ATM was recommended by the ITU and ATM Forum as a means of transportation for B-ISDN. At this time, due to the comprehensive mature of ATM protocol, ATM has been adapted as the backbone system for carrying Internet traffi $c^{[1,2,3,4]}$. But major conceptsregarding the ATN protocol will be used on future technology. This paper presents preventive congestion control mechanisms for detecting HTR(Hard-To Reach) code in ATM systems, in particular for an improved HTR call registration method using network signaling information will discussed. In high speed circuit switching system environments, a fast HTR control mechanism is necessary. We present research results for improving HTR call registration and control methods using network signaling information and fuzzy control mechanisms. We concluded that it showed fast congestion avoidance mechanisms with a fewer system load maximized the efficiency of network resources by restricting ineffective machine attempts.

The present code generation system, developing based on single system, Is not easy for developers or maintenance men to share pattern design information in distribution environment. So in this paper, we design and implement XML as basis of web environment, and JiKU/XML object-oriented code generator using pattern design. We use UML to change pattern design to XML code, and create code, suitable to PIML command, to generate design information designed by UML into XML code. This JiKU/XML Object-oriented Code Generator makes 10-step codes, and can be easily applied to web environment. It complements the disadvantage of present generator, F77/J++, and makes standardization of design because it uses UML and design pattern information. We compare it with present system by implement Eases, and as a result, generator suggested in this study gives more effective function.

As memory-extended RFID tags are recently developed, various types of item identification structures can be stored in the tags. In this paper, we propose a new national product identifier(NPI) which accepts not only ISO item identification standards but also the memory capacity of ISO tags. First of all, item identification structures of ISO/IEC 15459 and EPC, and memory structures of ISO/IEC 18000-6C and EPC tags are analyzed. Based on these analyses, the NPI currently used is analyzed and its problems are described from the viewpoint of standardization. To overcome the problems, a new NPI structure suitable for ISO/IEC 15459 is proposed. Finally, data related to the NPI is designed for encoding to tags.

최근 고문서 전산화 작업에 대한 관심이 증가함에 따라 대규모의 고문서 전산화 작업이 진행 되어지고 있다. 그러나 현재의 표준화 되어있는 코드체계만을 가지고는 고문서를 표현 할 수 없으며 문서의 구조에 포함된 의미적 특징을 손상시키지 않고 데이터베이스를 구축하기가 매우 어렵다. 또한 이러한 작업은 수개월에서 수년에 걸쳐 여러 차례의 교정 작업이 수행된다. 그러므로 효과적인 고문서 전산화를 위해서는 문서 편찬, 교정, 서비스가 동시에 수행되는 시스템이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존 코드체계를 확장하여 고문서 전산화에 필요한 확장한자 처리가 가능한 유니코드 기반 입력기를 소개하고, 고문서의 의미적 특징을 손상시키지 않기 위해서 문서 구조정보의 표현이 가능한 XML을 이용한 실시간 문서 편찬 관리시스템을 소개한다.

생산성 있는 소프트웨어 개발 및 관리를 위한 기술적, 산업적 전략은 웹 환경 하에서 컴포넌트 기반의 소프트웨어 개발(CBD : Component Based Development)로 점차 귀결되고 있다. 나아가 정보 공유의 투명성이나 비즈니스 로직의 독립적 패키징과 같은, 이 두 개의 기술들이 개별적으로 가지는 특성과 장점들을 결합한 웹 서비스로 전환되고 있다. 따라서 컴포넌트 중심의 웹 서비스를 위한 인프라 환경의 지원이 무엇보다 중요하게 되었다. J2EE는 이러한 요구를 수용하기 위한 가장 표준화된 플렛폼 중의 하나로, 다중 계층의 엔터프라이즈 솔루션을 위한 간단한 개발과 전개, 관리 방식을 보장한다. 본 논문에서는 CBD의 완성을 위한 실제적인 접근으로서 J2EE 환경의 EJB 컴포넌트를 위한 코드 자동 생성 도구를 개발한다. 이를 위해 EJB 컴포넌트를 구성하는 코드의 속성들을 분석하여 보편적인 EJB 컴포넌트의 템플리트를 설계하였다. 또한 도구 구축의 과정에서 세부적인 EJB 생성기의 구조와 기능적 특성을 명시화하고 개발에 필요한 EJB 컴포넌트 정보를 정의, 분류하였다.

다수의 개발자들이 참여하는 프로젝트에서 개발자들의 필요에 의해 동일한 기능의 유사한 코드가 생성된다. 이것은 시스템 전체적으로 중복 코드가 생성되어 시스템 성능에 영향을 준다. 또한 개발자의 능력에 따라 화면의 응답속도 및 데이터베이스 처리 속도에 차이가 나게 되어 결국 시스템에 악영향을 끼치게 된다. 이러한 문제는 개발자들의 의사소통을 위한 표준 개발 도구를 활용함으로써 해결 가능하다. DBC Editor 는 이클립스 플러그인 기반으로 기동되어 OS 에 영향을 받지 않고 기능별로 독립적인 플러그인을 구성하여 확장 가능하다. 또한 쿼리만을 관리하므로 시스템이 유연해지며 개발자들은 표준화 된 코드개발이 가능하여 개발 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있다.

US NEC와 CEC 사이의 양국 관계위원회는 몇년간 지속되고 있다. 이 위원회는 1994년 1월의 CANENA와 연계하여 멕시코의 참가를 촉진시키기 위하여 개최되었다. 멕시코 참석자들이 표명한 관심의 결과로 동 위원회는 북 아메리카 전기설비 코드에 관한 관계 위원회의 이름을 바꾸고 그 위원회에 멕시코 대표를 포함시켜서 확대하자는 것을 투표하였다.

This paper suggests to standardize railway accident restoration types as the code and standard operation system for efficient railway accident management. First of all, the damage types of have been carefully analyzed and reclassified. This study suggested the combination of 3 distinct code factors: restoration class, restoration object, and restoration location to standardize them. In addition, this study suggested procedures to make the standard operation system of emergency restoration, defined the worst case of emergency restoration and the important events. Therefore, the standard operation system of emergency restoration is developed. It shall play a major role as the database system for railway accident management, minimum of damage and rapid control of accident.

초기의 산업제어시스템은 독립적인 네트워크를 구성하고 있어서 외부 네트워크와는 분리되어 있어 안전하다는 의견을 갖고 있었으나, 악성코드에 의한 우회적 공격이 발생함으로 단순 공극(Air-gap) 정책으로는 대처하는 것에는 한계가 드러났다. 또한 정보통신(ICT: Information & Communication Technology) 기술의 발달로 산업제어네트워크는 비즈니스, 정보공유 그리고 유지보수를 위하여 외부 네트워크와 연결이 필요하게 되었다. 이로 인하여 ICT의 보안 취약점도 전수되는 상황이 되었다. 그러나 산업제어시스템은 독립적인 플랫폼과 제어기술로 구축되어 있어서, ICT의 기 개발된 보안 메카니즘이 그대로 적용될 수 없다는 것이 문제로 인식되고 있다. 산업제어시스템 보안을 위하여 단품의 보안 제품이나 서비스로 대응하는 것으로는 보안강도를 충족하지 못하는 것이 일반적이며, '심층 방어' 체계를 구축하여 종합적이고, 체계적인 보안대책이 필요하다. 이와 상응하여 산업제어시스템 영역에 최적의 보안 수준을 유지하기 위하여 장비의 호환성을 제공하기 위하여 표준화 필요성이 대두되고 있으며, 이에 현재 진행되고 있는 표준화 동향을 분석한다.
