The standardization of learner information is needed for exchanging learner information in e-learning system with another educational institution. And also it is needed for providing customized educational service to the learner's characteristics. The purpose of this study is to develop standardization model of learner information that is focused learner's characteristics and performance in higher educational situation. Earlier researches related to the standardization of learner information are analyzed and added some ideas from instructional theory for dealing with meaningful information about learners. The draft standardization model of learner information with 33 of items in 3 areas is proposed. For the validation of this model proposed, we surveyed from 26 of universities that have been experienced e-learning service. It was divided into mandatory and optional items to the result of the survey.

In Korea, a master plan for records management standardization has been established and implemented by National Archives of Korea in a short manner comparing with other countries which pursued the standardization gradually in a long-range policy. But many standards developed under the plan has being criticized in terms of standards quality and their effectiveness by records managers in public sectors. According to the needs of systematic standardization strategy development to overcome the problems, it proposes a model for developing standardization strategy for records management, which is considering strategic goles, principles and 4 strategy areas to be reformulated. This model suggests the directions to select appropriate targets and priorities to be standardized, and to improve standardization procedure and policy framework as standardizing strategy's key points.

본 연구에서는, 수문해석모형과 국산 GIS 엔진인 HyGIS와 직접연계를 통해 자료수집 분석, 모의수행 및 결과도시를 일괄적으로 수행될 수 있도록 GIS-수문통합모형을 개발하였다. GIS 기반 수문모형의 자동화를 위해 유역 추출, 하도망 생성, 유출 매개변수의 산정 및 수문모형 진행을 필요한 모든 과정들에 대해서 사용자 인터페이스를 구축하고, 강우자료, 레이다/위성자료, 설계강우 조건으로부터 NGIS를 활용한 수문분석을 위한 NGIS자료의 표준화 과정을 제시하였다. 수문해석을 위한 유역추적방법에는 Clark, SCS, Snyder 방법, 하도추적방법에는 Muskingum, Muskingum-Cunge 방법 등과 같은 실제 실무분야에서 많이 이용되는 방법들이 이용 가능하도록 구성하였다. 수문모형과 NGIS DB와의 Interface 기능을 활용하여 국내 실무분야에 적용함에 있어 편의성과 실용성을 갖춘 모형을 개발을 통해, 수문모형 구축 시 NGIS 자료 및 지형 DB의 표준화 과정을 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문은 현재 공동주택에서는 주소를 표기할 때 지번 뒤에 상세주소를 표기하여 단지 내에서 개별적으로 일관성 없는 세부주소로 사용하고 있는 문제점을 보완하기 위해 상세주소 표기 표준화 모형을 제시하였다. 공동주택별로 그 표기방식이 다양해 같은 동을 가동, 101동, 1동, A동, 에이동 등으로 사용하고 있었으며, 같은 층, 호를 지하1층, 지1호, 비01호, B01호,B1호, 1호, F02호 등과 같이 다양하게 표기하는 등, 비정형화로 인한 문제점이 제기 되고 있다. 비정형화로 인한 위치검색 및 위치파악 등의 애로사항으로 행정업무의 자료호환 등의 문제점이 발생하고 있어 표준화된 모형개발이 현실적으로 요구됨에 따라 본 연구에서는 공동주택인 아파트, 연립주택, 다세대주택을 중심으로 상세주소 표기 건축물에 대한 전문가 설문조사를 실시하여 상세주소의 표기방식에 대한 표준화 모형을 개발하였다.

본 고에서는 유럽의 정보 기반구조(EII, European Information Infrastructure) 표준화 관련 최신 기술 동향을 소개한다. EII 표준화는 현재 개념정립 단계를 지나 세부 표준화가 정립되고 각 과제별 추진 계획이 수립된 상태다. 정보 기반구조의 모형인 $\ulcorner$Enterprise Model$\lrcorner$과 모델 내 각 요소들간의 인터페이스 정의, 그리고 이들 인터페이스들로부터 표준화 $\ulcorner$하이웨이$\lrcorner$의 설정을 통한 세부 표준화 계획을 설명하고, 정립된 33개 세부 과제의 현황을 기술하였다.

Among data mining techniques, the association rule is one of the most used in the real fields because it clearly displays the relationship between two or more items in large databases by quantifying the relationship between the items. There are three primary quality measures for association rule; support, confidence, and lift. We evaluate association rules using these measures. The approach taken in the previous literatures as to estimation of association rule number has been one of a determination function method or a regression modeling approach. In this paper, we proposed a few of non-linear regression equations useful in estimating the number of rules and also evaluated the estimated association rules using the quality measures. Furthermore we assessed their usefulness as compared to conventional regression models using the values of regression coefficients, F statistics, adjusted coefficients of determination and variation inflation factor.

다차원 범주형 자료를 표준화된 링차트로 구현하면, 자료에 적합한 모형이 갖는 일차교호작용의 존재 유무를 파악할 수 있으며 또한 표준화된 조건부 링챠트를 통하여 동시에 두 개 이상의 일차교호작용의 존재유무를 발견할 수 있는데 3차원 자료에서는 최대 두 개의 일차교호작용항을, 그리고 4차원 자료에서는 최대 4개의 일차교호작용항의 존재를 파악할 수 있다.

본 연구에서는 기술표준원이 (주)코리아데이터네트워크에 의뢰하여 작성된 설문조사결과를 활용하여 기업의 표준화활동 결정요인을 분석하였다. 표준화활동을 유형(혹은 범주)에 따라 기업의 전사적 표준경영, 국내표준화활동, 국제표준화활동, 인증획득 등으로 구분하였고, 그 결정요인으로 기술혁신활동(R&D와 특허출원), 기업규모, 수출, 네트워크, 기업조직특성, 산업별 특성 등을 고려하였다. 분석된 표본은 제조업에 속한 636개 기업으로 정성적 분석방법인 로지스틱 회귀모형 (logistic regression)을 사용하였다. 분석결과, 첫째 기술혁신활동 변수 중 R&D집약도는 국제표준화활동을 제외하고 표준화활동에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 특허출원은 전사적 차원에서의 표준경영과 인증획득활동에 대해 정 (+)의 유의한 효과를 보여 주었다. 셋째, 소기업과 대기업보다는 중간규모의 기업에서 전사적 차원에서의 표준경영과 인증획득활동이 활발하다는 역U자 가설이 성립하는 것으로 분석되었다. 넷째, 표준화에 대한 경영진의 관심은 모든 표준화활동의 유형에 대해서 중요한 결정요인으로 나타났다.

본고에서는 사용자의 콘텐츠 이용 방법 및 선호 요소를 능동적으로 수용하고 반영하는 접근성 메타데이터 서술 및 그들의 정합을 실현하는 접근성 플랫폼 구성 개요와 모형을 제시하고 그것의 개발과 서비스에 적용될 표준화 가능 항목과 범위를 제안한다. 본 제안은 사용자 개인화 및 접근성이 제공되는 전자책, 사이버 가정학습, 디지털 교과서의 표준에 따른 제작에 기여할 것으로 생각한다.

OAIS Reference Model has become a basis for exchanging ideas and cooperating among institutions and various sectors concerned with digital archiving. It has been also recently approved as a new ISO standard. This paper reviews major concepts and issues that the reference addresses. It also introduces current activities of institutions and projects that have contributed to the development process of the model. Conclusion is devoted to address the importance of cooperation among cultural institutions. These institutions are taking the responsibility of preserving digital information for the long-term as authentic as possible and delivering it to the next generation.
