협회는 표준화 최고 의결기구인 기술총회 제7차 회의를 지난 11월 24일 한국통신연구개발단 세미나실에서 갖고 단체표준 39건과 기술총회 운영세칙 개정(안) 그리고 ''94년도 표준화 과제(안)을 의결하였다. 기술총회 위원과 분과위원회 위원 등을 포함하여 50여명의 관계자들이 참석한 가운데, 협회 문영환 사무총장은 국내 통신기술의 발전을 위해 노고를 아끼지 않으신 여러 위원들의 노고를 치하하며, 국제표준화 활동의 적극 참여는 통신산업의 국제화를 위해 반드시 필요하다는 것을 강조하면서 산$\cdot$학$\cdot$연 전문가 여러분들의 적극적인 참여와 꾸준한 노력을 다시 한번 당부하였다. 이번 총회는 최상일 기술총회 의장의 선언으로 개회되어, 장명국 표준화2국장의 TTA표준 제정절차 소개와 국가권고표준 신청에 대한 결과보고가 있었으며, 각 위원회별로 제출한 TTA 단체표준(안)에 대한 실무위원장들의 요약보고에 따른 의제 토의활동에 들어갔다. 본고에서는 제7차 기술총회 의결안건으로 제안된 단체표준(안), 기술총회 운영세칙(안) 및 ''94년도 표준화과제 승인(안)과 ''93년도 표준화 추진현황 내용을 간략히 소개한다.

국제표준화기구(ISO)에서는 장비에 대한 표준화작업을 ISO/TC172에서 관리하고 있으며 산하의 전문위원회인 SC6에 속해있는 ISO17123 $1{\sim}8$은 주로 측량장비의 정밀도를 참조할 때 인용되는 표준으로 그중에서 ISO17123-8: GNSS field measurement systems in real-time kinematic(RTK)은 GNSS의 RTK 정확도평가방법으로서 약식시험절차와 엄밀시험절차를 규정하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 ISO17123-8의 규격을 분석하고 이 규격에 따라 GPS RTK Test-bed를 시험구축하고 정확도 평가방법에 따라 관측값 Testing하는데 목적이 있다.

최근에 음성언어장애에 대한 언어치료사의 평가 및 치료 활동이 활발히 이루어지고 있으나, 음성평가 기준 및 치료 자료가 충분치 않은 것이 현실이다. 음성 평가를 실시할 때에도 각 치료실마다 음성 평가에 사용하는 장비가 달라 결과물의 해석에 다소 차이가 있으며, 또한 같은 장비를 사용함에도 불구하고 음성 자료를 수집하는 방법에 있어서 표준화된 절차 및 자료에 따라 평가를 하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 표준화된 측정절차에 대한 요구는 개인적인 기준으로 좌우될 수 있는 주관적인 평가에서는 더욱 절실하다. 음성의 지각적 평가에서 중요한 측면 중에 하나는 음성의 질에 정확한 판단 및 이에 대한 자료공유 및 정보교환이다. 현재 음성의 질에 대한 측정평가를 위해 제일 많이 사용되고 있는 방법 중 하나가 GRBAS 방법이 간편하여 임상적으로 많이 사용하나 음성의 질에 대한 세밀한 평가를 하는 데는 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 음질을 평가하는데 있어서 자주 사용되는 음질 용어에 대한 우리말 용어를 통일의 필요성의 시급한 실정에 기초하여 이를 대표할 수 있는 음성샘플 자료의 구축마련을 위한 일종의 발제이다. 이러한 작업을 통해 각 음성 및 언어치료실에서 음성의 질에 대한 청지각적 평가에 공통 기준을 마련하고, 임상교육 적인 목적으로 청지각적 훈련 자료로 이용이 가능할 수 있으리라 사료된다. This paper suggests to standardize railway accident restoration types as the standardized code and to develop standard operation procedures(SOP) for the efficient railway accident management and recovery system. First of all, occurred damage types as the existing railway accident types in both domestic and foreign cases have been carefully analyzed and then reclassified. Therefore, this study suggested the combination of 3 distinct code factors: restoration class, restoration object, and restoration location to standardize them. In addition, temporary restoration SOP will play a major role in the railway accident batabase management system and SOP for the damage limitation and the prevention of accident spread.

본 논문에서는 과거 절차 지향적으로 개발 된 함정 전투체계을 표준화 된 새로운 전투체계 소프트웨어로 변화 시키는 방안을 제안한다. 최근 전투체계 소프트웨어는 새로운 장비의 추가와 기능 변경으로 수정이 빈번이 일어나고 있다. 이러한 확장성관련문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 객체 지향 프로그래밍 및 디자인 패턴을 사용하여 전투체계 소프트웨어를 확장성과 유지보유성이 우수한 소프트웨어로 변경하는 방법을 연구하고 실제로 전투체계 소프트웨어 중 교전 모듈에 적용하는 과정을 보여준다. 그리고 함정전투체계에 이러한 표준화를 적용할 경우 어떠한 효용성이 있는지에 대하여 알아본다.

