TTA에서는 2002년부터 매년 Rolling Plan으로서 정보통신기술 표준화 특성을 고려한 국내 중점 표준화 대상기술을 선정하여 기술표준화 로드맵을 수립하고 있다. 본 고에서는 지난 9월 18일$\~$19일 100여명의 전문가가 참가한 가운데 한국전산원에서 성황리에 끝난 정보통신 중점 기술 표준화 로드맵(2004판)(초안) 검토워크숍 결과를 토대로 현재까지의 진행 현황 및 향후계획을 소개한다.

이 보고서는 기술표준원에서 추진하는 친환경 물류표준화 로드맵 계획에서 친환경수송 하역부문을 중심으로 엄재균 교수의 책임 하에 철도기술연구원 이석 박사와 한국건설기계산업헙회 김태우 차장이 함께 작성하였다. 본 건은 기술표준원 에너지물류팀에서 추진하는 표준화 로드맵의 일부분으로 채택될 예정이어서 친환경 국가물류표준화의 장기적인 발전방향을 살펴보는데 도움이 될 것이다.

The objective of this research is to propose a e-learning standardization roadmap based on the future scenarios. First of all, a e-learning standardization committee was organized to collect ideas on the visions of the future e-learning, in which experts from the technological, educational, and standardization field were invited. They made a great contribution to the success of this research by furnishing us with valuable advices and feedbacks. The first step of the research was to survey the current e-learning standardization proposals suggested by some of standard organizations in and out of the country. We developed three 2015 scenarios for e-learning in elementary and secondary education, in university education, and in life-long education respectively by using a top-down roadmap development strategy. In the second step, we drew a new e-learning standardization roadmap v2 out of the future scenarios by gap analysis between the current and the future e-learning standardization elements. These future e-learning scenarios and e-learning standardization roadmap are very helpful to teachers or educational policy makers for understanding future e-learning and e-learning standardization.

국가나 기업이 보유한 기술을 국제 표준에 반영하기 위한 표준화 활동은 국가의 산업 발전은 물론 기업의 생존이 걸린 중요한 문제라고 할 수 있다. 그리고 21세기 지식정보사회에서 우리나라가 정보화를 조기에 실현하여 지식정보강국으로 도약하고, 세계 정보통신 시장에서 주도적인 위치를 확보하기 위해서는 정보통신시장을 주도할 핵심기술에 대한 국제 표준화를 추진하는 정보통신 표준화 전략 수립 및 체계적인 추진이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 기술로드맵 체계 및 표준화 로드맵 수립 사례를 분석하여 기술개발과 연계한 표준화 로드맵을 수립하기 위한 체계적인 접근방법과 체계(framework)를 제시하여 국내 개발기술의 국제 표준화를 촉진하고 표준화 활동의 초석을 마련하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

최근 무선 인터넷 기술 발전과 모바일 장비 보급 증가에 힘입어 무선 전자상거래의 비중이 증가하고 있고, 이에 따라 여러 가지 무선전자지불 수단이 등장하고 있다. 본 고에서는 무선전자지불 시스템의 표준화를 국가적 차원에서 효율적으로 추진할 수 있는 방안으로서 무선전자지불 표준화 로드맵을 개발하여 제시하였다. 먼저 유선 환경에서의 지불수단과 무선 환경에서의 전자지불 기술, 무선 인터넷 표준 및 보안 인증 기술 동향을 분석하였다. 고리고, 무선전자지불 시스템과 관련하여 국가적 차원에서 표준화를 고려해야 하는 이유를 설명하고, 무선 단말기 기능 표준화, 무선전자지불 프로토콜 표준화, 무선전자지불 통합 관리 기술 표준화 세 가지로 분류하여 표준화 대상 및 세부 추진계획을 제시하였다.

With the advent of smart age, the competitiveness among companies and countries to preoccupy the advanced ICT technologies which lead the economic growth in the future have increased more than ever before. So have global standard competitiveness done under the situation of using international standardization as practical strategy for dominating market. It is essential to make standardization strategy and do systematic implementation for core technology which leads global market in order to fit such an environment and introduce smart society as soon as possible. Therefore, this paper suggests systematic approach and framework to make standardization roadmap in relation to R&D through analysing the current technology roadmap framework and standardization roadmap case and provides infrastructure to promote international standardization of domestic technology.

지능형 로봇의 표준화는 초기에는 소프트웨어 및 정보통신 기술과 관련된 지능형 로봇의 중점기술을 그 표준화 항목으로 선정하여 제 분야를 구체적으로 설정하여 항목별 로드맵을 작성하였다. 그러나 다수의 구성요소들로 결합되어 이루어지는 지능형 로봇의 특성에 따라 소프트웨어나 정보통신 분야에 국한되지 않고 하드웨어에 대한 표준 및 성능 뿐만 아니라 소비자의 사용과 관련될 수 있는 제반 표준화 요소에 대한 부분까지 포괄적으로 포함시키는 방향으로 구성되었고 이를 소개하고자 한다. 지능형 로봇을 조기에 실현하고 효율적으로 보급 촉진을 꾀하기 위해서는 표준화를 해야 할 기술 항목 및 그 표준화 시기를 명확하게 하고, 연구개발을 원활하고 효율적으로 추진할 필요가 있다.

IT convergence with agriculture is expected to bring more efficiency and quality improvement in producing, distributing, consuming of agricultural products with the aid of information processing and autonomous control technologies of the IT area. In this paper, it is required to consider the actualized IT convergence case for agriculture, namely Smart Farming as a solution to cope the presented problems. In addition, suggest to ICT standardization road map for the smart farming based on network.
