concentration and switching function, must process the D channel related information. This paper describes how the D channel protocoal is applied and implented in a small ISDN subscriber concentrating system that has NT2 functions. The application protocol proposed is addressed taking into consideration the compatibility with ISDN standard facilities, TE(Terminal Equipment) or ET(Exchange Terminator), This protocol has been implementes using a general multitask operating system and it has the features of the minimized information processing and the simpified algorithm which are suitable for a small system. Its application programs are divided into various tasks to facilitate the addition and the modification of function. In this paper, we briefly outline the protocol defined in CCITT and show the application protocol that has fitted in a small concentrating system with NT2 functions. Also we present the experimental results and implementation method of this protocol.

As various smartphones users are increasing rapidly, the more contents they keep in their devices, however, the larger necessity for the effective and easy management of their files they want. To satisfy this need, we propose an integrated multimedia files management system, H5Station. By using H5Station client, users can connect to the H5Station server running on their own PC, and manage their multimedia files effectively, and enjoy every file they have. The H5Station client is developed by using HTML5 standard technology. Therefore H5Station client can run on any HTML5-supported browser. Main functions of the H5Station are as follows: configuring user settings, charting the distribution of user files, upload/download/deletion of files, synchronizing files' metadata between client and server, playing user-selected files, searching files users want, and finally creating user-customized buttons. Through these functions, users can easily find, play, and manage their multimedia contents at any place and anytime.

The air logistics process is complex and needs many informations because various agencies participate in the logistics service and many stakeholders in air logistics. But it is hard to improve the infra of facilities because of an enormous expense, so air logistics process has to simplify for growing air freight. Nevertheless some documents are same, they should be changed due to different format. Also documents have to change even though different documents have same informations. Consequently, errors are increased because the names of the same data are different from each other and stakeholders have to reproduce the documents. In order to mitigate these problems, we selected documents and analyzed document data for the interface optimization in general air logistics process. Next, we unified the data names and defined contents of data. Also we set the type of the defined data on DB type, and gave the code to the defined data. It made easy to exchange informations among the stakeholders to match documents corresponding with the defined data. Finally, the simulation of air logistics processes was performed the quantitative analysis of the data that occur in the air logistics. In conclusion, we expect to reduce the inefficiency such as reproduction of data and the errors by improving the interface of information.

Service-Oriented Architecture(SOA) is improving rapidly in IT Environment. Enterprise companies interest in implementation infrastructure based on SOA to adapt quick changes of large and complex distributed environment. SOA is a component model that inter-relates the different functional units of an application, called services, through interfaces and contacts between theses services. In this paper, we studied the concept of the relationship between SOA and standard web service core and therefore, we model the web service based on SOA. We implemented the application and business service architecture using web service that include the XML and SOAP. We confirmed that how the each SOA characters like interoperability, reusability, scalability and flexible business process adapted to web service and present a web service modeling that is maintained the neutrality using loose service coupling through the method of service model process and web service architecture designing methodology based on SOA.

Recently, as advancing the technologies for Web 3D and Virtual Reality, the studies have been progressed actively to provide three dimensional information on the web. Especially, the various applications for providing urban information in 3D space have been developed using EAI(External Authoring Interface) that serves an interface between VRML(Virtual Reality Modeling Language), standard language for embodying virtual reality, and JAVA applet in HTML. In this study, as constructing 3D virtual city information using Digital Map, IKONOS satellite image, VRML and so on, we could provide users which need several information with building location and various urban living information. In addition, applying 3D skills such as texturing, panorama and navigation, users were enabled to perform various route searching and scenery analysis. Finally, to serve urban living information in real time, we designed to search information faster through interfacing database and to update data using ASP(Active Server Page) on web.

Although the data service of the digital broadcasting has been regarded as the representative service of the broadcasting and communication convergence, it, however, has failed to gain the popularity with the viewers due to the viewer's viewing modality of focusing only on the TV programs. Based on the experts' opinions that the data service should step up so that using a data service while watching a TV program creates a synergy effect, the paper proposes a method for allowing a data service to utilize the information of a TV program. The method has a tool for describing the information of a TV program's content, which changes as time goes on and provides a mechanism for transmitting the information in the way compatible to the digital broadcasting standard. As an application of the method, with a domestic data service developing company, we have developed a ticker data service that shows the information (e.g., actors, places, sponsors, etc.) of a drama.

The network-wide performance management is crucial for maintaining the quality of network services, which requires the collection and monitoring the performance data at individual network nodes. Most of the public networks, however, are composed of diverse, heterogeneous network nodes that are managed by various types of proprietary management systems with a conventional operator console and embedded management functions, which makes it difficult to implement the integrated performance management systems. Even though the developments of TMN (Telecommunication Management Network) based management systems are being attempted, the little work has been done in performance management area. In this paper, we propose the performance monitoring architecture for ATM switches using the 0₃ object model and describe how to implement the TMN-based performance prosy agent for ATM switching systems. The proposed performance proxy agent provides the TMN standard performance management interfaces by translating the proprietary performance management functions, which eventually leads to network-wide integrated performance management.

The application service to use recently an electronic tag have been activated. Therefore research about a data processing of an electronic tag have been processed widely. Therefore, object information to be collected efficiently from various former tag for requesting a data processing of XML based on used widely in Web. For this EPCIS defined the standard interface to share EPC relation data. Currently, Core Event Type of EPCIS defined the Core Type to need in EPC network currently and Types about a business context do not define according to Apply field. We apply to EPC network to a specific business We need the type about the information which defines with Core Event Type. in this paper. We are defining an reusable object type which is used often in a business area. in this way design the schema based to an object information data model of a marine logistics apply to the object type to define in this way and Core Event Type to define EPCIS Specnt.

Home-Network is an integrated network of the PC and all electric home appliances in the home so that they can communicate with each other. In the 21th century, here are various technology for home Network environment such as HomePNA, IEEE1394, Ethernet Lan and Bluetooth. For Home Network construction, generally, the standard series interface 'RS232' is used to make communication possible between electric home appliances. However Home network using RS232 has a problem. That is, All machines have to be connected to each other with RS232 using Point-to-Point mode. In this case, the system becomes complicated because we have to use circuits as much as there are machines and increased expenses. To improve this problem, In this thesis, designed home network using RS422 Multi-drop mode serial communication and controled it with embedded linux system. And connected RS422 with motors and sensors using PIC to make the home network virtual environment.

Rolling noises during train operation are caused by vibration excited from irregularities of surface roughness between wheel and rail. Therefore, a proper measurement and analysis techniques of acoustic roughness between wheel and rail surface are required for transmission, prediction, and analysis of the train rolling noise. However, since current measuring devices and methods use trolley-based manual handling devices, the measurements induce unstable measuring speed and vibrational interface that increases errors and disturbances. In this paper, a new automatic rail surface exploring platform with a speed controller has been developed for improving measurement accuracy and reducing inconsistency of measurements. In addition, we propose a data integration method of the rail surface roughness with multiple homogeneous displacement sensors and verified the accuracy of the integrated data through standard test-bed railway track investigation.
