Framework for making standardization roadmap and strategy

With the advent of smart age, the competitiveness among companies and countries to preoccupy the advanced ICT technologies which lead the economic growth in the future have increased more than ever before. So have global standard competitiveness done under the situation of using international standardization as practical strategy for dominating market. It is essential to make standardization strategy and do systematic implementation for core technology which leads global market in order to fit such an environment and introduce smart society as soon as possible. Therefore, this paper suggests systematic approach and framework to make standardization roadmap in relation to R&D through analysing the current technology roadmap framework and standardization roadmap case and provides infrastructure to promote international standardization of domestic technology.

최근 스마트 시대의 도래와 함께 미래 경제 성장을 견인할 새로운 정보통신기술을 선점하려는 기업 및 국가 간 경쟁은 더욱 치열해 지고, 국제표준 선점이 사실상의 시장 지배 전략으로 활용되고 있는 상황에서 글로벌 표준경쟁은 더욱 심화되고 있다. 이러한 환경에서 스마트사회를 조기에 실현하고, 세계 정보통신 시장에서 주도적인 위치를 확보하기 위해서는 정보통신 시장을 주도할 핵심기술에 대한 표준화 전략 수립 및 체계적인 추진이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 기술로드 맵 체계 및 표준화 전략맵 수립 사례를 분석하여 기술개발과 연계한 표준화 로드맵을 수립하기 위한 체계적인 접근방법과 전략 수립 체계(framework)를 제시하여 국내 개발기술의 국제 표준화를 촉진하고 표준화 활동의 기반을 마련하고자 한다.