본 고에서는 이기종 네트워크 환경에서의 심리스 핸드오버 기술에 대한 기술 분석 및 관련 표준화 동향에 대하여 기술한다. 이기종 네트워크에서의 심리스 핸드오버 기술로 대표적인 IEEE 802.21 Working Group에서 표준화를 진행해온 Media Independent Handover 기술에 대한 참조 모델, 서비스, 프로토콜 및 이기종 네트워크간 핸드오버 절차를 중심으로 살펴본다. 최근 표준화 동향 파악을 위해서 2007년 10월 기준으로 IEEE 802.21 Working Group 및 IEEE 802.11u Task Group의 표준화 현황과 핵심 이슈를 정리하며, 그간 3GPP 표준과 연계한 MIH 기술 적용 현황 및 향후 추진시 고려할 사항에 대하여 기술한다. 또한, IEEE 802.21 Working Group 내 신규 그룹인 Multi-Radio Power Conservation Management Study Group과 Security Study Group의 진행상황에 대하여 살펴본다.

네트워트를 이용한 비대면 거래의 활성화와 국경을 넘는 다양한 인적 교류로 인해서 개인의 신원을 증명하는 사회적 기술적 수요가 나날이 급증하고 있으며, 더욱이 핀테크의 활성화와 국제적으로 벌어지고 있는 테러 등의 위협 등은 개인의 신체적 특징에 기반을 둔 바이오인식 기술의 발달을 촉진 시키는 계기가 되었다. 바이오인식 기술은 전자여권의 예와 같이 국가간에 바이오인식 정보를 활발하게 주고 받아야 하는 상황이고, 더욱이 개인의 신체적 특징정보를 취득하여 등록하는 국가와 국경통제 등을 위하여 개인의 바이오인식 정보 등을 취득하여 인증하는 국가가 상이한 경우가 대부분이다. 따라서, 바이오인식 정보간의 호환성을 유지하기 위한 표준과 이를 평가하기 위한 표준적합성 평가기술, 일정 수준의 보안강도를 유지하기 위한 표준화된 성능 평가 절차와 보증 수준, 바이오인식 정보를 응용한 개인인증 기술, 프라이버시와 밀접하게 연관 되어 있는 바이오인식 정보의 보호를 위한 표준 등이 다양하게 수행되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 바이오인식 표준화를 위한 국외 표준화 기구를 소개하고, 각 기구별 표준화 현황을 살펴본다.

The proof of a cellular phone used to a crime important data of a criminal investigation and legal judgment become. A lot of on a process use the file format that do not become that is kind of various cellular phones and model pipe, and collect criminal proof, and to analyze be difficult. Also, standardization is not made, and can be adopted on procedures from confiscation search processes regarding a cellular phone to integrity extractions of Forensic data in courts in the confiscation criminal investigation spots. Standardize confiscation search procedures of a cellular phone at these papers. Use a radio waves interception envelope and radio waves interception device for a movement which a security does integrity of criminal on-site cellular phone confiscation search data by standard procedures, and was devoted to. Analyze corroborative facts of a cellular phone seized, and verify integrity, and present problems regarding cellular phone confiscation search procedures and measures, and will contribute in development of Mobile Forensic through integrity damage experiment.

This study aims to examine the current procedure of the adequacy review system of public standards for records management developed and disseminated by the National Archives of Korea and to explore improvements to utilize them as basic data to solidify the operation of standards. The study identified the shortcomings of the system with examples of international standards and Korean industrial standards. It also analyzed the history of standardization promoted by the National Archives of Korea. The analysis showed that most of them are simple revisions, such as changes of terminology and standard names according to law amendment. The frequency of standardization by standard also showed a significant difference. In addition, it was found that the adequacy review process or results were not disclosed clearly. As such, the study proposes various improvements to solve these problems, namely, improving standardization for the records management system, establishing detailed procedures for deliberation, and establishing evaluation standards for adequacy reviews.

The purpose of this study is to investigate whether standardized patient(SP) can be used as a reliable examiner in Objective Structured Clinical Examination(OSCE). 4 SPs and 4 faculties who have more than 2 years experience of OSCE scoring were selected. For 1 assignment 2 members of faculty and 2 SPs were designated as raters. SPs were educated for assessing 2 technical skills, male Foley catheter insertion and wound dressing, for 8 hours (4 hours / day, each topic). The definition, method, cautions and complications for each of procedural skills were covered in the education. Theoretical lectures, video learning, faculty demonstration and practical training on mannequins were employed. The 8 raters were standardized for an hour with simulated OSCE scoring using previous videos on the day before the OSCE. Each assessment was composed of 14 checklists and 1 global rate. The allotted time for each assignment was 5minutes and for evaluation time 2 minutes per student. The evaluation from the faculty and SPs were compared and analyzed with the GENOVA program. The overall generalizability coefficient (G coefficient) was 0.839 from two cases of OASTS. The reliability of the raters was high, 0.946. The inter-rater agreement between faculty group and SP group was 0.949 for checklist and 0.908 for global rating. Therefore SPs can play a role of raters in OSCE for procedural skills, if they are given the appropriate training.
